The carpet installers were excellent and did a great job. They were right on time, and were extremely polite and helpful. The carpet is of excellent quality and was priced well. We were very satisfied.

They came out today and everything went great. They showed up on time and did great work. The only thing was that it was for 3 areas of carpet cleaning but they initially only did 2. But when I called the company back and explained he apologized and told me he would send someone back out as soon as possible. I was very happy with how everything ended up.

Prompt, efficient, actually did a bit more than I asked. Entirely satisfied with service and will use again.

We had a water heated leak on our first floor. The carpet was stained. They came out and removed the stain, but it came back when the carpet dried. However, they came back and corrected it later.

We had an Angie's List Deal for this provider. The carpets looked great right after the cleaning, but some of the stains came back shortly afterward. My husband is pleased with the result, considering we had some tough stains to contend with (from our aging dogs); but I feel like other cleaners have been able to completely eliminate similar stains. I'm not sure whether we'll use them again.

Sales team was very helpful at the showroom. Took a couple days to get a quote verbally over the phone. Needed a written quote and that took a few more days to have emailed to me. I had high expectations based on excellent reviews from Angie's List and Boston Magazine. The sales team told me over and over that they were swamped and getting the quote would take a while. Not sure why the PDF took so long if he already had a number worked out for the verbal quote. Said it would take a few weeks to get carpet installed based on how busy they were. Just seemed all processes were extremely slow (or perhaps they did not really want our business). I made sure to compare apples to apples with another flooring company and AJ Rose was over $600 more for the same service and product.

The carpet cleaners arrived on time, vacuumed all areas thoroughly, protected any furniture that could not be moved and cleaned the carpets quickly and efficiently. They also reported on the condition of our carpeting. They were very pleasant and easy to work with. Great job!

It couldn't have been better. Shaun came in on a holiday and installed my kitchen floor. Sealed the edges with silicon and it just looks great. The selection of flooring these folks have is expansive and I could ask for anything more. This IS my floor folk from now on. Thanks.

OK but they were later in arriving than I had hoped

They came on time. Set up pretty quickly. Were respectful of property. Covered every single space that I pointed them to. Finished on time and even reminded me of the window screen I pulled out, so that I would not forget to put it back.

My project was to replace the vinyl flooring in my kitchen and pantry area. The A.J. Rose staff were very helpful throughout the process of selecting the flooring and arranging for the installation. My only frustration was that the subcontractor (Sean) who did the estimate had initially stated he could do the work during my requested work dates, but then changed his mind, and it took several calls to arrange for a different subcontractor to do the work. The A.J. Rose staff were very responsive to my calls, and arranged for Max to do the work on the dates that I had requested. Max arrived promptly, and did superlative work in a careful, thorough and friendly manner (he was also very careful in moving my four appliances, which I especially appreciated.) My thanks to the patient A.J. Rose staff (especially Jeannie) and to Max for a superb installation!

I saw the deal on Angie's List for carpet cleaning for $89. It was a good deal so I took it. I received a response right away from the service provider in my message box. I called a couple of days later and the gentleman was very nice and when he found out where I lived he said he thought that was out of the service area for the deal and would look it up and call me back. He called right back and said it was beyond the limit and would have to charge more for the travel. I didn't think the deal was worth it at that point and he mentioned some places that might be closer to me that might be able to help. He was very nice to deal with. I wish I could have used the deal but it wasn't a deal anymore once the travel charge was added. I gave my experience an A even though I didn't use the deal because the person was very nice and easy to deal with.

The service provider contacted me through e-mail and gave me directions to call a particular person and a phone number. When I called, I was advised to come to their Burlington store to pick out my carpeting. I was looking for an in home service but, they do not provide this.

The sales people were fine; it was just the installation workers that I had concerns. Two workers laid new linoleum over my tile flooring. They were supposed to take up the tile and were not able to do so. They also laid a metal strip in the doorway that I didn’t care for. The communication from them wasn’t very good as they never explained what they were going to do such as laying the metal strip in the doorway. They completed the work in a day. The linoleum does still look good.
