Great! I called them two days ago after another plumber was a no show, they picked up right away and made an appointment with me for this morning. Greg arrived right on the dot, was friendly, and completed the job quickly and efficiently. Very reasonable rate for the work as well. Very glad I called this company, I would certainly hire them again.

Drain Remedy came out when they said they would and fixed the problem quickly. They were professional and I would use them again.

I had a total clog of all upstairs drains. Despite the evening hour, a technician showed up within an hour. He used a power snake to get the clog. Very quick and professional.

They did a line clean-out from the kitchen.

We called drain remedy at 1:00am and they were able to come to our condo by 8:00am the same morning .We had toilet and pipe clogged and it took 2 hours and lots of persistence from the technician to pull out everything .It was a really though job but it was very well done and we were relieved to have called drain remedy !

Drain Remedy's technician, Greg, arrived on time. What can I say except that I am so grateful that a plumber friend of my daughter's referred me to Drain Remedy. Greg certainly knows his profession......he cleared both the bathtub and sink drains that a plumbing contractor was unable to clear during the past 13 months (3 visits, so you imagine cost and frustration). Greg examined both areas, provided information about possible issues and then carefully went to work. During the period of his visit, Greg kept me apprised of the process. Have to say that he was professional, honest and determined to resolve the issues... and indeed he did Both bathtub and bathroom sink are now draining beautifully. From my perspective, the cost was more than reasonable and Drain Remedy is at the top of my go-to contractors. Recommendation: 100% positive. Thank you Greg and Drain Remedy.

Arrived precisely at the promised time. Completed the job efficiently and ensured that the drain was in working order. Performed cleanup satisfactorily.

Roofer found plumbing vent pipe on roof that was full of water. Thought that could be what was causing slow drain in 2nd floor bathroom. Peter came out, went up on roof and used auger on drain. Nothing happened - I could hear auger in walls, but the pipe on the roof seemed to end in a wall on the first floor and was not connected to anything below. I showed Peter where I could hear the auger, but he could not find where the pipe was connected either. Brought auger down from roof and up to second floor bathroom. Used auger in tub, but could not get it far enough in to clear drain. After we found the access panel for the drum trap, he clean out trap and augured pipe flowing out of trap so water was flowing again. We discussed roof pipe. He recommended having pipe removed as it is a galvanized pipe and will rot from the inside until eventually pipe will burst in walls and cause serious damage. We will consider having them out again to trace pipe path, determine where it ends, then drain and remove it.

Provider arrived and took a look at the drain setup. Asked me to sign blank work order as potential damage release. was hesitant, but read form and saw that it required a final signature to accept charges and approve completion of work, so I signed the release. Plumber retrieved auger from truck and brought it to basement. Fed auger into vent pipe for drain. He had some difficulty with the auger going into the pipe and had to reset it several times, but it finally started to work. we filled clogged sink and ran water into other sink that drained into clog. after a couple of minutes, the water drained out of the sink and he started to remove auger. When auger came out, there was lint caught on the end of it. Plumber recommended adding a filter to washing machine outflow. Told me I could spend $15 - $20 to buy a special filter at hardware store or just get some old nylon stockings to tie over end and save some money. $5 for 10 pair, so not only did he fix my drain, he gave me good, inexpensive advice to prevent future clogs. Will have them back, but really hope I don't need them again!

Awesome job. Came as fast as promised. Did the job quickly and professionally. Explained what he was doing along the way, gave good advice on how to maintain drains unclogged. Will recommend to friends and family.

Things went out perfectly with them. They were actually really fast getting here. When we called them, they said that it will take them about an hour but they were already out from the house and getting their paper work together within probably at the most within half an hour. They were very professional and nice.

He was able to come out within a few hours, but before he started the work he wanted me to sign a completely blank form authorizing the work -- with no price, no hourly rate, no description of what he was supposed to just, not even my name and address. Just my signature! He told me in person that it would be a given rate for up to two hours of snaking, then it might cost more if he had to use additional tactics, but wouldn't commit to anything in writing. I sent him packing.

