Description of Work: Old claw tube with pull type show reverted valve, pipes would shake when ever shower was used. He figure out the low flow shower head was the problem.

Description of Work: The plumbers are very friendly and works well and efficiently. They came in advance, and disconnected gas stove, dishwasher and refrigerator in half an hour.

Description of Work: The toilet had several parts that were rusted and about to go. The tank was also leaking. He fixed several problems, and so far the toilet is running much better!

Description of Work: I had "one glitch" with my gas fired steam heat and initiated a service call. | |He took a quick look at my heating system, didn't see anything wrong -- wouldn't take any money for it (even though I offered). It's been running fine now for over 3 weeks, so he didn't miss anything. | |I was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. He's the first person I'll call when I need something done in the future.

Description of Work: Replaced a 75 gallon water heater. It went well. They were on-time, professional, cleaned up. No complaints, Would recommend, and use again.

Description of Work: Mr. Fix It replaced a toilet, fixed a blocked drain, and repaired plumbing to outside faucet. They were courteous, efficient, neat, and professional. The price was very reasonable. I would definitely hire them again.

Description of Work: I have actually used Mr. Fixit a number of times. He is a true gem. He has never failed me, especially when I needed him in an emergency. I have pretty much only used him for small jobs- replacing leaking valves, but he has come quickly, performed the job efficiently, and is very reasonable in his pricing. I would (and have) hire him again! |

Description of Work: My laundry sink was leaking. The Mr. Fix It repairman stopped the leak but the sink then filled up with water/didn't drain. I called Mr. Fix It back to say there was a problem and they told me that they weren't responsible and wouldn't do anything about it. I finally had to call some drain people and they said when they cleared it out that the Mr. Fix It plumber had left a lot of epoxy in the pipe which clogged it.

Description of Work: No hot water even though I had a new heater installed June '14. When he arrived he discovered that NSTAR forgot to turn the water heater back on when they were removing the gas meter to the outside. He turned it on, adjusted it and accompanied me to the NSTAR Supervisor outside to discuss the problem. NSTAR will reimburse me. I am so pleased with this service.

Description of Work: David called to say he was booked out for a few weeks and upon my asking recommended Felix as well as Shimon. Felix was also not available but Shimon of Aviksis Plumbing was, and showed up on time early next morning and did a great job. Shimon is honest and competent.
