Description of Work: As I've purchased this service, this cleaning service gave me an option to select 3 dates. Only after those dates passed, provider did finally contacted me. By this time I've already found someone else to do the service. I've contacted provider in a few month to try use their services and money that I've paid for it, but never got a response.

Description of Work: They were suppose to come and clean my house. Three women came 45 minutes late but left and hour later. My sister- in- law stopped by and said she couldn't tell my house was cleaner. I feel I definitely overpaid. Really wouldn't recommend.

Description of Work: I do not remember when they actually came (about 2 or 3 years ago), but they did not clean the full 4 hours. They claimed that the 4 hours was for 1 person and they brought more people to clean. They said they would come back to finish up the rest of the time but by then we moved. When they did clean it was a good job and they were nice cleaners but this scam seems to be a frequent problem with these cleaning vouchers. So I would not buy them again. |
