They did a good job. There were no additional costs besides the $99 that I paid for the big deal. The pricing was fair.

I thought they were going to cover more space than they had - like areas between rooms. We had to have someone else come out and clean the other areas. There were no problems with scheduling or people showing up.

They did a good job and we were happy with their work. They showed up right on time and did the job very quickly and thoroughly. They were very polite as well.

.Used care in moving furniture, used a 4" vacuum hose connected to their truck, so were able to clean quickly with a minimum of bother. Carpets left very clean.

I was initially satisfied with the company, which is why I bought the deal. But after speaking with the woman on the phone and Peter I realized that this was not a good deal. They originally told me that what I needed done was covered and then they told me that it is not covered and would cost more.

They did a very good job and the service was good as well. They were polite, on time and I would recommend them.

They pre-treated all the carpets, then thoroughly cleaned all of them using 200+ degree water to sanitize. They were excellent, showed me all the issues I had. Because the carpets were in such terrible condition, not all the stains came out. But, they look 100X better, and having them be sanitized gave me piece of mind that any dust mites, critters, would be taken care of. I will DEFINTELY hire them again. They were very punctual, called me several times with their arrival updates, were courteous, clean, and pleasant to talk to!

We weren’t happy with our experience. They weren’t very true to the details of the Big Deal and were not clear on what qualified as a room. I purchased the Deal because I really wanted my living room rug cleaned, but they charged me extra because we have a large area rug that did not cover wall to wall, therefore it was not considered a room. We also asked them to clean our couch in addition to the Deal and they ended up staining it.

I scheduled the appointment by phone a week in advance, they were available on the day I wanted. They arrived promptly. They provided an estimate for cleaning 2 wall to wall carpets, a couch and 2 chairs. They completed the job in about 90 minutes. All was clean. I am a happy customer.

The salesperson, Jeanne was very helpful showing us the different types of flooring for a kitchen. We settled on what we wanted and Jeanne wrote up the sale. Jeanne told us they use a certain installer for this type of flooring and that he would call us to come to our house and measure the kitchen. Sean, the installer didn't call so after a couple of days we called him and left a message. It took a couple more phone calls to Sean to get him to call us back. He came to the house and measured the kitchen and said he would get back to us that evening, with a date to install the flooring and a price. He never called us back. My husband called Sean a couple more times and then we just gave up. At some point I called AJ Rose again and spoke to Pete to complain but nothing was done. Ultimately, we went to AJ Rose and picked up our flooring and found our own installer. We were very frustrated with the experience and would not use AJ Rose again, due to their lack of follow-up with us about the installer not getting back to us. All we wanted was a phone call, and if the installer was too busy to do the job at that time, we were willing to wait, but to not get any response was unacceptable.

Easy to schedule, and they did a good job.

I ordered linoleum from AJ Rose because they had a significantly higher assortment than competitors. The quality and price of linoleum were also good. The only disappointment was that, when I tried to return compound that ultimately wasn't needed (it was unopened and unexpired), they said they can't accept it because it was a special order. But probably it's a common practice.

The carpet was beautiful. They did a great job, but the price was a lot higher than expected.

The two men who did the work were on time, very fast and did an excellent job. Plus, they were friendly and professional...I will definitely contact AJ Rose for my future flooring needs.

Purchased Angie's List Deal for 3 rooms carpet cleaning. I was contacted quickly by the company soon after purchasing the deal. Scheduling was easy. Two technicians arrived on time. They were both very nice. They were careful with the hoses that were used, and made sure they did not scratch any woodwork/corners etc. They worked very quickly and carpets came out nice. One point I would make is to be sure when you purchase this carpet deal, that you are aware that they do NOT move any furniture for the carpet cleaning. They clean around the furniture. It did not say that on the deal when I purchased it, and I only found out when I scheduled the appointment. I ended up moving a good number of furniture pieces out of the way in advance to optimize the area cleaned. All in all though, you can't really beat $89 for three rooms!

The sales person was reasonably knowledgeable, but seemed distracted. We found most of the options by looking around the showroom ourselves. This included the specific sample we went there to see. It was not in the location that it was supposed to be, and we found it leaning against another display. Their pricing was fine, not the lowest, but on the lower end of the range. We decided to go with another vendor who was more attentive and offered the same or better pricing.

They were good. The installer was excellent. He got the job done in less than a week to do all of it. The scheduling was good. The cleanup was really good.

Responded to requests for change in services without any question. Fast, prompt, efficient, did a great job. Will hire again next year.
