The three of them pulled in and pulled out in about an hour, and OMG, the work they accomplished! Excellent service.

I had them do all of the windows and it was perfect. They came in a timely fashion, did the work that I asked them too, and left. They are great!

No problem scheduling the service date. Three person crew arrived on time, worked dilligently and completed service as promised.

We were pleased with their work, and asked them to come back on a regular (monthly) basis. They offered weekly, biweekly and monthly services at reasonable graduated prices.

At the very start, I told the group leader that I was hiring them simply because of the angie's list coupon, and that it was doubtful I'd be able to hire them on a regular basis. Perhaps this contributed to them not understanding that floro and baseboards were my main concern, and it was decidedly not the best they could have done. but I did not detect this until after they left, and I'm sure they would have accommodated me had I noticed before they were done.

The work itself was done very well. However, the scheduling of the service call was not done in a professional manner. The person who was in charge of the scheduling changed the time of the service call several times.

Had a little challenge with scheduling, however Catia and colleague showed up at second arranged time and did a great job.

I thought your ad was deceptive and not accurate at all. For sevices performed work was overpriced. $69.99 would have been more equitable and just than $89.99. for the services rendered. Regards.

It was a fantastic job, the house had just had some construction done to it so it was very, very dusty and we have a large dog that sheds like crazy. The place was spotless when she finished.

Overall they did a B/B+ job. They seemed rushed a bit and the head woman told me that since she had 3 people that they would do one hour of work together to qualify for the 3 hours of house cleaning advertised in the special deal. They told me that they couldn't get all the dust off everything and after they left it just seemed like they didn't have time to make sure everything was totally clean. I think they had another appointment after mine and didn't want to be late. They worked hard while they were there and the place smelled clean but the quality of the work definitely didn't sell me to keep them on a regular basis.

Catia and her team were punctual and efficient. However, they were inconsistent in their work and I felt like they rushed through everything. For example, they did a great job cleaning my bathrooms, but she told me on her way out that she didn't do the miniblinds in each bathroom because it would've taken too long. They cleaned the counters, floor and baseboards in my kitchen, but they didn't dust/clean the pictures hanging on the kitchen walls. They dusted the furniture in the master bedroom like I had asked (except for my husband's nightstand - they forgot that for some reason), but they didn't dust the furniture in my daughter's bedroom, even though I asked them to clean all of the upstairs rooms. I would not use this company again.

I purchased a "Deal" from Angie's List for 4 hours of cleaning @ $79. They were running a bit late because they got lost, but they did call to let me know. They did a VERY thorough job cleaning. Our house could not have looked better!

I bought the coupon for 3 hours of housecleaning plus 10 windows. Two people showed and they spent a total of 2 hours for the housecleaning - they did a great job on the house it is the window cleaning that I did not like. I had only six windows that I wanted cleaned but one is a 3 panel bay. The other 5 are all tilt in windows and I thought that meant a thorough cleaning inside and outside. When I asked about the window cleaning I was told that they only clean the inside and that is really a dusting not a cleaning. VERY DISAPPOINTING and bad advertising.

They did an excellent job. They were here on time and did it perfectly. They were very thorough and very good.

We re-scheduled once or twice, but it was easy-going to change date. It was easy to make arrangements, and two people left my house looking and smelling good. It may have taken them a little less than the 2 hours (2 people times 2= 4) but did a good job!

There were several confusing phone calls and emails trying to set something up. After it was confirmed they called again to set something up as though we never talked. The work was fine once they did it,

Catia is very nice, personable and generally professional, but unfortunately our experience with her service hasn't been consistent with other Angie reviews, which were what led us to hire her in the first place. First time, one of her crew broke a small vase; OK, accidents happen. Then waste baskets weren't emptied, rooms were neglected, lights were left on. We left her notes -- which she requested -- but there really wasn't much follow-up. Then she had some medical problems and didn't show up; some times she'd call, other times she didn't. One of our priorities was to have her be a constant; i.e., there would always be one person here who came every time and knew the house. So while she did send a crew once when she couldn't make it, there was no continuity in the service they provided. Ultimately, we didn't know if she was coming or not -- or whether everything that needed to get done WOULD get done -- and we had to terminate her services. Bottom line: generally, whatever they cleaned, they cleaned well -- but we weren't sure whether they'd show up, and if so, whether they'd do everything they were supposed to. We appreciated how hard they worked, but would have appreciated even more if someone -- Catia -- would have gone through the house at the end to make sure everything was done the way it was supposed to be.

I paid in advance for 4 hours of house cleaning and the vender did not show up. She took a long time to call me back to schedule the first appointment. Then, on that day she did not show without calling. When I called her she said she was sick and she rescheduled for today. She did not show and she did not call. I feel very ripped off!

Excellent. They were all thorough and detailed in their cleaning and I was most appreciative of this help. They listen and accommodate the customer. I fully expect to use them again.

Prompt arrival, thoroughly cleaning. The only thing I could possibly complain about is that she forgot to close a door to a room where our cat is hidden away from our dogs. Truly, she comes in with a team & cleans our house in a fraction of the time it would take me to do the same job. Worth every penny!

I've used Smile's Housekeeping twice and they are excellent and thorough. They are quick and efficient. I've also hired them to clean silver flatware, and they did a great job on that, too.

I used a $89 Deal coupon for 4 hours of cleaning. They came when they said they would and were timely. I was unable to see the end product, but didnt have any complaints from our new tenants.
