Description of Work: Richard replaced three window screens and two screen doors. He also repaired a sliding screen door so that it slid properly. All work was done extremely well and quickly. I would definitely use him again.

Description of Work: Richard repaired around a dozen screens in total from various units in our condo association. He picked them all up and delivered them when finished. The screens look like new, despite being very badly bent in some cases and the prices were very reasonable.

Description of Work: Richard repaired a deck screen door and a front window screen. He replaced a broken storm window and put the hydraulic door closer back on the front door. He was prompt and very personable and the price and the quality of workmanship was exemplary. We will use him in the future and gladly refer to one and all.

Description of Work: Richard replaced a window pane adjacent to our front door, which posed a security risk to the building. As a result of this circumstance he came out immediately and did a speedy and great job. He is very professional and nice as well. The price was excellent. Thank you Richard.

Description of Work: Replaced 4 cracked windows. They were old windows and fitting the panes was challenging but Dick performed flawlessly.

Description of Work: This vendor did not have the courtesy to respond to my email regarding work I needed done on my windows.

Description of Work: I called Richard regarding windows needing repair in my condo. He called back immediately and set up a time to come to the house. I fully expected to have to replace at least 2 of my windows due to haziness and lack of "stay" in a position. Richard was able to fix all 5 of my windows without replacement - and charged a nominal amount. He also provided the history of the windows in the house so that if I choose to replace them in the future, I know how old the windows were currently. He had the needed parts in his truck to fix the windows and was in and out of the house within an hour. He also measured the most likely windows that could cause problems first so that when we call him, the measurements are done. I would definitely recommend Richard and would/will call him again in the future.

Description of Work: DOESN'T RETURN CALLS, DOESN'T COME WHEN SCHEDULED, PRICES WERE HIGHER THAN OTHER CONTRACTORS WHO LOOKED AT THE JOB. OVERALL JUST UNACCEPTABLE LACK OF SERVICE. I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO FEEL LIKE I'M CHASING DOWN SOMEONE TO DO A JOB FOR ME.
