He was professional, very quick, and did a high-quality job. I will definitely use him again and would recommend him without hesitation.

Went great. One of the few who didn't try to push window sales on me when my issues only really called for repairs (sashes not staying up, a couple broken seals). Recommended we get a hold of the company first, determine whether windows were under warranty, check on price of parts. The manufacturer wound up offering repairs for $20/hour more in labor costs than Mr. Santin but free parts that they weren't happy about selling to a contractor instead, so I ultimately kind of had to have them come do the work, but I would've been more than happy to have Mr. Santin do the job if it had worked out that way. He was very honest and knowledgeable, definitely recommend giving him a call.

Mr. Santin called me back promptly after I left a message and scheduled a time to come by to take a look at our windows. He came by a few days later to provide an estimate. We did not have window warranties from the prior owner so Mr. Santin gave me an estimate for researching the window warranties and replacing the glass on windows not covered. Mr. Santin was amazing. He was able to save us a significant amount of money because he found after many calls that most of the windows were under warranty. He ordered the replacements and used some existing panes from other windows. His work was amazing. We would hire him again in second for any future work. He is a true professional.

Mr. Stantin's work was excellent. He was able to make all of the windows operable and with the new screens it is again a pleasure to spend time on my porch.

I left a message for Richard to call me back. He called within one hour. He came out, looked at the broken window, said he would have to order it - and he called when it came in. What a great guy he was - very professional and trustworthy - just a joy to do business with. The day he came to replace the window, he had to wait because we were caught up in traffic. He was so kind and understanding - and he immediately got to work - taking out the old and replacing with the new. He is a perfectionist - constantly making sure everything was the way it should be. It's so nice to know people like him still exist. I plan on having him do more work for me as soon as I have the funds. Absolutely thrilled with his work.

Richard was fine. The cost of the service was minimal and reasonable. He was just very busy so it took him longer to do it than expected. I brought him the screens and he said that he would give the screens back within 10 days and it was maybe close to three weeks that he did. But overall, it was fine and I went back to him. There was an extreme delay and he did not call back during that situation but in the end, it was done. It was not really so much of an issue.

It went great. Richard came by, checked out both windows, figured out what needed to be done, ordered the parts, and came by to repair them. Everything went perfectly smoothly, and now I have an apartment that will be appreciably warmer during the winter. I would gladly employ Richard's services again.

I wasted my afternoon waiting for Mr. Santin today. We spoke on the phone yesterday and, while he said he was very busy, he also said that he would come over today and review the work that I needed on windows and doors. I cancelled my plans so that I could be home between noon and 3pm for the appointment. Unfortunately, Mr. Santin never showed up, nor did he call to cancel or reschedule. Worse yet, I called twice and was mysteriously disconnected both times.

Overall it was perfect -- we called and he told us he was busy and the earliest he'd be out was Sunday. He arrived earlier then he originally thought (which was perfect for us) and did the job in his usual professional way. (we (unfortunately ! ) needed his services before as another window pane was shattered a while back in similar circumstances). Richard has been doing this type of work forever and is always a true professional in every way -- An old school craftsmen -- rare nowadays --- very fair price, meticulous about cleaning up and knows exactly what he is doing. We would highly recommend him to any one.

Richard came promptly and fixed the window and ropes within 2-3 hours.

He was very responsive and came out to evaluate our window issues and couldn't have been friendlier and helpful. He did get back to me on the phone about the cost of someone making the crank mechanism for 4 50+ year old Anderson windows, but then never got back to us to do the other work. We would have been happy to work with him, but that was that.

We were very pleased. He was able to come within a few days and did a good repair job.

Overall, it went smoothly -- He said he would take care of everything and he did -- he removed the duct tape and cardboard that was used to cover up the broken window -- he removed the broken glass (that was still stuck there) and completely cleaned up after the job.

He responded very quickly to a phone message we left on a Sunday! He was very courteous, professional and pleasant - clearly very skilled at what he's been doing for over 40 years. He came 6 days (holiday week) and replaced a broken window pane (was done within a couple of hours and it cost us $125 - a very fair price for the labor and materials). I will definitely call him again!

Our movers accidentally broke a window bringing furniture down the stairs, so we called Richard to get a quote. He gave a good quote over the phone, and came the next day to perform the work. He worked quickly, cleaned the window when done, and overall it looked better and stronger than the glass that was there before.

Mr. Santin promptly returned my call.I mentioned where we were located and he was familiar with the building, was able to give me a quote and perform the repairs promptly. His pricing was fair, and his service was quick and clean. He comes across as an old-fashioned, honest guy.

It went extremely well. He came out on a Sunday to see if the windows could be repaired, checked they could, ordered the parts - these came in a few days later. Then he drove out, took each window out then realized that there one or two missing extra parts, so he ordered these and came back the next day to complete the job! Just a great guy and very helpful and reasonable. Would definitely use him again.

Dick is very easy to work with. He came over , gave me a quote and told me the window had to be custom made since it was not stocked any more. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to windows. He said he would follow up when the window came in which he did and installed it that same day. Very professional and a nice guy.

Extremely satisfied. He was professional, punctual, performed the service I required, and did it at a reasonable price. This was a very small job, however, he came 25 miles from his office to my house to do the job. I will use his services again.

I called Richard along with another Angie's List recommended Glass Repairman. Richard stopped by the house that same day while I was at work and was able to provide an estimate without even having to enter the house (the repair was for the transom window above the front door). He provided an estimate by phone that day, which was significantly less than the second quote I recieved. I agreed to the estimate and Richard arrived the next day at the agreed on time. He had the old window punched out and new window installed in less than two hours. He was careful to put down ample drop clothes to catch any broken glass and thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. Richard was pleasant, professional, and fairly priced. I am contacting him again for another job and would recommend him without reservation.

I described above. I like him, was friendly reasonable. Have no idea what a bigger job would produce, but I'd certainly give him a go. Was friendly, courteous.

Excellent, Dick came out the same day and had the repair done in short order.
