Very happy with their service! They are very accommodating to my schedule.

It went very well. They were courteous and came in with a team of 3. They said they was done in 2 hours. There was more stuff that could have been done but maybe it wasn't part of the deal. It was for 4 hours. The walls could have been washed down but it might not have been in with the basic stuff.

It's a small place. They came, they cleaned. Can't beat the price.

I thought that they were fine but my wife didn’t like them so much. There was no additional charge. I just felt that they were below standards in their cleaning job. Three people came and they were okay.

Everything turned out well. They spent four hours cleaning and vacuuming. Three workers showed up. They were professional and on time. I only say "B" because we wanted to get our windows cleaned as well, but they ran out of time.

They were too busy. I got the deal refunded.

Smile Housecleaning did a great job. They arrived on time the two times I used them. They thoroughly cleaned the condo and washed all the windows. I was completely satisfied.

The work that was done was done ok. But the deal specified "plus 10 windows". The cleaner that they sent did no windows and didn't mention anything about windows. I suspect she didn't know the specifics of the deal. The company also insisted on communicating by phone; I would have preferred using email. For me email is better because the cleaning people are not native English speakers and communicating verbally can led to confusion. I won't use this company again.

I never ended up using the company. I was trying to get all the other work done before they came out to my home. I rated them a "C" because I never even contacted the company.

There were actually 4 people here for one hour. It was not a deep clean, it seemed more of a general cleaning. Scheduling an appointment was fine.

Was never able to schedule after many, many calls. Spoke with customer service a few times as well.

Wasn't thorough and didn't do a good job

They seemed professional. The service went fine and they didn't charge me anything extra. The service was done pretty quickly and the housecleaning was efficient; I wasn't very happy with the windows though. They did clean a few windows inside but I expected that they would wash more of the outside windows.

The service was good. They did what they were supposed to do.

That was OK. I used the Deal shortly after I purchased it and there were no additional charges. Everything was OK, it wasn't excellent but it was alright.

Ultimately, they never showed, and I had to cancel the deal for a refund. I also wasn't impressed with their communication practices.

We only used them that one time, and then we moved.
