They would not perform the service for me. They did not offer alternate suggestions or ideas. Not very polite, either.

I've had AJ Rose Carpets & Flooring over a couple of times and I'm happy with them. I would use them again. I think the price was great for a $99 charge.

AJ Rose was prompt, thorough, and easy to work with. We underestimated the square footage that would be cleaned, so it cost more than we expected, but we were very happy with the overall service and care. We have used AJ Rose again since this service to carpet other rooms in the house. They have always been excellent!

They were very good. I like them very much. They did a great job. I have a dog and he did a phenomenal job with getting everything. I'll definitely be using them again.

They cleaned my carpet fair, not great. They did a very cusory job for a very short time. So I am not sure if I will use them again. They were nice but I don't think that the job they did was as thorough as it should be. They came when I set the time for them to come. I didn't pay more than the Big Deal price. They were here on time.

My mother was extremely pleased with the work that was done. Her carpets had some tough stains, but the provider was able to get the majority of them out. The provider was very nice to my mother and did the work in a timely manner.

Installers did a great job. Showed up on time and finished when they said they would. Install required binding the carpet on premise, everything was professionally done and looks great. Would highly recommend.

The entire process went smoothly from beginning to end. The showrooms in both Natick and Burlington offer a wide variety of carpeting /flooring options, which makes it more likely that you will find something that suits your taste and budget. I spent a LOT of time in the Burlington showroom. Salesmen Larry and CJ were great- not at all pushy, but very knowledgeable always ready to answer any questions I might have.The job was done in stages as per our request, since we had limited space for storing furniture and appliances. The kitchen floor was done first. Bruno the carpenter had a few challenges in removing our old linoleum and subflooring, but he did a beautiful job on the installation of the new floor. Once that was done, the refinishing was done in the dining room, hallway and stairs. When the floors were "cured", the runner was installed on the stairs and in the hallway. Carpeting was ordered delivered very quickly. Paul did a masterful job with the installation, which required a few turns and fitting and cutting the patterned runner to fit a funky-shaped area at the end of the hallway. Would absolutely use again!

We use them all the time now. They do a great job, and they work quickly.

Everything went perfectly from start to finish. The installers did a great job and ensured that the carpet was perfectly installed. In one of the rooms they fell a little short for the closet, however they were able to use left over portions from the rest of the room, to fill the space. The job they did with that was excellent and you cannot tell if any pieces were used in the closet at all. They were also very careful in bringing the carpet up several flights of stairs to our bedroom. All in all a great experience as these guys also value your time, doing the job in a quick and efficient manner.

Flawless and efficient customer experience. We picked out the carpet from the showroom in Natick - a nice space with plenty of choices available. They came out to measure the room in a couple of days, and scheduled installation for two weeks later. The install crew was competent and the result has been excellent. One small nit - all products (carpet, liner) and service ( install, removal is based on the room's dimensions. We found after the fact that they'd overestimated the room's dimensions by ~30-40 sq. feet or so and used those dimensions to charge for all products and services. While it's understandable having to buy extra carpet, I'd expect that liner, installation and removal be based on actual room dimensions. In the end, it cost $50-$60 extra and wasn't worth the hassle to bring up.

It went well. They cleaned 2 bedrooms and a stairway. They were at the home for a few hours.

I bought the deal of 3 room deep cleaning. They came in time and did pretty fast. The quality is OK.

The installation took a little while to be scheduled, but not a major problem at all. The only issue we had was regarding the scheduled time. The installers were over three hours late from the initial scheduled time, what was really annoying. It made us basically lost the entire day waiting for them. Other than that it was a great experience and would recommend it.
