I took a day off to be home when they came and when they didn't show up I waited 1/2 hour past the time they were to be there. I then called her and she said she didn't have me on her schedule - but I know she confirmed when I purchased the service. She said she could be there in about 2 hours so since I was home I waited. She showed up 2 hours later with her team and they got right to work. However I have a small house so cleaning it was not difficult and they were done in about an hour. They did a so-so job but I expected the kitchen to be done in a more thorough way. I was home but was working so I didn't get to see what they were doing. The windows were cleaned well.. The bathroom floor could have been done better. I've used house cleaners in the past and know you have to stay on top of them but for this I expected more. I would not use them again.

It went pretty well. They did an acceptable job. They knew what they were doing. It seemed pretty good but it’s really not quite what I wanted. It could have been the materials they used or something. They did it professionally. It was a big deal purchase.

It was good. There were 2 girls that came out and worked for 4 hours.

It was not good. I was not satisfied. I had to get another cleaner because they made a mess. They came out to clean the basement, and she did half the job, and then she took off. She said she would come back, but she didn't. My wife had to get someone else to come out and do the cleaning. They were an embarrassment for me. I am a pastor, and a painter, and I bring in cleaners to clean after I have done the job, the cleaners I bring through Craig's List would have done a better job than the girl that came in. I would have been happy with the price if the job was good. I would even pay $100. I wouldn't even pay her $20. The price would have been good, if we got the quality. She was no way near professional, my 2 year old kid can do better. I would not use the service again. She needed to learn how to clean, it looked like it was her first day on the job.

The experience was okay. It was weird, they came in, ran around and left. They didn't seem to want to continue to do the business. They did an okay job, I have had other people come in and do better. The price was very good, because it was a big deal. They were there on time.

They were not available this week to come and clean. They however were responsive to call.

I don't know when I used them. They did all that I asked in a reasonable time.

I made several attempts to contact the business to schedule. They must have been overwhelmed with the amount of business because I didn't receive phone calls back on most attempts. I was disappointed that I couldn't use this Big Deal.

The service turned out fine. They did a good job.

We bought their Big Deal; the offer was for four hours of house cleaning. I do not mind trying them again but I might not because they did not do some things which we asked them to do. We did not really have a lot of rooms to do and so some things that they could do like clean the cobwebs and so forth, which they said they would, but they did not do at all. It took a while for them to get back to me and I had to contact Angie’s List through e-mail saying that they had not contacted me; that is when they responded. I also left messages before but they did not respond. Their price was good and they were professional.

RE: Smiley Housekeeping Played phone tag for a month, and though I e-mailed several times. did not get an answer. Decided to forget it and go elsewhere.

Everything went well. I was very pleased.

They were pretty good. They have been very prompt, quick, and I am generally pleased with the way they clean the house.

It went pretty well and I would use them again. The price was reasonable and I was satisfied with the quality of the work. The scheduling was a little tricky, though.

It was not a good experience. I tried to coordinate the service well in advance. They went to the wrong location on the wrong day and they called to ask where I was. They were not rude at all but they were just not efficient or organized. We had two dates scheduled and they could get it figured out.

They did a very good job, covering a lot of ground in the time included in the deal. If I recall correctly there were three people cleaning, so the 4 hour deal worked out to an 80 minute cleaning. They were extremely punctual (which also meant that they stopped cleaning at the very second the coupon period ended, which is fair of course.)

I purchased a 4-hour cleaning deal. This was the second time I used this company and I will use them again. They have done a great job both times.

Provider called me back to tell me she had no availability until at least march for housecleaning. Too late for when I needed the service.

I did not contact the provider as the coupon expired.

They were originally supposed to come on Friday (1/17/14) but canceled through my husband. They rescheduled for the next day (Saturday), they were 45 minutes late and didn't tell us that they were running late (they had two phone numbers for us). When they arrived they didn't cover their shoes with booties or remove them which just tracked more dirt in. I wanted to get out of their hair, so I took my kids out. I had vacuumed the day before so their wasn't too much for them to do. When I came back home, I noticed that their were crumbs on the floor still and I even noticed a coffee ring still on the dining room table.. The crew of three was supposed to be there for an hour and half and they had left early.

I could not get in touch with this company to schedule cleaning service before the coupon I purchased expired. I know the purchase value doesn't expire, but I'm not willing to use them since they never called me back after more that 10 messages. I'm only writing this review so Angie's List will stop sending me emails asking me for a review.

They arrive on time, efficient and friendly. I would recommend them.
