Very pleasant and competent

I have already written a review for this service. I think they do an excellent job, and I now use them to clean for me on a regular basis.

After not showing up when promised, then coming late, they cleaned my home.

I bought an Angies List coupon for 4 hours of housecleaning services. Several months later, I called to schedule an appointment for a specific date two weeks in advance. It was easy to schedule for when I wanted the work done. A crew of three people showed up precisely on time. The woman in charge was very friendly and listened carefully to the things I specified that I wanted. The crew worked efficiently and quietly. They were very pleasant and careful not to damage anything. Almost an hour later, they said they were done and ready to leave. I had paid for 4 person hours, but at that point they had worked only 3 (1 hour x 3 people). So, I was shortchanged one hour of cleaning (another 20 minutes x 3 people). I wouldn't have minded that if the cleaning had been thorough in the time they spent. But after they left, I found several basic things not cleaned. The tiled shower had not been cleaned. There was soap scum on all the bottom wall tiles. The soap dish (built in) had not been cleaned. The shower curtain was still full of soap residue. And a low step that you step over to get into the shower still had so much dust on it that I could have written my name in it. Also, I had emptied a Lucite magazine rack that sits next to the bedroom night table, so it could be dusted. It was untouched and full of dust. There were several things like that. They could have been cleaned in the 20 minutes x 3 people that I was still owed. I suppose I could have inspected before letting them leave my house. But I think that's the job of the person in charge, not the customer. And, these people do this for a living. So, it shouldn't be necessary for someone to check up on them as if they were children.

They did a great job on both cleanings. The only downside was that we were on a very tight schedule for these cleanings to happen immediately, before showings that were scheduled, for our home which was for sale. The first cleaning they ended up calling that morning and saying that they had been in a car accident and they were at the hospital. Just an unfortunate circumstance beyond all of our control, and when they came to do the cleaning a couple of days later they were short 1 person because they were injured in the car accident. However, the second time they came to clean they came when they said they would and all the ladies were there that were supposed to be there. They did not take 4 hours to clean a small house like ours... maybe 1.5 hours.. very quick.. but Catya asked for me to look everything over before she left and if there were any small spots that were missed she was happy to get them cleaned before they left the job. I gave a B to the price, because I thought the price for the big cleaning was a bit high. Further, a couple of years back I had regular cleanings by MaidPro for $65 every two weeks. However, they no longer service my area. The B for responsiveness was because it sometimes took a part or a whole day or two to receive a return text or phone call, and for my situation scheduling needed to happen quickly. Punctuality I gave a C to, because of the day when they got into the car accident and then weren't able to come for a couple of days after that. But for the second cleaning they came right on time, when they said they would. Catya was always very professional, and I appreciated her willingness to stay to have me look over their work before they left the job to insure that I was happy.

36I requested a heavy duty cleaning from ceiling to floor. The floors were damp mopped. Nothing was moved when dusting and also I paid for 4 hours of cleaning. I got 1 1/2! I questioned her about it and she said if there was only one housecleaner it would have been 4 hrs. There was 3 cleaners including her. My daughter could of done the same first layer of cleaning as she does every weekend! I was very disappointed, all in all. I would not use them again and definetly would not recommend them either

No complaints, perfectly done and everything was fine. They're reliable courteous and professional.

Very well. It did take some time to get in touch due to playing phone tag, but everything else was very easy. The women worked hard, were friendly and helpful, asked what I wanted them to do. They brought their own supplies, arrived and finished in the agreed upon time an the house, looked great when they left.

They did a fantastic job cleaning my home. It was extremely thorough and I was very pleased with the results. They went above and beyond what I expected they would do. They cleaned under the beds (removing under bed storage boxes), they even cleaned the drip tray in my toaster (which desperately needed it). Windows, window-sills, slider to my deck. Vacuumed and washed all floors. My bathrooms were gleaming and my kitchen looked so clean. Dusted all surfaces and the baseboards in my home. They cleaned all appliances and inside the microwave as well. I was so pleased with the results. My home sparkled like new! I highly recommend them!

The service was fine. They contact me and rescheduled it at least 4 times. They always said somebody was sick or somebody was this or that. We had a specific date by when we wanted them to clean the house, we had purchased a new house and wanted it to be cleaned before we moved in, but we didn't get that. They did a good job, it was just the rescheduling. If you make an appointment with someone, you are expected to keep it, it is just the integrity of it all.

The actual house cleaning was fine. Setting up the appointment was complicated in that the provider didn't seem organized. We initially agreed on noon; then she wanted to change the time to 10am. She is not a native English speaker so communication was not easy. She didn't seem comfortable communicating by email, which was my preferred way to communicate.

I might use Smile's Housecleaning Co. in the future.

The cleaners are professional and friendly and totally reliable. When work schedules changed and no one could be at home, we gave Catia our key without hesitation.

They are great. They come once a month and do a good job

Catia and her crew are very nice--communication was clear and consistent about dates and details. The quality of the cleaning was excellent in the initial visit but declined over time.

Great work, very professional & respectful. Sometimes hard to reach, slow to respond to voicemail, otherwise no problems. I only stopped using this service for personal budgetary reasons.

I used an Angie's List Big Deal special offer for this service and they were terrific. I did have to ask them to clean one set of shelves that they would have missed, otherwise. Other than that, it was just fine. This is the first time I used this company and they went above and beyond the call of duty. Eighty-six dollars wasn't enough to pay them but that is what they wanted so that's what I paid them. They started late in the day so they stayed as long as they needed to do the job.

Overall, I was very pleased. The appointment was confirmed within a few days of my call. Three people arrived to perform the services I requested. One person cleaned very thoroughly the inside and outside refrigerator. She painstakingly removed everything from the refrigerator and cleaned it quite well. One other person cleaned a small bathroom that I rarely used. The other cleaned the master bathroom including the wall tiles. I would use their services again. However, I would request two cleaners for two hours or one cleaner for four hours, as stated in the Big Deal, which would allow me to have more services provided.

Came late due to traffic, but Katia kept me informed as to their arrival time. They did a great job and made arrangements for Smiles to come back every two weeks.

I am very happy with the service given by Smile's Housecleaning. They were easy to schedule my appointment with and did a good job. The owner had some car troubles the morning of my scheduled appointment, but she let me know about it before my scheduled appointment time and offered possibilities to reschedule. I explained that I had guests coming and this was the only time I had available. She made arrangements to borrow transportation and showed up soon thereafter with additional employees to help. I was very happy with the overall experience and will be using them again in the future!

When I called, she said 3 people would be coming. She was going to bring a trainee, which I did not want. She continued to contest and wanted to bring the trainee. I did not want the deal at this point. Be careful to check who is coming and that they are experienced cleaners.

I guess I am cleaner then I thought I was. There were two of them and they were in and out in 2 hours. The house was clean. They got here on time, did a decent job cleaning and then they were gone. They came a few minutes early.

It was an adequate service. I didn't feel that they were that thorough, and I would have wanted it to be a little more of an extensive cleaning. I had to contact them several times due to scheduling issues; they kept telling me they were sick.
