I gave this as a gift to clean my brother's carpets as he was selling his house. They were very pleased with the work.

WE called and scheduled it. They came and did the basement carpet in half an hour. It is fast and professional.

It went well. Almost all stains were removed. There was no noticeable odor after cleaning. Carpet was dry after a few hours. The cleaning took around 30 minutes.

He was very professional and efficient. I would use them again and would recommend them to others.

Hired AJ Rose after seeing an Angie's List coupon for $99 for 3 rooms. Two nice technicians came and cleaned the carpets which our dog urinated on soon after we moved in. They were in and out in an hour and the carpets look and smell clean.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it went fine. They were fine, I have never had my rugs cleaned before, so this was nice. The people were nice, neat and clean, and I thought the price was reasonable, especially with the big deal. I paid them some more because they did extra work.

The experience was very good. The only reason for the B grade was that a small stain on the carpet remained after the job was done.

Made an appt. Provider showed up on time. Did a good job. Thank you.

it looked clean for about a day, and then the stains showed back up, that is $89 I will never see again. The service was performed way too fast, can't believe that it can be a $200 service as advertised. The provider was in and out in about 20 minutes.

Excellent! They were very thoroug hand were done quite quickly with a minimum amount of hassle. I would definitely use their services again.

They were responsive and could turn an installation quickly. The installers were professional and punctual.

The travel limit was not advertised with the deal on Angie's List. I am waiting for Angie's list to respond to my request to transfer my funds to a different provider.

Woman at AJ Rose was VERY nice, explained their services in detail and gave me lots of information. She offered to have the rugs picked up at my location, later in the week, for a charge, if I could not find someone to help me get them in my car. Also explained that cleaning would have to wait until their carpet person was back from vacation (which is completely reasonable). I was very glad to have everything explained in such details. Was able to have another vendor pick them up that day, so went with them. Would recommend a quote at least. They really could not have been more helpful over the phone.

The installers did excellent work. They were able to do exactly what I wanted on several twists and turns and on the stairs where it was not straightforward. I don't know if the price was competitive but I thought it was fair.

A dog got sick, the back end business, in three separate rooms. We cleaned up and scrubbed but some color remained. They came in, sprayed the rooms, and used their industrial steam vac to go over the rooms. Took 20-30 minutes and smelled fresh and looked good afterwards. I would not expect their basic treatment to get out tough stains, and I'd recommend putting in the elbow grease before bringing them in. Overall very happy with their service, the people, and would use them again.

They were very good in communicating in advance and during the cleaning. Crew was very professional, and were in and out very quickly. There were a few spots we knew wouldn't come out (and didn't, but looked better), and a few that we thought would (and also didn't). The 8-hour dry time turned out to be...optimistic. We had fans set up to aid the drying process and it was still damp 16 hours later. I had the occasion to check the hose suction while they were in-loading their equipment, and it seemed pretty anemic - perhaps the reason for the longer dry time? Or maybe it was just on idle and they engaged it while they cleaned the carpet? Overall, a reasonable job but not exceptional in any way.

That worked out fine. They did a good job and recommended any area that we needed to get clean. They were friendly, courteous and professional. My wife was pleased with the result, I didn't hear any complaints.

I signed up for the big deal which was 3 rooms of carpet cleaning for 89$. I wanted to add on cleaning of my carpeted stairs- 4 sets of 6 steps with 2 landings and they charged me 100$ more. I thought that add on was a bit pricey.

Very thorough and professional. The carpets came out very clean.

I used the Angies List deal as well as bargained a little as we had no carpet to take away and there was no furniture in the house. When we went to look at carpets we had great advice and were not hurried or pressured. The measuring of the house was uneventful as they showed up on time and worked quickly. When it came to install it took them a full day but they took their time which gave great results. I'm really happy with the carpet itself and the installers did a great job. There were the usual marks on the walls but I was expecting this and had touchup paint ready. More expensive compared to the likes of Home Depot, Lowes and Empire but I believe you get what you pay for. Very happy with their work and would use again.

The sales agent was helpful with our choices for flooring. The installer was terrific. Came on time and moved all appliances from room, then removed old flooring and filled base as needed. Made his floor pattern and went back to his shop to cutting the flooring. Then returned and installed new flooring. He was neat and cleaned up and replaced appliances when complete. My wife gave feedback on the phone as well to an Angie's list agent.
