They had truck problems that day and were late but made sure I was aware of the situation. That is the only reason I marked the punctuality down a bit. Not totally their fault but couldn't give them an A. The were very professional. They did a great job and it was done quickly. Would definitely use them again.

I had an appointment scheduled between 2 & 4. They never showed & I had other things to do, so I left. They ended up showing at 5 when I was not home. I was unsatisfied with them being late & I am getting a refund for the deal.

It was fantastic. I used them for the 3rd time. I had them clean my carpets once and thought it went very well so I purchased carpet from them. This was the last time I had used them.

Carlos was terrific. Punctual, friendly and professional. We will most definitely use him (them) again.

He was very nice and helpful, however he only cleans wall to wall carpet not area rugs. I would use them in the future.

The folks at AJ Rose were great. They let us bring a sample book of different floorings home so we could find the best look and told us to take our time. After choosing what we wanted, someone came out within 1 week to take measurements and an appointment was quickly scheduled. On the day of the appointment, I FORGOT they were coming out! The workman could not have been more understanding or professional. His schedule did not allow him to come back out for a couple of weeks. He said we could wait or he had someone else who could come in to do the work. We accepted the second option. The second workman was as professional as the first. The floor looks fabulous! Everything was spotless when he left. I will use them again if we decide to redo the second bathroom or the kitchen floor.

Everything about the job was smooth and easy from beginning to end. I spoke with a friendly individual at the store to schedule our appointment, the cleaners gave us a call in advance alerting us to their arrival time, and the cleaning was done quickly and thoroughly. The cleaners were polite and professional and didn't try to upsell us on other services, as other cleaning companies have done in the past. We were very pleased -- would use AJ Rose again.

My carpet steamer broke and I took a long time to decide what to do.It was embarrassingly fifty, especially where dirt was tracked in from the winter. There were also places where my manual cleaning did not get out spots completely after a spill and where it had I'm sure I had not gotten out all the Resolve.. The carpet on the stairs was fifthly and I knew that would really be hard to deal with even with my machine. I finally looked at providers on Angie's List and decided on AJ Rose. I called during business hours and was transferred to someone who scheduled my cleaning. I was informed ahead of time to remove everything I could from the area to be cleaned and they called to confirm and remind me to prepare the day before cleaning was scheduled. Two polite guys came over with a powerful machine that operates in the back of a van through an enormous hose. They sprayed the carpet with a treatment then used the machine. It blasts steam from the hose to a head that directs it deep into the carpet and then sucks it out the other edge of the same head which is transparent. You can see grime getting blasted right out of the carpet! They did a great job on the carpets and the stairs. It really was great but don't expect "like new" as some things just won't completely come out. They set that expectation on the phone when I scheduled. They spray the treatment and do a powerful once-over with the machine. I think they even got under the radiators as much as possible. My allergies are much better and I was revealed to know that the Resolve I'd used to clean up spills was finally completely removed. I don' t like scented products and forgot to mention it. The treatment they use did have a sent but in the end after the cleaning It had a mild and pleasant odor and the next day house just smell pleasantly clean. I had them clean the center of the family room then move the sofa to the center of the room and clean where it goes. Next time I will put my sofa on furniture movers so that there is no chance of the legs interacting with the wet carpet and so i can push it around a bit while it dries. I left it in one place until the floor was dry and it was still wet under where the legs were resting. All around I was very pleased. I may get my machine fixed for cleaning spills but I will still have AJ Rose do the carpets once a year.

They were fantastic. Everyone is very pleased with the results.

The most professional quality work I ever saw.

Received phone confirmation and day-before and day-of logistics calls which were great to coordinate entry to the unit needing cleaning. The results were great - cleaned out stains that we thought were there forever, am quite happy with the job they did.

AJ Rose was excellent. Larry the salesman was very pleasant and knew his stuff. He kept on top of everything so we were always made abreast of each detail. The installers were top notch. They were prompt, courteous and thorough. All in all a great experience. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have their floors done.

One day job by thorough and professional installers subcontracted by AJ Rose. Delivered as poromised; the end product is beautiful. We would use them again.

The cleaning hasn't happened yet, it's scheduled for July 18th. I will update my review after that!

It was fine. Nothing specific really sticks out and I have no complaints in any way. The carpet looked okay, it didn't look as transformed as I would have hoped but I'm not really sure how much or what's realistic to hope for. They showed up on time, they were pleasant and stick to the pricing as agreed. There were no issues. We had purchased something through Angie's List and when they called to schedule, my wife asked them about an extra room and I think they said it was maybe $50 or $60 extra and they did it for that price.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and they were great; I loved them. My advice to others is to call them up and try them. I thought they were fine; I would recommend them.

I worked with the Natick branch of the store, and it was a good experience. The installer is a real expert, and he and his crew did an amazing job. In addition, everyone involved was a pleasure to work with. The salesperson was new to the store and not always up on all the details, but she was very proactive about getting help from colleagues when necessary. The price was much better than that of the other vendor I contacted. The cost that I listed above includes materials, labor, tax, and the net benefit of an Angie's List coupon.

It was fine. The flooring turned out good.

When I called to schedule, they informed me they don't actually cover my area and they would have to charge a large travel fee, so I did not wind up using the deal. However, they were responsive when I called and seemed respectful.

They arrived on time and did a good job cleaning the rugs.

I visited both stores, Burlington and Natick, on both occasions that I purchased flooring from AJ Rose. Their selection of sheet vinyl is good, ranging from lower/moderate to higher priced. They do not carry the lowest price vinyl, but if I was looking for that, I might've purchased from one of the big box stores. Joyce, a salesperson at the Natick store is great! She is also an interior designer and is very willing to offer her advice and expertise. She even helped me to pick out colors for wall and kitchen cabinet paints. The flooring that I selected initially was not in stock and would not have been available when I needed it. She notified me promptly of that so that I was able to come in and select another flooring. I had an Angie's List coupon, which made the purchase more cost-effective than I had even expected. The flooring came in earlier than was initially expected and my contractor was able to pick it up in Burlington without any problems. I have referred several others to AJ Rose, and wouldn't hesitate to do so again.

Their t wo-man team came exactly as mentioned and went to work quickly. Very professional. Results were amazing. They cleaned up as well. Would highly recommend them for any carpet service.
