Excellent work once they got there but we had several cancellations first. The crew had the flu so that was certainly understandable. I was told they could come out on Saturday instead of the Thursday scheduled. By Saturday, Catia told me that the crew hadn't yet really recovered, which again, was understandable, so we rescheduled again. The third appointment, she called me to try to reschedule again for an unknown reason - I got the feeling that she assumed since I was understanding the first two times that I would be okay with it. I was firm on my need to get it resolved the third time - I take off work to be home on the days we schedule - and once she realized I was not okay with it anymore, she was responsive. They came out, were ontime, and I have to say, they did an outstanding job once we got them in. I would use them again with the caveat that I am not sure if all this rescheduling was just one of those circumstances where things just happen to not line up or if it is an issue of dependability. I would use them again to see (they really did a great job) but if I found I could not depend on them showing up when we scheduled, that would be a dealbreaker for me and I would not bring them in again after that.

The two women who came to my house did a great job but I have a tiny house...736 square feet! I should not have purchased this BIG DEAL because the price was fixed and it should not cost this much to clean my little bungalow. I would have them come back IF they would adjust the price.

Two women came and did a thorough cleaning job. My only criticism was that they were hard to schedule. Original request was for mid-February, and they cancelled two additional times until finally arriving March 25. On the day they came, however, they were professional, polite, and prompt.

Overall did an OK job, I have had better, nothing to complain about. When asked about monthly cleaning, they were significantly more expensive than others.

Very good, I now use Smile Housecleaning on a regular basis. They are always helpful especially if I need anything else done, eg dress the beds if I have guests staying.

They did the normal cleaning, nothing special. I rather do it myself, then I know that it's cleaner. But overall ok service.

Last Friday she did a complete thorough job of the house. I was so happy to come home to a thoroughly cleaned home. To my surprise, the refrigerator was even cleaned inside along with my toaster oven! She's truly wonderful and well worth it!

Three people came and cleaned my house. They were pleasant and their work was up to my expectations. The only problem was that I couldn't arrange it for the times that I needed it.

Catia and her sister were very efficient and I was pleased with the quality of their work. My windows are easy to clean on the outside and I would have liked that done.However I didn't specify that when I said "windows".

I found this company through an Angie's List coupon and am very pleased with their work. I now use them every week. The owner Catia is lovely, as are the women she employs. The number of people who show up each week varies (from 2 to 4 people), but the quality of the work is always consistent - even if the owner is not there (a very good sign and much appreciated), Good work, done with a great attitude and for a good price - I am glad that I found this service and hope to keep using them for the years to come.

The mother stood on the porch for 10 minutes and didn't say anything. The daughter came in and took charge and heard the dogs and said she needed two weeks due to allergies. I spoke with the mother and she said she thought it was a consultation today. I told her no because she had told me it would be her daughter and she would be here for 4 hours.

We are so happy with Smile - great job - they are our regular cleaners.

purchased an Angie's List deal for 4 hours of total housecleaning for 4 hours. I set it up with Catia, who was very nice over the phone and scheduled a date/time with me. I explained to her that I wanted my unfinished basement cleaned, as the walls and floors hadn't been cleaned in some time. She said that was something she and her crew did and that we were all set. Over the next couple of weeks, Catia was a litle unorganized about our job (via e-mail, she asked if she had already done it, and then later said she'd be an hour earlier than the 1pm slot we scheduled) - both which, at this point, were not dealbreakers. I told her that my husband would be there when she arrived. Well, they arrived unannounced 2 hours and 15 minutes EARLY. Luckily, my husband was home, but he was still in the middle of clearing out the basement so that it could be properly washed down. Catia and her crew did assist him, so that wrapped up quickly. However, they did not have any of the right stuff with them - my husband walked them through what we discussed with Catia over the phone, and they asked for brooms and other materials to use for the job. My husband then went upstairs for a while and heard the smoke alarms going off downstairs - when he got down there, the basement was FILLED with dust (so much so that he was still blowing it out of his nose later that night!). It turns out that the crew was using our shop vac (WITHOUT our permission) - we would have let them use it had they asked, but it did not have the filter in it. So they were basically blowing the dust the vac was sucking up all over the room!!!! My husband got them a filter, opened the windows and had to put fans on to clear the room. Then he left them to clean up the mess and finish the rest of the work. After an hour, they came up and said "we're done" and tried to take off - my husband stopped them, saying that we still paid for 1 more hour of total work out of them and put them on some other things - which they did, and then left. He took a quick peek in the basement and thought it was "good enough, not great." When I got home and actually had a chance to inspect the work, it was not good at all. Better, but not clean. We didn't expect an old basement to be spotless, but I did expect the dust on the ground to be gone and the cobwebs on the walls to be gone - I looked in two spots and they both had very visible cobwebs! Really?!?! The price was good and the people were nice, but after that, this was pretty bad - unorganized, didn't show with the right stuff, used items without permission (which made a bigger mess of the room with all the dust they kept blowing around), tried to leave before time was up, and just didn't do a thorough job at all. I just can't use them again and would not recommend Smile's to anyone.

Cleaning houses is hard, physical work and these women were professional and polite. Thank you to Catia for offering the special and coming to make my house a more peaceful place this weekend!

Smiles is a great company and I was very happy with the results. I now have them come bi-monthly.

They said they were coming at 10 am, they didn't arrive until noon. 4 ladies came to the house and cleaned for one hour. They were very thorough and did a nice job, but I do wish they had been more punctual.

Catia was in touch a couple of times to schedule her crew to come and clean. She and two others were in the crew that came to clean. They followed our directions well, did a thorough job of cleaning, worked efficiently and did a fine job. We would have them come back... after the painting and construction projects are complete!

The poor things came to my third floor apartment on a steamy hot and humid day. They worked very hard and quickly despite the heat and mostly did a very good job. There was one misunderstanding due to language barrier, so one thing did not get done, but it was not a big deal. The only problem was that they used ammonia to clean a very dirty spot around the stove on a wood floor. It certainly cleaned the spot, but left a wide area of the wood floor stripped. They were very honest about it and pointed it out to me. So that section of the floor needed to be restrained and sealed, but perhaps it's in better shape now after all.

Poorly. Contact was unresponsive and had a difficult time giving us a date that would work. When we finally did nail down a date and time, the cleaner showed up three hours late, and did a shoddy job. We found cheerios left behind after she left. Cheerios!
