This was a terrible experience. We had just moved into a new house and I needed help cleaning the floors and bathrooms before unpacking. Not only did I have to chase the owner of the company down to book my appointment, but on the day of services, I waited around for half an hour waiting for her and her crew to show up. I called the number listed, and she said she running late and needed my address again. I honestly think she'd forgotten all about me. Another half an hour went by and I called again. They were on the wrong street.. So I waited... At this point, my 18 month daughter was overdue for a nap, but I couldn't put her down because her room needed to be cleaned. When they finally arrived, there was no apology for being over an hour late, and she haggled me about what she'd clean and not clean for the "deal" I was given on Angie's List. The icing on the cake with this job was when I told the leader of the crew that I needed to run around the corner to grab some cash for them. I was gone 20 minutes, and when I got back, well before their time was up to clean, they were GONE. Unreal. Do NOT hire these cleaners.

I have hired Catia to clean my home every two weeks.

This was disappointing in that originally Catia had said she could do the date I needed. Then she called to say she could not do it. I have used Smile Cleaners before and they did good work, so it was just a matter that this time we could not make it work.

No problem. Very polite. Got right to the task.

I had bought a big deal for this cleaning service. I can't remember how much I paid, but they did a decent job cleaning the house. The only reason I wouldn't use them again was because I have a regular housecleaner.

I ordered the Big Deal, then I contacted the provider in order to schedule a date that I needed. The provider was not able to come on that date. Phone contact was agreeable.

They didn't do a good. They had 4 people and were done in an hour and a half and the people i usually use for the same price come with only 2 people and take about 3 hours and do a very good job.

They came on time and did a good job.

It went very well. I ended up signing up with Smile's for twice a month cleanings. It is so lovely to come home to a sparkling home.

The provider never called or contacted me. I want a REFUND!

I was pleasantly surprised. We not only used them for the Big Deal we bought, but multiple times since then. Can't wait to have them back again.

They cleaned the vacuumed carpet , wiped hardwood floors, baseboards, windows, blinds, and bathrooms. Friendly, and did a nice job.

They did an excellent job, including lifting the rugs and moving light pieces of furniture.

As others have indicated, Catia canceled twice at the last minute before finally coming to our house. When she finally came out she was very nice but it wasn't a very thorough cleaning. Our big deal let us have 2 cleaners for 2 hours and she worked on the kitchen and bathroom but, when she left the cabinets hadn't been wiped (but the aluminum foil had been replaced in the toaster oven and the microwave was clean.). I got the feeling she wasn't paying very close attention to the work- it was haphazard.

I tried to schedule the cleaning service. At first we waited since they are supposed to call and schedule. Then we left voice messages twice and tried to schedule service, but no return call. Finally able to contact them on the third try but they are all full on the days that we want, and they blame us not scheduling sooner. Oh well.

It went very well, very nice lady, professional, great job. The house had a nice clean fresh smell.

They canceled at the last minute once or twice, and eventually I got my money back.

They did a good job at first and then when I was not there the work started to go down hill.

Cleaning went well , and would use this team again , but be sure that the staff knows exactly where to go in the Boston area

Called the morning due to clean and said her sister had a kidney inspection and had to take her to the hospital. When I said that I had reschedule after she canceled, she said she would drop her sister off and be here at 10:00. She was here at 10:15.

They were neither great nor terrible but just fine. The work that they performed never turned out to be the same as my wife’s expectation. The deal which I received from them was however very good.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was okay. It was fine. They did what they said they would do. There was some confusion with the ad because they didn't do both windows and cleanings; it was one or the other. I don't know if I would use them again.
