It went very well. They arrived on time and were very efficient. They did a good job and I would use them again.

The two carpet cleaners were two hours late due to a very long commute from the previous job. Job Scheduling was inefficient but the gentlemen themselves were great, very apologetic and did an excellent job.

Great service re booking the service and showing up as promised. Cleaning itself was somewhat brief but carpets came out decent. Satisfied but not overly impressed.

Had no problems with furniture relocation either

It went very well, as usual. The cleaner arrived onsite a the agreed time. He was professional. There was no furniture to move as there were no tenants in the condo at the time of the cleaning and no furniture. The carpets look great. I will continue to use the services of AJ Rose, as they are highly rated on Angie's List, offer discounted cleaning, and provide a high quality service.

The service was good. Everything seemed okay and the couches looked great. They have a competitive price. Everything was nice and clean. It smells nice and all the aroma that was there was gone. They arrived on time and did what they say they will do.

This service was done without my presence, but the coordination went smoothly over the phone. The crew did a great job. I would caution people that the areas that need cleaning are likely larger than one would initially think. Also there were some additional unexpected charges for vacuuming and also for cleaning thicker carpets. We were able to come to an agreement on a reduction in price since these extra costs were not previously discussed, so overall, I'm quite happy.

They cleaned the carpet, but all the stains reappeared. I am using them to replace the carpets now.

Cleaned the carpets in three bedrooms and the small hallway. They called in advance of their arrival as I had requested, did the job quickly and professionally.

We are moving in into a new condo and asked AJ Rose to do a carpet cleaning before we move in. It went ok and they came in on time and charged me reasonable extra besides the $89 deal I got from Angie's list. I just wish their job could be a little thorough. The stains are still there and the stairs are hard to clean I know but it does not look much of a difference after the cleaning. Is it because of the color of our carpet is light, creamy color? I will still use their service in the future but may tell them where the stains are to get more attention on those areas.

Went great- they were late but he was apologetic. He cleaned all areas of the house and even helped me out with a stubborn ottoman with a lot of dirt on it for no extra cost. Very nice and professional- they were in and out in a flash and were sweet with my kids.

My mom just called to say that the two gentlemen from AJ Rose just left and that they arrived on time, went right to work and did an amazing job. AJ Rose was efficient and professional. I would definitely recommend AJ Rose!

Decent estimate over the phone. When they showed up to do the job they took actual measurements and quoted a LOWER price than I received over the phone. They were quick, friendly, and did a good job. I would use them again.

Showed up on time, and did a beautiful job on the rugs. I was afraid they wouldn't be able to get certain stains out, but they were gone!

ic I called AJ Rose Carpet and Flooring as a result of an Angie's List Big Deal, $89 for three areas of carpet cleaning. Their scheduling person, Peter, was a pleasure to deal with. Despite it being a very busy time of year., Peter was able to accommodate our request to squeeze us in and have the job done prior to our hosting our extended family for Thanksgiving.... the impetus for our getting the carpet's cleaned. Carlos, their technician, was professional and thorough and also terrific to work with. Prior to starting the job we walked through the spaces to be cleaned. He explained the process and provided a quote for the entire job, which is exactly what I paid when the job was done. My wife was thrilled and that's always a good thing. We will not hesitate to call upon their services again. Please pass my appreciation on to Carlos.
