I called Crystal over the weekend in hopes that someone could come out quickly, and Chris called me back immediately and came out the following day. He was stuck in traffic and arrived 1/2 hour late, but had the courtesy to call and let me know, which I appreciated. Chris arrived at 5:30 p.m. and stayed two full hours, even cleaning a second carpet which I hadn't originally requested but which he agreed to do at a very fair price. Given that he had clearly had a long and busy day, and I was his last apppointment, I was really impressed and pleased that he took as long as he did. The carpets came out beautifully and I'm SO happy I don't have to pay to replace them. I will definitely use Chris in future. This is one businessman who values his customers, and it shows.

Chris did an amazing job. My carpet is beige and he was able to make it look absolutely new. He was extremely thorough, professional, and accomodating. I am so happy with how the carpets and furniture look.

Wonderful service - came on time, did a great job in a short amount of time. Very professional and courteous. Even left us some solution so we can clean up some future pet stains on our own. Sent us a thank you card the next week. I wish all contractors were like this!

Responded to our call immediately. Quoted very reasonable price for job. Worked around our schedule to accommodate us. Picked up keys to location offsite and completed cleaning on time as promised. They did a wonderful job.

Chris was very courteous and nice the entire time. He came on time, I showed him the rooms and he got right to work. He vacuumed the rooms, treated some of the spots, then washed and then a follow up vacuum to remove most of the moisture. The entire job took a little over an hour, cost less than his initial estimate, and looked great!

We purchased a new home and wanted the carpets cleaned/refreshed. Chris Hickey was very prompt in returning the call/email and very easy to reach and communicate. He explained his service and gave an estimate based on exact dimensions of the rooms. On the day of the appointment he showed up as agreed and did the job. The solution he uses is non toxic and doesn't smell of chemicals (fact we value a lot). Overall the carpets were in very good condition but considering the off white color they needed refreshing. There was one very big and old spot from the previous owner that we didn't think will come out. Chris first pre-treated this spot and put a lot of effort to clean it. The result was impressive - the spot is now little visible and by far not so disturbing to the eyes. All areas were dry after 2-3 hours. Chris was very courteous and polite and even sent us a handwritten thank you note a week later (nice touch). We are very happy with his service and would hire him again.

The chairs were like new except for the dirt. Chris came in and did a great job cleaning them. He was professional and pleasant.

He did the cleaning job twice in the past few weeks. First time, Chris came over to clean the chairs, hall way and stairs. He is courteous ad neat. He put towels under the chairs to protect the floor and wear shoe cover when he clean the carpet. The stains on three chairs were still there after the first cleaning. I called Chris, he came over to reclean without any charge. Since he did such a great job on the hall way, I asked him to clean two pieces of oriental rugs and sofa in our living room when he redo the chair cleanning. The stains on the chair are all gone now and the rugs look great.

We really liked the non-toxic products he used. It wasn't stinky afterward (we had a dinner party one day later and you couldn't smell it). It was as dry as quickly as he said. His cleaning methods are very professional and modern. We would definitely use them again. He also left us with a little bottle to help with spots (as a bonus!). I have to add: When was the last time an independent business owner sent you a handwritten thank you note? Classy. Very classy.

They gave her an estimate based on the space over the phone. We thought the estimate would have to be adjusted, but it ended up being right on. The worker who came, I think he was the owner, was on time, very professional and careful. He was also very personable. He brought his equipment in and went from room to room. They are also an environmentally safe company. We were very pleased.

Chris returned my initial call in about 20 minutes. He came for the free estimate on time He was professional and gave us a verbal estimate of $100. As he was doing a heavily traveled front hall way (11 x 6), an upstairs hallway (20 X 3 ), 12 carpeted stairs plus landing, and an area in the downstairs den measuring 10 x 5, I felt his estimate was more than fair. He arrived for the job on time, was finished in about an 1 1/2 hours. He was professional, seemed to know his stuff. Did a good job getting the stains our and left us with a spray bottle of carpet stain remover. His charge was $104. I would highly recommend him .

I was so pleased at the results! The living room was so trampled and had several food stains that I thought I would have to replace it. Chris did such a nice job cleaning and brushing the carpets that they looked and smelled almost new.

Chris came on time. He was very efficient and gave us a bottle of spot cleaner.

He showed up on time and took great care preparing the living room - covering the floor with a drop cloth, moving the sofa away from other furniture. He did a fantastic job.

I tried Crystal Clean by chance several years ago. I used a different company for years, but they must have sold their franchise because, the person who bought it couldn't clean a rug to save his life. So I tried around and found Crystal Clean (I liked the name). I was so glad to find him. He is punctual, reasonable, professional and thorough. Need I say more? He also leaves you with a bottle of cleaner (complimentary) every time he visits. I have recommended him to several friends and family members and you will too!

We couldn't be happier with the quality of work that was done. Even the wall to wall carpeting that we were considering replacing came out looking great. We will definitely use them in the future for carpet cleaning and are considering using them for doing some work on our hard wood floors as well. Highly recommended!

Stop reading this & go ahead & call Crystal Cleaning! Chris did such a fabulous job from the estimate to the actual cleaning. This experience couldn't have been more pleasant. His estimate for cleaning my sofa was fair & accurate. He showed up on time, cleaned my sofa & stayed after to clean an upholstered chair I added at the last minute! He even left me with a large spray bottle of cleaning solution at no extra charge & sent a thank-you note! Good service along with good manners gets me every time! :)

Outstanding service. I was looking for a new person to clean our carpets as I was not satisfied with the last job I had a year ago. I read several comments about Crystal Clean and decided to give them a call. Chris returned my call promptly and gave me a quote over the phone. We made an appointment and he arrived exactly on time. He looked over our carpets and confirmed the quote he gave me on the phone and then got to work. There was a stain on the carpet in one of the rooms (printer toner) that had not come out in the past. Chris worked on this and was able to remove 95% of the stain. The rest of the carpets look better than they have in years. A great experience and I would recommend Crystal Clean to anyone. PS - A few days after the cleaning was complete, we received a thank-you note in the mail acknowledging and thanking us for the business! What a great company!
