Description of Work: Cleaned 3 small area rugs and cleaned old spots on a portion of a carpet. The rugs remained in good condition and everything was left as found. The cleaner smell was a bit strong, but that quickly left with the windows left open for a couple of hours. Great job done! |

Description of Work: They cleaned the wall to wall carpets in all my bedrooms and on one large area rug. The challenge was to remove a number of black oily spots from heating pipes. The carpets look fabulous and the price was more than fair. Chris is a great guy who is easy to work with!

Description of Work: Chris came to clean white wall to wall carpet in bedroom which was soiled from foot traffic and dog and hadn't been cleaned in several years. He arrived on time and took great care to move his equipment in and out of the room without banging into any furniture. While he was there, I asked if he could clean a 9x13 area rug on which the dog had an "accident" a few days prior. Both came out great. I was absolutely shocked at how inexpensive the job was compared to other companies. He's knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and a nice guy. At this price, I can afford to have my carpets cleaned more often so I'll be booking him 2-3x per year now. He is terrific!

Description of Work: I have a living room chair that one of our cats decided to use as a litter box. Repeatedly. This chair, which is about 60 years old, had just been reupholstered less than a year ago; and the damage was so bad that I feared nothing would remove the odor short of another reupholstering. I was absolutely amazed that Chris and his team managed to remove all trace of urine stain and odor from the chair--all while using non-toxic cleaning products that were safe for the bad cat. They were very nice and professional, too. I would definitely use them again--although I'm hoping I have no need to for a long while!

Description of Work: I was very pleased with the cleaning job done on my sofa and loveseat. The pieces had not been cleaned in a while, but Crystal Cleaning got them to look like new. They were very courteous, professional, and careful of the surrounding furniture and flooring. They even supplied me with a bottle of spot removal. I would definitely use their services again.
