Catia has cleaned our house twice now. The first time I was home at the time, and Catia and her sister cleaned all the rooms in the house. They did a great job, and left the house in the best condition it's been in since we first bought the house. They did fine with my (rather loud and obnoxious) dog, which I kept in the back yard with me while they worked. The second time I was not home, and they cleaned a few more parts of the house that they didn't get to on the first visit, such as the inside of the fridge. I have had a little difficulty understanding Catia over the phone, but communication either in person or via email is much better. I definitely plan to hire them on a regular basis.

We scheduled for mid-July, but I called her back asking her to come sooner in preparation for a party. They showed up on time (early even), brought their own stuff and used the products I requested. It was a hot and humid day (before noon) and they kicked a**. I asked them to concentrate on floor cleaning - under furniture, in corners, places that are hard to reach. They were thorough and finished with 30 minutes left on the clock, so I humbly asked them to look at the basement to see if they could help me tidy up - I've been avoiding the chaos it's been in since we bought the house 2 years ago. Before I could really say anything, they started straightening it up right away. My husband and I cannot believe how great the basement looks and agree that it was worth the price alone.

This vendor didn't quite understand that clients work and that's one of the reasons I needed her services -- because I'm so busy outside the home. We tried rescheduling several times but she seemed to want to provide her services during the weekdays, when I am obviously not home. She might be great -- but I won't get to find out since I've now asked for a refund (and Angie's List couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating in giving me a refund!) and will be a bit more careful in the future about which Big Deals I buy and/or will clarify up front what my scheduling issues might be.

They were fast, efficient , and did a great job. they worked for 2 hours straight without stopping. They bring all of their own equipment. They only asked for one plastic bag to empty the garbage cans. The tubs in the bathrooms look great. I'd love to know what they used as it really worked and left no residue. They also vacuumed the couch and under all the beds. I liked them enough to now hire them to clean once a month for me. I am very happy to have had this done .

Catia was very helpful when I first contacted her to get a cleaning service - she was able to fit me in within a few days. On the cleaning day, she was running a little late, called to let us know, and was very professional about it. On arrival, she and her sister were extremely sweet and pleasant, and they got right to work. I felt extremely comfortable having them there. They did a beautiful job, more than I asked for and I am definitely going to hire them to clean on a regular basis. $70 is a coupon price; it is $100 for cleaning once a month which seems very reasonable for the excellent job they did.

First time the house had been professionally cleaned since we moved in 2.5 months ago and it needed it. Catia was very responsive via email and even called to see if she could come early. They were punctual and professional and comfortable with our dog who barks. They did a wonderful job and everything was cleaned to perfection.

Catia Nascimento of Smile's Housecleaning did a FANTASTIC job cleaning. My condo is glowing, the hardwood floors are gleaming. I was most impressed by her friendly, professional manner and the speed and thoroughness of her work. She cleaned the windows both inside and out -- and cleaned my balcony, a job I hadn't even expected her to do. Everything was put back in place. I would highly recommend her services and, have, in fact, already hired for for another cleaning job.

The overall work went on pretty well. They came out and cleaned it and everything went on very well. The owner of the company was a young women and she was there till the work was finished and made sure I was happy with them and that showed she had good customer service. I was really in a hurry and wanted the work to be done very fast as I was scared whether the roof would fall off and I was very happy with them. I would rate them high overall. The quality of work was good. They were very responsive. They came out within an hour I called them and was very punctual. I would use them again in the future.

Smile's does a fabulous job. They are excellent, they treat my home like their house. The minute they walked into my house they blew me away. Their work speaks for itself. Their is a huge difference between when they come and when they do not come. They are always on time and typically 5 minutes early.

Catia and her sister do an excellent job of cleaning the condo. They are very thorough in their cleaning throughout the house, and are flexible in terms of using the cleaning products that I have on hand. They do a better job at truly scrubbing the showers and bathrooms than my previous housekeeper, who would just throw the some soapy water at the shower walls and never really scrub. Catia and her sister are also very nice young women and pleasant to have around the house.

The company was very responsive when I called and we set up a day for her to come by for an estimate. They were able to perform the work within a week which I was happy about. The work performed was outstanding. The company exceeded my expectations. Everything was sparkling clean and they even cleaned the strains on my trash barrels. I will continue to use their services.

I will use this company again. I was called back promptly on my first call and every call thereafter. All special requests were correctly handled. The cleaning was performed rapidly as well. And, of course, the house was clean after the job.

She did more than she was supposed to do. She did and an exellent job!!!!

I like services provided by this company. Ladies are friendly, quick, and very responsive. If i thought that any particular area was not cleaned thoroughly, and asked to fix - they will gladly go over this area again. I appreciated that. I will use their services again.

A friend had been quite ill for a week, then went into the hospital. Her apartment was very messy, with three cats and lots of cat hair and worse all over, as she had not been able to clean for some time. Her landlady was all bent out of shape, so I volunteered to find someone to clean the apartment for her. I checked Angie's list, and called five people/agencies who said they did "emergency" cleaning. Catia was the only one who got back to me, and she was available within a day of when I called. She showed up right on time with all the equipment needed and attacked the mess relentlessly. She is a VERY hard worker and had the whole place (two bedrooms, two baths) clean and smelling nice in two hours. She saved my friend! She asked $60 but I gave her more because she was so responsive, friendly and hard working. My friend was very grateful and will probably contact Catia again for regular cleaning once she is back from the hospital.

It was great...good work and friendly people.

Very pleased with the condition of the house when they left.

Overall we had a great experience. Beyond her good work, Catia is friendly and very comfortable to have in my home.
