I bought this coupon to assist me in the cleaning and readying of an apartment (that had been vacant for over a year) for rent.It took me longer than I thought about 5 months to clean out the apartment. It had been my parents and I had to go through a load of memorabilia, old furniture, dishes, clothes etc. When I had finally cleared the apartment I called SMILE and they set up a date for two days out. Showed up ontime (very important to me, I never reuse people who cannot show up ontime) , went right to work and diligently cleaned the place. It actually looked like a rental space when they finished.They are the second of three cleaning services that I am looking at for a regular basis cleaning of my own house, and they are in the lead so far, with one more to go.

I had recently moved to the South Shore and had not found a cleaning company. I purchased the Deal for $69. Catia nad her sister came and cleaned the entire house 3BR/2Bath. I was very happy with the communication leading up to the cleaning, the cleaning and everything since. She cleans every 2 weeks. She is always on time and has a system of cleaning different things every 2 weeks. I am always so pleased with the cleaning and the flexibility. Catia has done special projects for me and rearranged her schedule to accomodate a party or house guests. I have a shedding dog and you would never know it when she is done !

I was in need of a housecleaner or two before my guests arrived that weekend. Prior to calling Smile's, several housecleaners featured in Angie's List had already turned me down since it was very last minute. At any rate, Smile's returned my call within an hour after I left a voicemail message, quickly agreed to the tasks at hand, and set up an appointment the next day. Both she and her sister arrived 15 minutes early and were done in around 45 minutes. She dramatically reduced her fee when I used an Angie's List coupon.

I discovered the company through the Angie's list deal. They arrived on time and did a thorough job. When the crew left, the house looked better than it has in a long time!

They were very punctual and nice, and I was very pleased with the cleaning Catia and her sisters did for me. The shower had a lot of hard-water stains which are difficult to get out - but they did a great job. They worked very hard and efficiently. I have not had anybody help me with cleaning the house for about 15 years, and it was absolutely great to get so much done in such a short time period. (about 1 1/2 hours) I also liked how pleasant and professional all three women were. They were also obviously comfortable and seemed to enjoy my big greyhound - which actually makes a difference! He loves company and I'd hate to have to lock him in a room when people come to clean the house. I will definitely have them back. All in all it was an excellent experience and a very good price.

She scheduled with me and picked the time, she wanted to come today at 8:00am. We scheduled about 2 weeks ahead of time. I moved all of my furniture, took down the curtains, and tried to make everything ready for her so she wouldn't have to work so hard to clean well. At 8:15am she still wasn't here so I called and left a voice mail. By 8:45am she still hadn't called back so I called Angie's List and got a refund. She called me back around 9:50am and said she left me a voice mail last night, which I didn't get. I do not believe that she left me a voice mail because I did not receive it. At this point I am very frustrated. My dealings with Angie's List have been wonderful, but I was not happy with this company.

They rescheduled with me two times and then were a complete no-show for a third (while I sat at home waiting for them and left them multiple messages which were only returned hours later). They contracted to provide four man hours of cleaning services, only spent two and left my home dirty (we 'even did the baseboards' the owner told me though I found dust clinging to them after they ran out the door). It felt like they almost could not wait to get on to their next job. Furthermore, Angie's List represented that this service cost $125 when in fact the owner herself told me they normally charge $80 for such service (which is what I paid for the Angie's List voucher).

We tried to schedule an appointment over email, and there was miscommunication multiple times. We decided that she would come to my house today, but she has still not arrived 2 hours after our set appointment.

I emailed them earlier this week and wanted to see when they could schedule the work, I received a very unprofessional response from this service provider. I called and requested a refund from Angie's List because the response was so unprofessional.

I scheduled them to clean my rental unit. They haven't called. They were supposed come at 10am and it's 3 hours later and they haven't come.

Smiles left me unsmiling. I think I experienced sour grapes. I contacted them via AL and requested a visit for an estimate. I asked how many people she'd recommend and how long she felt the first whole housecleaning would take: 2 people, 4 hrs. She told me it'd cost $160. I have a modest sized home that is very clean (I live alone and am a neatnik). I mentioned that I downloaded her coupon ($30 for 4 hours) and would like to use it to see how I liked the service and consider using them on a regular basis. I assumed the coupon was a come-on to attract ongoing business, but as soon as I showed her the coupon (which she questioned), she was visibly dismayed. There was a delay in her following up to schedule an appt. Finally, she called and said she could come by this afternoon. She arrived with 2 others and announced I had 1 hr. 20 min., what do I want them to do. I was taken aback and asked about the 4 hours. She flatly said: "3 people for 1 hr. 20 min. each = 4 hrs." They did a good job, though minimal, and promptly announced when she was done in exactly 1 hr. 20 min. I just didn't get a good feeling. I graded "C" for the price because I think the service offered was diluted. It's more than a fair price, but I think it led to or came with resentment. I wish it'd gone better - I would've liked to have used them regularly.

