I bought the housecleaning "deal," and within a couple of weeks had it scheduled. Two women arrived with all the necessary equipment. The asked me what I would like done. We went through the rooms, (7) and at the end of 90 minutes they had left me a much much cleaner house. Floors and counters clean, furniture dusted, bathroom sparkling. They were hard working and did a fine job. I have intended to call to set up a regular time for them to come, but have just been too busy,

Service was performed as stated, but quality was not high.

They never showed up and were too busy from all of the groupons they sold. I want a refund

It went great no real story they came they saw they cleaned.

service was difficult to contact. dusting was incomplete. floors weren't clean when finished. bathroom tiles in shower could have been cleaner.

The cleaning was good, but getting a appt. scheduled was a little bit of a issue. There was a late cancellation that kept me at home waiting for someone to show up. I don't know if they were just over booked?

I was not there myself, I bought this for my new tenant and she was very pleased with there work.

They sent one guy who went through very quickly and did not clean thoroughly.

They were superfast, which is great, but I did notice some areas that could have been cleaned better. (I don't think the cabinets or the windowsill in the kitchen were touched, and the wall in the bathroom wasn't touched either.) But overall, rugs were vacuumed, floors were washed, toilets were scrubbed, and the house smelled clean. I give them a B+ for overall.

Amazingly well! They were super efficient and did an amazing job.

Had a little difficylty scheduling initial appt. due to language and they didn't show up. I gave them some grace time, then called and was told they weren't coming for my 3 PM appt. because one of the workers had been injured that morning. I understood the emergency, but would have appreciated a call. I rebooked and when they came for that appt. they did a good job.

The two women arrived on time as scheduled, I am sorry I cannot recall their names at the moment but they were very professional and efficient. They asked me where I would like them to focus since our house is too big to completely clean in 3 hours. I liked that a lot since there are things that are more important to me than others. They got started right away and when I got back my house looked and smelled so clean. I was very impressed by how clean they got my kitchen floor and they even vaccumed the couch! They were able to do more than they expected which was a great surprise as well. I was very satisfied with their job and I am pretty picky about how clean house cleaners actually get things. I will definitely be using Smile again and hopefully get these two excellent women.

House cleaning service received was excellent and professional. They came on time. After completion of service, they also offered some suggestions and also willingness to work in the future.

Three ladies arrived on time and told me they would be here for an hour and twenty minutes since I had a coupon for three hours of cleaning. I was asked what I wanted done since it wouldn't be enough time to complete the entire house. I stressed that I wanted the bathrooms and kitchen done and the house vacuumed, then as much dusting and cleaning as could be done in the time. The bathrooms weren't cleaned to my satisfaction. I have a large glass shower stall in the master bath that was left streaky and the chrome was not shiny. The toilet didn't appear as clean as I would like it. The dusting that was done was superficial as nothing was moved and no furniture polish was used. The vacuuming was well done. I don't know if it was because of the time restriction that cause this lack of deep cleaning.

They did a great job and they were awesome. They are very good, excellent. They did exactly what I wanted. I did have a little bit of a hard time sitting it up but I don't think my location was convenient for them and there was a little bit of a communication issue. But when they came they were good. If they would of taken me on as a regular customer, I would of used them. I just don't know how reliable they would have been.

It was difficult to schedule an appointment as Catia did not always get back to me in a timely manner. However, she was flexible and friendly. She arrived with two other women and they spent about 1.25 hours cleaning. They did a pretty good job considering they were unfamiliar with the house. I'm fairly critical when it comes to housecleaning. The Big Deal was for 3 hours and included 10 windows. I don't think they actually cleaned 10 but then again it's hard to tell when the outside is dirty anyway. The prices they gave me for return visits seemed reasonable. I would try them again.

Twenty minutes late with no phone call and no apologies. Did thorough job.

They were efficient and friendly. When they were done with the upstairs, they had 30 remaining, and gladly tidied up our basement. We were thrilled.

Smile's was a pleasure to work with. I had bought a Big Deal for them and it was easy to schedule a cleaning in the near future. Responses to inquiries were fast and clear and the team was punctual on their arrival time. The quality of the cleaning was good. There were no obvious spots missed so they seemed thorough. I mean I don't really know how to critique cleaning because I wasn't watching them as they worked, but I hired them to clean my apartment and when they were done my apartment looked clean, so mission accomplished! But given their VERY competitive pricing I think anybody will be happy with the result when they hire Smile's cleaning.

I don't remember exactly, but I think had a little bit of trouble scheduling an appointment, but it wasn't that bad, perhaps just a lag time in returning my phone call of a few days. The team of three arrived on schedule and I outlined the special project involving clearning baseboards and areas around doorknobs and the grease stains in the kitchen from the stove that I don't normally have a chance to get around to. They did a good job. The areas they covered were noticeably better and I was happy overall with the result. I would not say that they are truly excellent or super efficient, however, compared to others I have hired in the past, or perhaps my own attempts when I get around to this kind of work, but they did the job they were hired to do.

I used Catia for a one-time cleaning through an Angie's list big deal. She did a great job, so I ended up hiring her to clean on a regular basis. I highly recommend her and I am continuing to use her cleaning service.
