I cannot recommend Chris highly enough -- he was fantastic. He responded to my initial email very promptly and provided the information I requested and gave me an estimate. He confirmed the appointment and arrived on time. He did an incredible job cleaning my carpets, one of which had been completely trashed by my toddlers -- it looks new now. And then he charged me less than the estimate and left me with a bottle of solution to clean spills!! And to top things off, he even sent me a personal handwritten note thanking me for my business. We will certainly be using Chris in the future.

Chris responded promptly to my phone call and arrived on time for the appointment. One carpet was really badly marked and he managed to bring it up like new.

He arrived on time. He measured the areas to be cleaned and told me the price. He then went to work and worked for quite some time. He left the carpet in beautiful condition. He was friendly and easy going and knew his job well. His price was excellent, especially for the state of my carpeting. He even left a large spray bottle of spot cleaner with me for no extra charge. What more could one want? Do business with this man!

I called Chrystal cleaning for an estimate and scheduled a small job (Kitchen area rug that was a disaster). After talking with my husband we decided to have all the rugs done. I called him the day before he was scheduled to come out and asked if we could reschedule. He was very accommodating, I expected him to be annoyed that I was messing up his schedule on such short notice. Again the day he came we changed to scope of the job by adding the furniture. He did an outstanding job, the kitchen rug and the couch and chairs look brand new. He was able to remove water stains on the carpet in the basement that the restoration company couldn't get out after a flood from broken pipe! Courteous, efficient, professional and a great price!

Chris was on time and spent more time here than any other carpet cleaner in the past and I have been dissatisfied with many (Ocean Carpet, The Clean Team). He is a very pleasant young man. The true test was after Chris left and within 24 hours my cat barfed on the rug. In cleaning it, the water was clear except the cat food. Something that was not the case with the others when I extracted filthy water from the supposedly clean carpet.

We closed on our new home on a Monday and the movers were due to come that afternoon. We had to get the stinky dog smell out of the enormous carpet in the master bedroom. I called Chris a few weeks ahead and he was willing to play it by ear, since we wouldn't know exactly what time the closing would finish. We were actually delayed, and he waited for us, then cleaned the rug even though it was a zillion degrees. He did a fabulous job--no more dog smell at all. Chris is just so terrific to work with, I really appreciated his flexibility and his excellent price.

Chris did a great job. He was very quick to return my original phone call to get an estimate and was able to set up an appointment within a few days at a time that was convenient for me. He was punctual in arriving and quick in completing his work. We have a light colored (10 year old) carpet that has the typical wear patterns. After the cleaning, the rug was visibly brighter. My husband and I both commented on how nice the carpet looked. He even gave me a bottle of spot remover which I had to use recently to remove a red wine stain. I can't tell where I spilled the wine. Chris conducts himself in a very professional manner. I even received a "thank you for your business" card a few days after he came.

Chris responded immediately and gave an excellent price. The day before he was scheduled to come I called to see if he could re-schedule and he graciously agreed. He came at the appointed time, worked efficiently and did an excellent job and even left some liquid for us to use for future use.

We had a very dirty love seat that needed cleaning. Our dogs had used it for about 10 years. Although we used throws, vacuumed it regularly and used lint removers to lift the dog hair, it was in pretty rough shape. I called Chris who returned my call in a couple of hours. He quoted me the cleaning price over the phone and scheduled the job within about a week. He arrived on time as promise and quickly set up his equipment. He moved surrounding furniture and laid a tarp to protect our wood floors. He spent about an hour cleaning it. Although he said it would take about 2 - 6 hours to dry, it actually took 12. He got it about 80% clean. Given how dirty it was, I was satisfied with the result. He left some complimentary stain remover.

They always show up on time and work quickly. They are very professional. I feel like I can trust them and even though their prices are a little high, they are worth it so I would recommend them.

Mr. Hickey gave us a quick call back and came 2 days later to do the job. He was prompt, courteous, and efficient. The carpets look fine. We would readily use his services again.

I called Chris and he came out to my house that same week, at a time that was convenient for me. Chris steam cleaned the sofa and chair and I asked him if he would clean a small rug and he steam cleaned that as well. He did a great job and sent me a card about a week later thanking me for my business. I would call him again in a minute. Very pleased all around.

Chris answered my call immediately, made an appointment for two days from my call, came promptly (a little too promptly: he was an hour early, left his card, but came back immediately when I phoned him) He did all the work in about an hour and a half, everything was beautifully executed. I have a male cat who had the horrible habit of peeing on the one armchair, and though I'd used ''Nature's Miracle'' and tried shampooing the chair myself, no dice - the smell was still there. It was OLD, too, by at least several years. Chris seems to have completely eliminated the odor. He said that if there was any hint of it, he'd come back. I've already asked him to come again for a downstairs sleep-sofa. HIRE THIS GUY, HE'S GREAT! The price was right, too. A year ago my husband and I had rented a shampooer from Star Market and paid almost as much for it as we paid Chris. We did a pitiful job: Chris's was completely professional.

Chris was subcontracted through an extra plan I bought when I purchased my sofa, so I didn't have to pay anything. However, he did a great job. I have had other companies do the same work on another sofa of mine--they couldn't get the same milk stains out and the sofa had to be replaced. Chris cleaned every inch of the sofa and was so friendly and professional. I am having him come out to clean my carpet next week.
