They arrived a little later than expected but had kept us updated about the delay. They worked fast and did a great job -- the carpets look like new.

Great work done by Mark and his worker. You can't turn old carpet in to new carpet but they came close. Mark showed me the before and after pictures he took on his cell phone. He explained the entire process of how his system worked, great van. I could hear in Mark's voice the pride he took in his work. That same day the hall manager at the Knights of Columbus in Charlestown. mentioned he needed to get the carpet cleaned in the hall and I recommended AJ Rose and Mark instantly. I would give AJ Rose and Mark and crew an A+.

Excellent from start to finish. We are getting my mom's house ready to put on the market so budget was a big concern. Spoke with Pete on the phone and he made suggestions about what carpeting would be best and gave us a price for the cleaning. Met with Jeanne in the showroom to pick out the carpet. Pete gave us a combined price for both the cleaning and installation that was very reasonable. The installers were great. They came on time and worked very hard. The results are fantastic. Completely transformed the lower level from dingy and dirty to a show place. The carpet cleaners came the next day and cleaned the old carpeting upstairs. It is 27-year old, very, very thick, beige, high pile carpet and has not been cleaned in at least 15 years. Mom had 3 cats who often threw up and although she did her best to clean up their messes, the carpet was in tough shape. It is beautiful now. Can't even believe it. It's now three shades lighter and the cleaners got up almost all of the stains. The work was excellent and everyone we dealt with was wonderful. We highly recommend AJ Rose!!

They did a nice job. Very good job. The carpets looked cleaner than they have ever been.

The whole cleaning process was extremely quick. The carpets were cleaner, but not what I expected or have experienced in the past.

Shopping experience was laid back and low pressure. After selecting the rug from an in stock selection they came to do the official measurements. The installation crew arrived on time and seemed to do quality work. The were in and out in just a couple of hours with a 3 man crew. Very polite and professional. Rug has been in for about 5 months now and we are happy with the quality.

They were great! They called me in the morning to inform me that they were running a little late due to bad weather (still well within time window, just not at starting time). Then they called again to let me know they had made up some lost time and wouldn't be as late as originally expected. When they arrived they were extremely professional and friendly. They were even great with my 5 year old son with a million questions! We are very pleased with their work and have already had them back to clean additional rooms.

I have lived in my current townhouse for 2 years and the carpet was installed about 15 years ago. I am not sure if I am buying yet so I don't want to go to the expense of pulling carpet and re-doing floors until I am sure). I researched several carpet cleaning services and found AJ Rose on Angies list ($99.00/three rooms). They were very accomodating with my difficult schedule and fit me in the following Friday.( I had a 12:00 appointment and they even called at 11:40 to tell me they were running early and could they start sooner!). The two technicians Mark and Stephan came in and assessed the job (Master bedroom, den upstairs and staircase )showed them some very bad stains (makeup, coffee, etc) as well as some that I couldn't identify that had been there since I moved in. The rugs, of course, were in pretty bad shape anyway from normal wear/tear so I would have been happy to just have them look decent--stains or no stains. But, when I tell you they got EVERY stain out, I am not kidding. I was thrilled. These carpets look fabulous. I had no idea they could even get to that level of clean/bright after all this time. They not only did a great job but were also very pleasant and accommodating. Their policy is to not move furniture but they did help me with my bedroom set and I was very appreciative of that as I would not have been able to do it otherwise. The deal I purchased was for three rooms (I paid extra for the stairs) and, since I only had two, they also cleaned my 8x10 area rug in the living room. This is a great deal, quality work, excellent technicians (they work very fast too) and I would highly recommend them.

It was good. But I would not hire them again because they did not move anything like the sofa and clean the rug under it.

The staff at AJ Rose were very personable. They have a great selection for any budget. They were prompt in submitting quotes, installing and closing the paperwork. The carpet still looks and feels great in my basement studio. I am very pleased with their services and will use them again in the future. Highly recommended.

Work was done well and the carpets have retained their "flatness".

Company to confirm and ask some basic questions. They arrived on time and performed the work as scheduled and expected. Service was consistent with expectations and the technician was polite and courteous.

Within 5 minutes of showing up at AJ Rose in Natick, Andrew pulled out two dozen samples that fit my description of a sturdy carpet for stairs. I took home 10 samples to view at home. Within a day of calling him, Andrew came to my home, measured and helped me narrow down the "finalists" to one carpet that would work well for our steps. Today an installation crew arrived at the specified time and meticulously measured, cut and installed carpet running from the first to the third floor. They carefully cleaned up and hauled away the old pads and carpet. We are delighted with the results and will call on AJ Rose for our next project.

Initial contact and scheduling was easy. A two person team arrived on time and worked relentlessly until the job was done. The team was very professional and careful. The results were excellent. A good cost savings thanks to a coupon they had on Angie's List. One note: Generally the drying time is several hours but I found that on heavily soiled areas the drying time was 24 hours plus.

Fantastic, fantastic company. Friendly, professional, on-time, quality work. They are a huge difference on the rugs. I will definitely hire them again.

Second time I've used AJ Rose-did a great job cleaning wall to wall carpet and staircase for us. They've done a good job both times, have been professional and easy to deal with. Reasonably priced, good work product, would definitely use them again.

We had a great experience with A.J. Rose. They were a bit more expensive than Luna or Empire Today, but the quality and service was much better.

AJ Rose was very professional from the start. Estimator showed up to the appointment early and took measurements quickly. We picked out carpet a few days later, and they scheduled the installation for a few days after that (note that we picked out something in stock, so no extra ordering was required). The installation team was scheduled to arrive between 8 and 10, and showed up at 8:45. They were friendly, finished quickly, and did a great job. I did have one problem - there was a baby monitor mounted to the wall that I didn't remove because I didn't think it would be in the way. The installation team moved it and put it in a closet for safekeeping, but I couldn't find it. The issue was resolved after I called customer service, who called the installation team and called me back in a matter of minutes. I would definitely use AJ Rose again.

Everything with AJ Rose Carpets & Flooring went as planned and on schedule so I was pretty satisfied with their work. The only thing that was negative with them is that when they did install the flooring, we asked for one room of furniture to be moved by their staff and when we came back and look at our furniture, it was a little dinged up. Also, the initial estimate was for installation to take one day but it ended up taking two days.

I had a very good experience with their service. They did a good job.