We were having drain issues in our basement, the connection from our washing machine seemed to be clogged, and it was getting worse as the washer started not being able to drain properly. We'd called a residential plumber who tried to clear the drain, but after he broke a hand snake in the pipe, felt that we should contact Drain Remedy as they are more expert in dealing with difficult pipe clogs. I called at 3pm on a Friday, and the lovely woman who answered the phone said "we'll send someone right out," even though it wasn't a true emergency. Alex arrived within the hour, and used an industrial snake to clear the basement pipe. He also cleared our bathroom tub train, as that had been draining slowly for the past 3 years. Alex was professional, courteous and knowlegeable, telling us what needed to be done to fix our problem, as well as recommending future work for good drain maintenance. We'll be contacting them again in the future for additional work. I was really pleased with the service, and would recommend Drain Remedy without hesitation.

These guys were great... I had a roofer replace a roof drain on my flat roof and whatever happened something got lodged in the drain and the drain overflowed and water got into the home. These guys came on the same day ( which was very hot!) I called and came with all thr right equipment. My roof drain opening was smaller than a normal drain opening should be and so the snake they originally used was too big...they fortunately had a smaller drain in the van and boom!! Success.. was such a relieve and after about 8 inches of water from storms in the last week... no leaks to report.

I called the Taunton, MA office of Drain Remedy, Inc on 6/11/13 at about 1:00 P.M. A service tech was at my door before 2 P.M. His first name was the same as mine, Greg. I thought was a good omen. It only got better from there. I had tried snaking the drain and pouring Liquid Plumber, to no avail. Within 20 minutes the drain was clear and draining water properly. Greg even gave us a $30 coupon because we had called them from Angie's List. I would use these guys again in a heartbeat. I know a plumber would have charged $200 to say hello, and more to actually fix the problem. Drain Remedy is the "bees knees"!

Response was within 45 minutes. After power snaking the main line, the drain backup problem was resolved.

It went very well. They were prompt, fast, & efficient.

We had water backing into our washing machine in the basement and called our usual plumber. He said that we needed to get the tank pumped (even though it had been pumped 6 months ago) before he'd even respond. We had the system pumped and then kept leaving the guy messages. At 7 PM (after waiting all day for the so-called other guy) we called Drain Remedy. It was late but they agreed to visit us and estimated the cost at $300. He arrived 1.5 later and cleaned/snaked out the pipes. He only charged us $230 and said that he usually quotes a higher price just in case it involves more work and told us to use the Angie's list coupon which we had not noticed online. They were very responsive. I wish we had called them at 7 in the morning instead of wasting our day waiting around. I won't call anyone else in the future. Job well done. P.S. We never heard back from the other plumber which is another well rated angie's list fellow. Go with these guys.

The waste water pipe clogged, causing the shower and washing machine to overflow the set tub in the basement because there was nowhere for the water to go. Set tub overflowed on to basement floor. Applied 3 Drano doses from different spots in the wastewater chain. Did not work. Had an unexpected half day off due to getting let off at noon from jury duty. Called Drain Remedy hoping to get someone out that day. They sent someone within the hour. It took him about an hour to figure out where the problem was and snake it. Accepted my Angie's List coupon. Have showered and done laundry since the repair without a problem. Final cost $200 and I didn't have to sacrifice a day off from work.

Greg, the Drain Remedy plumber, scoped out the situation and determined that the best route for cleaning the sewer line was through a first floor toilet drain line. He quoted a price, removed the toilet and cleared the blockage. He was able to lower the price because it took less time than he had estimated. He replaced the toilet and honored an Angie's List coupon which further lowered the cost of the job.

I called a top rated Plumber on Angieslist and told them my shower drain was clogged. They didn't have anyone available so they referred me to Drain Remedy. I called Drain Remedy and they sent someone immediately. Their representative was courteous, friendly, and helpful. He looked at the shower, and quoted me $170. I was expecting $100 to $125.

Access was not easy and the snake didn’t seem to go anywhere. Once a proposal to break into the wall for access was made I had to figure out and suggest another option for entering the pipes and that made the difference. I was overcharged by the workers. However, once I described my point of view to the owner he immediately made a fair and honest adjustment no questioned asked. To me it is more important than getting it right the first time. Disagreements with the worker bees can happen with any service but now I know that with Drain Remedy the top decision makers are attentive and fair and this is in my view more important. It is a tough job with many unknowns before you get into it. I will use them again in a heart bit.
