Description of Work: We had a leaky hot water heater. They came and helped us shut off the water immediately. No one else had a hot water heater, but arranged to have one installed next day. Very nice and helpful.

Description of Work: Zack is amazing. My 95 year old father was coming to my home for a visit unexpectedly and I needed to put in some safety rails in the shower and, once he was coming, take care of all the plumbing items I had been putting off (a toilet leak, strange noise in the shower plumbing, etc.) He took my call, arranged to come within days, arrived when he said he was, and worked lightning fast (and no saying, "I have to go out for that part," he had everything he needed), charged a fair price, and now, after 6 months, all the work he did is still working well. After this first experience, I had him back to do some other work a couple of months later (new shutoff valve in the basement for the line leading to the outdoor faucet, new hoses and valves for the hot and cold water lines to the washer). He is very knowledgeable, explains everything he does if you want to know, and also told me certain things I didn't need to do that I asked about. I've recommended him to a couple of friends and they had as many good things to say about him as I do. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Description of Work: I live in Brookline and have used AA Zack for the last 5 or 6 years. Always reasonable pricing and quality service. Zack is a really good guy and has shown me how to fix toilets and sinks by myself so that I don't have to keep hiring him for small jobs. I work in real estate and have referred many clients and friends to AA Zack, all of whom have been quite pleased with the quality and service. Zack has earned my business and I will be a customer of his until he retires.

Description of Work: Our water heater let go on Sunday morning. We called AA Zack Plumbing, they arrived at our door 1/2 hour later. They were extremely punctual and very professional. Not only did they furnish and install a new water heater but they helped us pull up damaged rugs as well as help us out with the disposal of the damaged rugs.. They were economically fair and super helpful. This is the third time I have used them and they continue to be as reliable as their first visit. I highly recommend them..
