Following a long home renovation in which our couch had been uncovered in the saw-dusty space under renovation, we were very ready to go home and needed some deep cleaning. I was sold on Crystal Cleaning based on glowing reviews on Angie's List. I can now add unreserved thumbs. In initial communications, Chris was responsive, professional, clear, knowledgeable, confident and friendly. He arrived punctually, went to work independently, and did a beautiful job cleaning our furniture and rugs (and, btw, saved a few of these pieces from curbside donation). He billed at the estimated amount. Finally, less than two weeks following service, he sent a handwritten 'thank you for yr business' note (!!).

He was great. He was fantastic. He went above and beyond. He's early. I would recommend him.

Great. Chris arrived when he said he would. Asked if we had any areas of special concern, then went right to work. Chris was quiet and efficient. He was very thorough in his cleaning. After Chris was done he even left us some stain remover if we ever need it. The carpet and couches looked like new after. There was a clean smell. Very nice work. I told Chris if he needed help moving anything my son could help him but Chris moved everything himself. Even a piano.

The last visit was upholstery and rug cleaning. They do the job right and they really take care to do the job.

Chris was very professional as far as responding to my email, making an appointment, and arriving on time. He was very personable and considerate while he was here. Most importantly, he did a great job on my couch which I almost threw out a few weeks ago because my cat has been peeing on it. It doesn't smell anymore. I bought a Mambe waterproof blanket to cover the section of the couch that he likes to call his territory, and all is well now. Chris saved my couch! Not ready to buy a new one given the same thing could happen all over again. Chris convinced me that this couch as many good years left, and I hope he's right. Thanks you, Chris. Job well done.

EVERYTHING WENT FINE. VERY FAST AND EXCELLENT WORK, ORIGINALLY QUOTED $190 BUT THE DAY OF THE SERVICE HE SAID IT WOULD BE $160, NEVER HEARD OF SOMEONE ACTUALLY GOING DOWN ON THE PRICE.

He arrived on time. Reviewed the scope of work, including pet stains with me and performed it in a timely manner. Definitely would recommend Crystal Clean.

They did a great job - super clean and smelling fresh. After 2 boys and 1 dog worked the couches over for a year, we needed help! The Crystal clean guy did an efficient, professional job and was super friendly and accommodating. Very fair pricing too.

Chris/ Owner is very professional and on-time. His prices are fair market. Bought a home entire house needed to be steam cleaned hardwood floors, carpets all spelled like wet dog. Chris spent about 2 1/2 hours cleaning 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and our family room. After he finished cleaning no spell of dog on the carpets. I booked apt with him three weeks in advance prior to closing on my house. Phoned him a few days before we moved in. He was on time and had job scheduled. About 11 months later I spilled red wine on my carpet. Phoned him on a Sunday at 6:15 p.m. he called me back within 20 minutes. Came to house next day and removed the red wine from the carpet. Excellent service. I wish he offered pressure cleaning of deck. Will be calling Chris again in the future.

I thought our rug was going to be a goner. But Crystal Cleaning came in and took care of four major spots, leaving the light cream rug looking like new. Very happy with the results. Chris also had come about two weeks prior to clean a light beige couch that my kids had destroyed with markers and juice spills. I'm very happy to say that the couch is once again in great shape after the visit from Crystal Cleaning. The convenience of having them come to my own house and taking care of the job cannot be underscored enough. Great job all around. I highly recommend them.

Chris was the only one who called me back just before he was leaving for vacation. It was just before the holiday on the 4th so I just assumed everyone else was busy for the weekend but I heard from no one else after the 4th either. Chris fit me in within a day after I called him again. The work to remove a stain was nicely done and he gave me a bottle of stain solution for future use. And how many service people send a hand-written thank you after?

They were very friendly and they were able to get out stains and things that I questioned whether they would come out or not. And they even left us with a bottle of the stock of cleaner that they used which we have even used since. So they were very helpful and did a good job.

Chris Hickey was efficient and effective as well as informative. I plan to call on him again.

The cleaning completely restored the carpets and took out the smell of the previous owner's cats. There was a pleasant but not overpowering scent to the cleaning products (I'm very sensitive to perfumed scents, but this didn't bother me). Visitors have asked if the carpet is new. We'll be calling again for another cleaning when the time comes.

He came off of Angie's List. He was fabulous. I loved them.

Chris - from Crystal Cleaning was awesome. He was professional - called to say he was stuck in traffic so would be a bit late (which he wasn't) prepared my furniture for cleaning and was able to remove stains that other companies could not. I would highly recommend Crystal Cleaning and plan to use them again in the future!

Went great. He did all the work by himself and didn't require me to move any furniture beforehand. Everything came out great, and he even left me a bottle of his special formula spot remover. Nice guy!
