They were fast and accomodating but I had pulled couch out to get to bad stain and they didn't pull it back to clean under where the couch was. I guess I needed to tell them to do that.

They were hired to clean 3 carpet areas, and they did a couple of small areas extra, which was nice of them. Everything was fine.

It was great. I thought they did a good job. I felt the company was really good and they got the carpets really clean, but the next day, one of the stains bled through. I left a message but I never heard back. I liked the two guys that came. They were very professional. I felt at ease at my house with them. I thought they did a great job in cleaning, the fact that they didn't call me back drops the grade. I didn't expect A quality service for the price that I paid but I would use them again, I just wish that they had called me back.

carpets appeared clean upon completion. after the rugs dried dirt came up through the carpet. I called them to complain they never responded.

They are a wonderful, professional group who are on time and work with quality standards. My office carpet and office chairs were cleaned, as was a staircase and a second floor landing of wall to wall carpeting. Everything was terrific and dried just as I was told beforehand. I will definitely use them again and recommend them highly.

Nice people. Courteous. Didn't move any furniture. Just like vacuuming. Went around furniture. Did not clean in front of sliding glass doors to patio and missed area going into kitchen. I would like them to come back and clean the spots they missed. Am reluctant to share this with band of neighbors because I might have misunderstood what they were contracted to do. However, when I have had carpets cleaned in the past, the furniture was always moved aside for cleaning and put back in place with plastic under each leg that touched the damp carpet.

AJ Carpets completed the job in about one hour, working with energy and effectiveness, removing the spots and other marks that had accumulated over time on our carpets. The two-man crew was in every respect courteous and professional. Most important, I was impressed with the results. The carpets look as good as new!

cMark and his cleaning partner were great--I didn't expect them to show up on the early side of the time range they had provided. Typically when a vendor gives you a time range of when they'll arrive, it's much closer to the later time so I was very pleased by their punctuality. They were very professional, very quick and very thorough. I thought I would have to miss an entire day of work waiting for them to arrive and then for them to complete the job but this was not the case with AJ Rose. I had never used them before but their Big Deal on Angie's List was too good to ignore and I'm so glad I gave them a try. I'll definite contact them in the future and recommend their service to my friends.

I am happy with how the carpet looked after the cleaning. The carpet had a number of pet stains that are no longer visible. The cleaners came on time and were very polite and professional.

On a 1-10 scale, this service gets about a 13! Prompt, punctual, neat, friendly, courteous,...the whole ball of wax. They called on their way to tell me when they would arrive and arrived nearly to the minute as promised. Went to work immediately and were very careful not to let the cat out. The carpets look much better, the house was left neat and clean and the 2 gentlemen were exceedingly friendly and efficient.
