They sent someone out within an hour of my phone call. The technician was professional, solved the problem, and cleaned up when he was done. Great service!

Our experience matched that of other reviewers. Greg arrived first thing the day after we rang for help. He was fast, efficient, and very good at explaining the problem. We will definitely use this company again!

They came at on off time again and he said that there were roots in the pipes again. It looks like my daughter was using flushable wipes that got caught in the roots again. He said that the service he performed would again only last another 6 weeks. He said that the best option would the $800 high pressure water jet it out to make sure it didn’t happen again. He also used a camera to make sure it worked correctly. He said he was on a 15 hour shift and we would start it now and come back in the morning at the end of his shift to finish it. Hopefully all will be well. They showed up on time and were very nice. They were polite, courteous and professional. They were very upfront about the charges before they did anything.

I called Drain Remedy yesterday morning expecting an call back on Monday. After I left my message with a live voice, Chris Fall called me back immediately and we scheduled the work within a 2-hour frame Sunday afternoon. When Chris came, he was professional from start to finish. He walked me through the complex problem explaining each step as the draining problem was much more serious than I thought. Chris unclogged one drain opening only to find the water still was not draining correctly. He patiently researched the next problem and explained to me what has to be done to correctly alleviate the problem. Chris also discovered a very old plumbing snake in one of the drains apparently left by an earlier incompetent plumber years earlier. Chris was extremely thorough, professional, polite and proficient in resolving the drain problem. I would highly recommend Chris Fall and Drain Remedy if you need a great plumber at a reasonable price!

I was very pelased with the information and work done by both Greg and Sean. They were very considerate and competent.

The men performed the service smoothly. No problem with the toilet since then. When I initially asked for the main line to be jetted (which would have cost more), Drain Remedy suggested a snaking instead, stating that most of the time, that is all that is needed. I appreciated that.

Excellent service. Obviously, having a drain problem on Thanksgiving made it stressful for everyone not to be able to use water for the entire day. By the next morning, we needed someone to come ASAP. Found a plumbing company on Angie's List who actually suggested Drain Remedy. We called, gave the address, and within 90 minutes, the service man arrived. He listened to the problem, went into each condo where the water was backing up and listened to the problem of each owner and got to work. He tested out the water running with all of us ( 4-condo unit) after clearing the sludge back-up and then showed each of us where the problem was and what we can do to prevent back-up in the future. Excellent service.

I was very impressed by the promptness of the returned calls. I left a message and they called me back. The appointment was very quick. I think within an hour I had an appointment. The person who came was very professional, answered all my questions and explained what he was doing. He took very short time to do it. Within 20 minutes the line was cleared. He made sure he drained it and he made sure he cleaned up after himself. He was in and out. I was very pleased. It was excellent. I would use them again in the future.

Our kitchen sink became clogged. Called first thing in the morning to request service and was given an appointment within the hour. Technician arrived as scheduled, professionally went about snaking the line, gave very helpful tips to avoid future problems, and cleaned up the work area. He showed respect to my home and me.

Called on Friday afternoon to see how soon I could schedule an appointment. Indicated that a technician was available and could be sent out immediately. Gave me a price estimate over the phone for basic snaking and if additional work was required. Technician arrived within an hour which was very fast given the Friday afternoon traffic. Technician listed to what I thought the problem was and went to work reviewing the situation. Indicated that it was actually a different problem/drain. Drain was terribly clogged!! Technician worked very hard to remove clog. Due to years of debris in drain this was a huge effort- I saw all the gunk! Technician contacted home office to consult with other technicians on what might be done in terms of a cost effective solution. Other technicians offered to come out to assess situation- note: this was now well into Friday evening, well after hours. I declined the offer- as the drain was flowing free enough for my needs. Technician indicated that I may need (really should schedule) a longer snaking in the future but did not pressure me into doing more than I wanted. This is the HARDEST WORKING SERVICE PROVIDER I have yet dealt with. I felt as though the whole firm was consulting and involved on how to fix MY drain issue. I highly recommend this firm! Great customer service and effective results! I will call them again!

I called them a little before 8 am on a Mon morning. The individual who was going to do the job called me back within 5 min, and was at our place by 9:30, fixed by 10. Went great! Very reasonably priced, too.

Our plumbing company recommended Drain Remedy when they were too busy to do the job. Drain Remedy was great. First call was answered, and a plumber was on the way within an hour. Cleared the drain effectively, checked for any leaks once resealing the system.

Great. I called them first thing in the morning. They were at the house when they told me they would be. Joe and his assistance were both courteous, professional, careful and clean. They explained everything they were doing and why.

We had to pay approx. $950 for the first 2 visits, including the special video camera and high-pressure water machine. Im not sure if that price is reasonable or not; didnt do any comparison shopping. When I realized after their initial 2 visits that the shower drain was still clogged, I was hoping they would just say that that was covered by the $950, but they didnt. So, we had to shell out another $130 to cover that. Again, I cant really say if those prices are reasonable or not. They were very punctual and responsive. I was always able to get an appt. within 24hrs. (Another plumber I called said Id have to wait a week.) The plumbers were also very informative and were willing to spend lots of time explaining the problem.
