It was a good experience from start to finish. I was able to make a next day appointment and appreciated that they did not try to break up the service between an estimate and a second visit for the repair. They were respionsive, friendly and professional and Clyde even tried to train me on how to fix the disposal in the future.

I really can recommend David highly enough. He was on time, did high quality work and offered to stick around to help me move in our new fridge. We had spoken to another plumber in the area that had quoted a much higher number for the work.

Excellent, on time, called me back immeadiately, neat and clean.

David did a perfect job. He came with another plumber to help him drain and remove the existing water heaters. David was efficient and precise and did 2 water heaters in under 2.5 hrs. He told me that he does quite a few water heaters per month and you can tell that he can do this in his sleep. After everything is done, he refilled the water heater and inspected for leaks. We found a small drip due to a defective part. No big deal. He fixed that in under 10 mins. In the end, what he did looked like a work of art. He was very courteous and answered all my questions during the whole process. I hired him because of the good reviews I saw on Angie's list and I'm glad I did.

David and his assistant did a superb job. They were courteous, thorough, professional, and friendly. They were easily accessible and on time. I would gladly hire them again.

I think they were quite good. They were great. His name was Kevin, he was really nice. I don’t recall the price, but I thought it was very reasonable. It was a beautiful job. He literally just had twins and he was putting in my toilet.

I really appreciated that he was able to service me on the weekend. He was a real pleasure to work with. It was a pleasant surprised to not get charged any additional charges. I now have a local plumber when I need one.

It went great! I thought the project was going to be a pain due to how the disposal is connected in my house, but he knew what to do right away and even offered to pick up a new disposal for me to replace.

Overall, when you are able to reach him, he seems fairly good. His biggest strength is his quality of work even though on one occasion (the current occasion) there was an issue with work he had done in the past. My main issue is that he is very difficult to reach and you often have to leave several messages before he responds.

They came and fixed it with no problems, no drama, and did a great job. Will definitely call them again!

Within 45 minutes of calling, there was a plumber onsite. He was incredibly friendly and resolved the issue within 5 minutes. He used an electric snake to resolve the issue that was beyond the trap.

Terrific. They responded immediately even though it was not a total emergency. Highly professional. Careful. Punctual. Can't think of anything they could have done better. First time we used them but they are now our go to plumber( our regular plumber couldn't come for weeks).

Davis Aviksis did the work when he said he would but the work came in well over the estimate. In fact, when clarified, the labor cost amounted to approximately $145 per hour! I received no further responses from Aviksis Plumbing to answer my additional questions and further clarify. I fell victim to the main thing I was trying to avoid - price gouging. All I ask for is a quality job at a reasonable price -- not the lowest price. I explained this to David at the outset. Perhaps he wouldn't have gotten the job if he were more honest up front about his labor cost. I paid the bill but will not use this business' services again. (The photo attached is of the sink installed. The carpentry work above the sink was done by me after the sink installation and was not part of the work performed by Aviksis Plumbing. It's where the old, non-pedestal sink was attached.)

I called Dave Aviksis of Mr. Fix It plumbing to discuss his experience in doing this type of work and his availability and price. He provided me with clear, simple answers to my questions. We arranged a date and time for him to do the work. He arrived on schedule, assessed the work to be done and started the task. He was supported by another master plumber and a trainee. He asked my opinion on one or two matters that related to issues a homeowner may be interested in. At the same time he gave me his opinion- and the reasons supporting his ideas. I considered the options, but agreed with his recommendations. The work was completed on schedule and within the dollar amount Dave initially quoted. The quality of the work is without question remarkably well done. Dave and his crew are true professionals, whom I recommend without reservation.

We had a leaking water heater and they responded the next day. I will hire them again.

David and his colleague were able to come for a same-day appointment. They completed the initial request but found there was an additional part damaged. They had the part the next day and completed the work in the afternoon. They were very knowledgeable, polite and punctual.

It's not easy to get emergency service for a burst pipe on the first day of a school vacation week. But they returned my call within 20 minutes and were at my home in another 20 minutes. They was able to make a quick emergency repair allowing us to have normal water service until a proper full repair can be done in spring. And they showed me how to prevent a repeat incident. They were very professional and courteous and I would definitely hire them again. The price, while high for a job that took well less than an hour, accurately reflected the emergency service and I was happy to pay it.

David is a very dependable and trusty plumber. I called him this morning when I found 2 pipes in my houses that were frozen from a very cold night in Boston. He told me he would be over by 3 pm, and he came right on time. Fortunately for us, neither of the two pipes had burst from the cold weather so David gave us great advice on what to do to help them thaw, and to call him if they burst in the process. I had called a different plumbing company before I called David and their response was "we'll put you on a list and we'll call you later." Then they called me and said "if you can't see us now, we'll bump you to the bottom of our list.". Compared to such poor service, David's responses are incredible - he said that if we were unlucky to have burst pipes, he would come at any time of the night. I'm glad I called him and will be calling him for all my plumbing work going forward!

I found them on Angie's List. I used them a couple of times. I am pretty happy with the service I received from them.

David was extremely responsive to my initial request through Angieslist. He was on-time and worked quickly to fix all the plumbing issues. After he left, the toilet had a problem so he came back and fixed it without any additional charge even though it cost him more in parts. Overall a great experience and someone I would whole-heartly recommend.

Smooth. Probably could've found cheaper, but they sent their guy on 3 days' notice to do a faucet replacement and it went great. Would use again.
