Good quality and the installer was terrific! I specifically recommend him. He was professional, pleasant, and cleaned up after himself. He worked all day long and it looks great. We were quite impressed!

I bought this Angie's special because I was not happy with my previous carpet cleaner and was looking for another one. What a great experience! Mark and his helper showed up on time on one of the hottest summer days. They were polite and professionally, quickly got to work. They did a great job. and it's half of the price what I used to pay. I highly recommend AJ Rose and wish I would have switched sooner. Thank you for the great work.

The people at A J Rose were pleasant and helpful. What I was most happy about was the quality of the flooring installation. Shawn did an amazing job.

We visited the Natick store location and inquired about replacing our living room wall to wall carpet with something more up to date. Sales rep was responsive to our needs but was preoccupied to some extent by his cell phone. We identified a carpet we liked and requested samples to be sent to our home. We also arranged for an official estimate of cost related to the room in question and the sales rep was sure to take our $50.00 deposit. We were told samples were arriving within 3 days Sales rep arrived late to provide the estimate and had a very passive attitude in terms of the next steps. We never received samples after 2 weeks. 2 weeks later finally called to understand what was going on. Same sales rep couln't even remember the exact types of carpet we wanted despite allegedly taking notes. At which point it was clear that AJ Rose of Natick didn't want our business and I requested the deposit back.

We paid extra charges I don't remember because we carpeted like all three bedrooms so we paid a lot more than and the deal was about $300 or $400 or something we ended up spending like $2000 for all the carpets. I would use them again.

It was fine. I do not know if I would use them again I just really liked the price.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was pretty good. The total amount was around $500 but they gave me a $200 off. Once in a while, there are only 2 people in the shop. If they have someone else, they don't even mind you that you're there but if there's no other customer, they give a pretty good service. In tile selection, I would give them a rate of C but for carpet, they would be an A. The price was pretty good for the kind of service that they were providing.

For the most part, it was very good. The person who came to take care of it was nice and professional. He has explained things well about the carpet and had some suggestions for the basement. The price was certainly right as well. I think that my only complaint about that was there was a disconnect about the price to move a piece of furniture around to do the carpet cleaning. I wasn't there when he had actually done the cleaning, per se. My mother was there and there was a disconnect with the price. I decided not to follow-up because it wasn't worth it. There was an extra charge to move the furniture. It was a little different with what they explained to me. They did a really good and thorough job. The person on the phone did a good job in explaining some other things that we should do to our basement to ensure that we keep the humidity out.

I was not happy with the service. There were spots that did not come out and when I called the company the next day, they would not come out and try again. I was considering buying carpet from this company for 2 bedrooms, but have decided not to due to their inflexibility with the carpet cleaning.

They were quick and efficient!

AJ Rose showed up on time, cleaned three rooms of carpet as requested and put all the furniture back in place prior to leaving.

The guys were punctual, efficient, personable. We've had AJ Rose install carpet as well (in the past) and that was good, too. Good local business that we'll I'm sure use again.

Carlos was extremely professional and friendly. Gave me an honest quote for extra work(which was needed - had 8 dog puke stains and some highly trafficked carpet to repair). I was not aware that stairs weren't included in the Angie's list coupon but whatever. I'm satisfied with the work. Good job AJ Rose and Carlos.

They arrived on time, were in and out very quickly, and did an excellent job.

They accomodated my scheduling requirements, showed up on time and did a great job. I plan to hire them again in the future.

Process was excellent. People at AJ Rose were very helpful. The man they sent to put the floor in was fantastic! He and his assistant arrived on time and finished exactly when they said they would. They were incredibly professional. No mess left behind and the floor and all the trim work looks beautiful.

in store displays are quite extensive / sales staff was helpful and left us along when appropriate person sent to measure arrived on time and worked fast installer was not actually a AJ Rose employee (one of the reasons I went with their higher prices - some ownership and consistency) the installer arrived on time and was good at his job but A J Rose did not alert him to the fact that the carpets we ordered were solid wool and much heavier than "normal" - if he had known this he would have brought a second person - thus the job took much longer than anticipated - I sensed he had to rush the job near the end just to get done in one day - I do wish A J Rose had sent out someone to inspect the job afterwards (take some ownership!) - I am not upset at the installer but I do think A J Rose should either use only their own employees or they should do some sort of quality check - I worry the upstairs install is not as tight as it should or could be but I am not the expert - I do plan to call them at some point and just ask them to send someone out to double check - for us it was a huge investment
