Chris and his team showed up a half hour early and got to work right away. The results were fantastic and both rugs as well as the couch look fantastic. We could not be happier!

Everything went great. My carpets had many years of traffic and pet stains, and the before/after difference is significant. Chris and his assistant were prompt, professional and efficient at their job. I'll be happy to use him again when needs require.

I was preparing my condo for market, and I wanted it to look and smell great. I called Chris and left a voice message. He responded immediately. We scheduled a 9:00AM Saturday appointment. He and his assistant showed up about 10 minutes early which was great. They cleaned a queen size sofa, oversize armchair with ottoman, carpet in three rooms, two flights of stairs and a short upstairs hallway. Chris did a fantastic job, and I was extremely pleased with his service. His charge was actually less than his quote which was an unexpected surprise. He also left a bottle of his special spot remover. A few days after his appointment, I received a thank you note in the mail from Chris thanking me for my business. Now, that's a WOW factor!! Chris is professional, diligent and truly provides outstanding service. He's definitely the one to call when you need your carpets/upholstery cleaned. I am retiring to Florida in a couple of months and no longer own the condo in which the work was performed, but I didn't hesitate to recommend Chris' services to the new owner. Chris, I wish you continued success in the future.

Chris did an awesome job! He called back right away after I emailed him for an estimate. He was flexible and based on my circumstances with the puppy incident, he scheduled me promptly! He was on time. He cleaned the couch and love seat like new! i came home from work to a fresh smelling living room which was a relief for a clean freak like me. He left a bottle of cleaner as well which was HIGHLY appreciative including showing me what to do if something spills on the couch again! (this couch is the so light in color and used by many when family is around - thus new stains appear the next day from some spill) His pricing was affordable! and SO worth it! It took several hours to dry but the outcome was like new. I have recommended him to family and will be using him in the future. He even sent a thank you card the following week.

The work went very well. Communicating to obtain a quote and schedule a time went very smoothly over email. Chris was on time and did a great job. The carpets were originally light gray and since they hadn't been clean for so long they were almost black with serious seasoned stains. Chris was able to get out all the stains and the carpet looked like new. We will use Crystal Cleaning again.

Chris was able to fit us in with short notice after our little one had an accident on the sofa. He arrived on-time and provided outstanding service.

He was great, arriving just when he said he would at 8am. Our sofas had endured many years of spills/damages from our pets and from students in my husband's classes in our house and had never before been cleaned. They all look (and smell) %100 better. An added plus was that Chris was delightful, friendly and personable. The cleanings took about an hour and a half and the sofas were completely dried and ready for use in about twelve hours.

Responded to my initial call within 24 hours Showed up on time, was very polite and professional Showed a great deal of care while moving some of my furniture and cleaning upholstery The rug cleaning was excellent, I was not left with soggy rugs. Rugs as well as upholstery dried in just a few hours. Owner provided me with some helpful tips and left some cleaning product to use. I am definitely planning to use his service again in a few months.

Great. Was early for the appointment (which I had asked him to be if possible), very polite, professional, and clearly had a passion for his work. Left me with a bottle of rug/upholstery stain remover at no extra cost. (FYI: A dog stain didn't come out, but it had been a year or two and caused the rug to be discolored long ago, so I had no expectation he could fix that. It's a 'fake' (acrylic??) but nice (Able Rug) brand 'oriental' style rug, so there's enough pattern going on I don't mind.) I'm rarely content with any work I hire someone to do, but Chris is the exception - I will just email him next time (no shopping around for another rug/hardwood/upholstery cleaner).

I have been trying for a long time to find someone to clean my basement home theatre carpet. I found Chris on this site and cannot agree more with all the amazing reviews I have read. Chris came right out, gave me an estimate that was incredibly reasonable. He explained in detail what would be done. When the day came for the cleaning, Chris was so punctual and did exactly as he described in our meeting. I am so happy how the carpet came out and would highly recommend Chris to everyone. I look forward to using him regularly.

Chris and his colleague were extremely professional, responding promptly to our inquiry, and getting the work done carefully but efficiently. The improvement in the carpeting was quite noticeable, and the upholstery on the 26-year-old dining chairs was practically as good as new. The carpeting dried quickly, and there was little to no odor. I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again.

Better than we had hoped for Many of the rugs were badly stained but Chris managed to get them all looking like new No stain was too much trouble for him....I don,t think that Chris would let the stains get the better of him

Both times it went great. He did a great job and charged less than the estimate over the phone. That's why I didn't even ask for a quote when he came to spot clean the puppy accidents. And was happy that he charged me only $40.

The job was well done. They were punctual, quick and friendly. The couch looks great. I inquired about having them treat it with scotch guard and they talked me out of the additional service due to the material of the couch. I know a lot of other places would have said it was necessary just to get the additional money. I would definitely hire them again for another job.
