Description of Work: For plumbing we go to Kirkland and Shaw Plumbing. When we had the tiling done, the toilet had to be removed and then it had to be reinstalled. They did that.

 + -1 moreTHIS WAS NOT A WEEKEND EMERGENCY, BUT THEY DO OFFER THAT SERVICE. THEY WERE VERY PROMPT. THE GUY WHO CAME WAS VERY EFFICIENT. HE ANSWERED ANY QUESTIONS THAT I HAD. SO FAR, I HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS. IT SEEMS THAT THE JOB WAS DONE VERY WELL. HE DID COME EXACTLY WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD. NOT SURE ABOUT THEIR PRICES. I DID NOT GET OTHER BIDS.

 + -1 moreI CAN CALL THE COMPANY AND ASK THEM TO ARRANGE SERVICE WITH THE TENANTS DIRECTLY WITHOUT HAVING TO BE THE GO-BETWEEN. THEY ARE GOOD ABOUT EXPLAINING WORK TO BE DONE. WHEN I ASK, THEY WILL GIVE ME HINTS AS TO HOW I MIGHT REPAIR THE PROBLEM MYSELF (WHEN APPROPRIATE). THEY ARE FRIENDLY, POLITE AND ENCOURAGING. I AM ALWAYS SURPRISED AT HOW MUCH THE WORK COSTS, BUT THE HOURLY RATE IS REASONABLE, AND I EXPECT I WOULD HAVE STICKER SHOCK NO MATTER WHICH PLUMBER DID THE WORK. PLUS, IT'S WORTH IT TO BE ABLE TO COUNT ON THEM.
