I had a chocolate stain on my carpet so I called Chris at Crystal Clean. He was very responsive and helpful. I tried getting the stain out myself, but Chris stopped by at the end of the day and did a spot clean. He was very friendly, responsive and helpful with getting the stain removed. He also gave me a bottle of solution and some tips for the future. His costs were very reasonable. I would highly recommend him for carpet cleaning!

Great. Got an appointment right away. The service man was punctual, friendly and thorough. The cleaning agents are non-toxic and I got a free bottle of cleaner for spot cleaning. The price was less than half of the lowest other quote I'd gotten, and less than a third of the highest price. I'd hire them again.

called on Monday, left message, got called back very soon, had an appt. for the next day ----- came on time, was very pleasant, went right to work ----- all the carpeting looks great!! This is the second time I have used Crystal Cleaning and intend to call them again. Also got senior discount.

Chris is wonderful. I called him on a Monday morning and he was here by midday on Wednesday to clean my sectional sofa, a glider chair and ottoman, and an area rug. While he was here, I also asked him to take a look an old stain (like 7 years old!) on a different rug, and he spot cleaned it right out for no additional charge. He was very responsive and arrived right on time. He was here for just about an hour. He was really a pleasure to work with and I'll certainly be calling him again next time!

It was amazing! Chris was punctual and professional. He turned the white berber carpet into a showpiece. All of the stains disappeared. We had been thinking we would need new carpet installed, but his treatment returned the carpet to its original state. We were impressed by the thoroughness of his work and by the fair price. We would definitely use him again..

Chris was available to come within a few days after I called him, right before the Christmas holiday. He came exactly on time and completed the work in less than an hour (he had estimated it would take an hour). He also cleaned the throw pillows on the couch. The couch is a dark brown color so it's a little hard to tell exactly how clean it is, but it certainly doesn't smell like our dog anymore and looks much better overall! Chris also left a bottle of spot cleaner for my future use.

It went very well! Chris and Bob arrived at the scheduled time. We toured the house to show them what needed to be done. They worked quickly, quietly and handled the furniture with upmost care. Our 22-year-old carpeting looks like new! When I pointed out a few spots that the machine couldn't get Chris worked 15 to 20 minutes on them until I was satisfied. The men were polite and although they did more than I had originally discussed with Chris, the bill was the same as the original estimate. I would recommend Crystal Cleaning to any of my friends and family. As a bonus Chris gave us a spray bottle of non-toxic, no residue Spot remover to take care of spots before they were problems. We used Crystal Cleaning once before and the ratings were good not because he's family or personal friend. They just do a great job.

Excellent. We had some high traffic areas that required special attention and Chris worked on them until they looked like new. I highly recommend them.

They do an excellent job. They seemed knowledgeable. He was terrific, I would highly recommend him, he was a good guy. We think he did a terrific job on the rugs, we were very pleased. The rugs were pretty well dried.
