Description of Work: I contacted Smile Cleaning after receiving the Big Deal info via email. We booked a date, but the woman needed to cancel due to sickness. We booked another date and then I needed to change it. Time passed and we tried to get together and played phone tag for a bit. Then I just remember September was the expiration date and I didn't resume contact after that date. Since, I now have a cleaning crew that is doing a very nice job and I trust them. The name of my new cleaners are: FAMILY CLEANING and they service Newton, MA, but come to me in Canton, MA as a favor to me. My personal assistant researched & found Family Cleaning for me and I am recommending them to you as a reliable, responsible, fully bonded cleaning crew for the Canton,MA area. Description of Work: I made an appt. for May, and I plan to use the Angie's List coupon instead of the higher priced "big deal." I contacted the cleaning service and they were very helpful in setting-up the appointment.

Description of Work: I bought a big deal for one person for four hours or two people for two hours. I scheduled the appointment with ease, but was contacted to ask if I could reschedule. As I couldn't, they honored the original date/time. On the day of, I received a text letting me know that she had a cancellation and asking if she could come early. Of course! They did a very good job, though not excellent. They were cleaning a completely empty house and forgot important places like the top of the fridge and the area in front of alliances on the floor. They worked efficiently. I would consider using them again.

I had been out of work recuperating from hip surgery and thought I could get a lot done in 4 hours. But when they arrived I was informed that 4 hours was for one person and 2 hrs for 2 people so there were 3 of them and i got 1.5 hrs. That pretty much cleaned the basics in my condo. That was fine. They were efficient and professional. I personally was put out because I had not read the fine print. I could have paid extra for a little extra time.

Description of Work: this service was so poor that i reported them to Angie's list and got a full refund I WOULD NEVER REFER ANYONE TO THIS SERVICE!

Description of Work: We used an Angie's coupon: 4 hours of cleaning for $79. I like that they called to confirm the appointment the day before. They cleaned our whole house: vacuumed, dusted, scrubbed floors, cleaned bathrooms. They spent a lot of time on the blinds (which had been neglected) and so had no time for the basement. Although they missed a few spots here and there, for the most part they did a very thorough job, were polite, and worked hard the whole time they were here.

Description of Work: They didn't call or show up on the appointed day, Sept. 29th, at 2:30 pm. Waited for 1/2 hour for them to let me know why they weren't there. They didn't. So I am waiting to get an explanation and service sometime in the near future or refund my money.