Two sisters came in and went to work immediately cleaning various locations in my home. Very complete and thorough job.

We liked the work they did so much that we have now engaged them once a month. We offer it as a free service for our tenants which they very much appreciate. Taking that kind of care with our property encourages our tenants to take the same care. I read another review that suggested that Catia responds very well to email which is quite helpful for me. Her rates seem very reasonable to me.

Continues to go well - even responsive when I ask for her to help in a particular area.

I used the special deal for this service. They had a house cleaning special deal and I still have them come out. I actually have them come out every other week. They come and they do everything. They’ll do anything that you need done, from ceilings to floors. They’ll even clean under the bed. If you want something extra done and if you let them know what you want done, they will give you a price for it. They stick to the price and they keep up with everything. Next time when they come, they’ll do all the floors. So if you want anything extra done, they’ll negotiate it and they are very good. The workers that come out are very nice. There were no complications with them. They swept my ceiling. They are very flexible with time. I schedule them every two weeks and so they’ll come next Tuesday. When they leave, I will schedule my next appointment. If something comes up for me, they are good about fitting me in somewhere else. I had to do it only once and they were really good about it. I will absolutely use their services again in the future.

Catia and her crew of 2 did a great job cleaning my house. In less than an hour and a half, they had the entire place dust free, shining, and smelling great. We had a little scheduling mixup (Catia had left me a couple of messages which I didn't get- I think she must have misdialed) and arrived later than we had originally planned for, but it wasn't a big problem for me. Catia is a very pleasant person and obviously takes pride in the quality of the service she provides. I hired her because of an Angie's List promotion and am glad I did.

My friend who has seven cats and was not able to care for them or herself very well had allowed her apartment to become VERY dirty, with cat hair and cat waste on the floors, furniture and everywhere. It smelled bad, was a complete mess and was a total disaster. I helped her move the stuff out so the apartment was empty but still just awful and the new tenant was expected to move in within a few days. Help! I had used Catia's company once before and called to see if she could clean this small space (only one bedroom, one bath) but intensely dirty job quickly. She agreed immediately, we set up a time for Saturday and I told her what to expect. She showed up with two helpers and they worked quickly and thoroughly and got it all truly sparkling in a little more than an hour. She really saved the day, and was pleasant and professional throughout the whole experience.

Initial contact with this company was prompt and courteous however emails and text messages were not responded to in a timely fashion. One chat on the phone was no help and they did not show up for an appointment and were unable to accommodate my schedule. I would not consider using this company in the future.

She was always very pleasant to deal with, did a great job of cleaning and I would highly recommend her.

I called in early July to set up a cleaning date. I was responding to the $30 coupon on Angie's list for 4 hours of housework. Catia said that they didn't have a $30 special; the cost for 4 hours was $60. I printed the coupon to show them when they arrived at my house. They made an appointment to clean my house on July 19 at 3PM. 3 pm came and went and they neither arrived nor called. (Why didn't they call me before 3 pm if they knew they couldn't show up at the agreed upon time???) I called them and was told they had car trouble. She asked if they could come a little later and I agreed. Then Catia called to say they wouldn't be able to come after all. Catia called once (while I was on vacation) to reschedule. I returned the call and left a voice mail asking her to call me to reschedule a time to clean. That has been about 3 weeks, and I have not heard from her.

Simply, I am getting a little older and cannot move furniture and get behind furniture to clean the dust, etc. like I once could. All of this dusting, vacuuming was done and it was a weight off of me. It has become hard for me to clean the the tub, etc. The bathroom looked great when done. I like a clean home. I thought the job was great and the willingness to help however needed was wonderful. Thank you.

I was thrilled with how my place looked after Catia and her crew were here. It's never looked so good! They did a beautiful job of cleaning and I was blown away by how my windows sparkled! I definitely want to have them back and Catia said next time they will clean the INSIDE of the refrigerator and get up higher ( I have high ceilings) and clean and dust the ceiling and around the track lighting. I am thrilled! Not only that, Catia was the one who contacted ME to set up the date! She was very nice and personable and I liked that she brought 2 other workers so that they got the job done in under 1.5 hours. I recommend her highly!
