The owner Flavia is an excellent communicator -- a rare find in this business. She is direct, honest and responsive, and always texts me the day before her team is coming to see if there is anything special I need. Her team comes when expected and does a very good job. The price for the initial cleaning was higher than other providers I evaluated, but the price for ongoing cleaning is competitive, and I think the quality of their service is a good value for the money.

After searching companies for 2 weeks, screening ~6-7 we finally picked Natural Cleaning Services based on price and on Angie list reviews. We got off to a rocky start only b/c of issues in communication (texting seems to be the best) but since then we have been extremely happy with the services. it's nice to come home to a clean house, with everything in it's place. You can tell Flavia is a hands on owner and cares about her reputation. Flavia checks in the night before each cleaning (again via text) to remind us of the time of services and asks about any issues/ special cleaning requests which is helpful. they come when they say, they clean when they say will, and do a good work. My old service in NJ used to wipe tables down but wipe around pictures etc and leave dust behind pictures but not Natural Cleaning, they pay attention to details. If you do price comparisons she is reasonable as compared to other services with lesser reviews and well worth the price. Excellent job all the way around and we will continue to use the services for the foreseeable future. I recommend them highly.

I hired this company based on their overall good reviews. We did however get off to a rocky start, and due to the fact I have had some very disappointing experiences with cleaning companies in the past I was all set to ask the owner to return my keys and I would start my search again. However, the owner Flavia was oustanding! She listened to my concerns, and assured me they would be addressed. Flavia is a professional, and it is clear she is very hands on and cares deeply about her reputation. So although my experience didn't start well, thanks to Flavia I have now been using her service bi-weeky for a number of months now and can say I am happy with them. Flavia checks in the night before each cleaning to clarify what time her team will be at my house (very helpful as it means I can make arrangements for my dogs to be out of the house - they don't like the noise etc). She also checks to see if I have any special cleaning requests.

Natural Cleaning always does an exceptional job cleaning our 1500 sq ft condo. It is such a relief to come home from a long day at work and have everything looking spectacular! I debated getting a cleaning service for a long time, but now I can't imagine going without it. They clean better than I would on my own and spend extra attention to details like ceiling fans, window panes, hidden corners behind the furniture and so on. I highly recommend Natural Cleaning!

We were SO thrilled with the service provided by Natural Cleaning Service! We have been looking for someone to come to our new home to conduct a deep clean, followed by regular cleanings. We found Flavia on Angie's and had her over to provide an estimate. She was prompt and thorough in the review and we scheduled the work to be done. Unfortunately, we had to reschedule on Flavia a few times at the last minute but shew as very understanding. We finally had the work completed this past week and were SO HAPPY with the results! We have a 4-bedroom home, plus a finished basement, and they covered the entire area in about 4-5 hours. Everything was cleaned - from the bathroom tiles, to the floors, to organizing in some of the closets, even the fireplace was cleaned out! What a surprise THAT was! We have already scheduled our next cleaning for mid-November. Thank you, Flavia, for your great work!

After having a very bad experience with one of the franchise cleaning services, I searched Angie's List for a more local and quality provider. Natural Cleaning Services had great reviews so I gave them a call. From the first moment we spoke, Flavia was very professional and friendly. She was able to work around our schedule and accommodate our requests in order to set up a cleaning schedule. I work from home and she lets me know the night before the team comes what time I should expect them, and they are always there right on time. The cleaners themselves are exceptional. Friendly and courteous, they always leave the entire house sparkling. We have a 6 week old baby, and last time we were here they even emptied the Diaper Genies! My wife and I couldn't be more happy with the service and the how nice they keep our house. It is so helpful with a newborn and well worth the (incredibly reasonable) price. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

They are always prompt and courteous. They always do a fantastic job of cleaning both places. I gave them some special adjustment and they were right on top of getting this taken care as well as getting me an English speaking cleaner.

Unfortunately, our experience was not as wonderful as the majority of the reviewers. We choose Flavia and her services based on the reviews and boy were we disappointed. While meeting Flavia, she was very professional and we were happy to work with her. We were planning on Bi-weekly cleanings. The team came a half our early, 8:00am, for the initial deep clean, which is difficult when you are trying to get the kids ready for school. Our DEEP clean only took 1 hour and 45 minutes. (2 bedrooms, 1 bath, 3 rooms downstairs and an inclosed front porch (not even touched). They told us they were leaving and the floors were wet, so we didn't do a walk through to inspect. We were not aware of the "service" until later that day. We were surprised when our rug wasn't vacuumed, my fans were filthy, my couch wasn't cleaned on or behind (crumbs on the cushion), my radiators were dirty, and cobwebs still lingered on the ceilings. My TV and china cabinet (only furniture in my living room) were not dusted. I have pictures of everything. You honestly could not tell anyone had just cleaned, never mind a deep cleaning. I contacted Flavia and she apologized and sent them out on Monday to 'Fix" the problems. On Monday, the team came at 7:45am, one hour early. I opened my door at 7:50 to the team handing me their cell phone to talk to Flavia. I felt very confronted, but went about our normal routine upstairs. They were "done" in 20 minutes. They asked me to look it over. I walked to EVERYTHING I told Flavia about and EVERYTHING was still dirty. So they quickly dusted to appease me. They apologized and left. My house was not dirty to begin with so a deep clean should not have been difficult. We like Flavia, but I don't have one positive thing to say about her team and their work. I'm sure she has multiple teams and some people have fabulous experiences but we were not one of those people. Unfortunately, we will not be using her for our Bi- weekly cleanings. We really wanted this to work. It really is a bummer.

1 YEAR UPDATE: As I mentioned above, she's even better than we knew at the time. The service level has never dropped. If we need something done, it gets done. And it all comes back to Flavia and her leadership. She has high expectations for team and they deliver. The people who come to our home are good at what they do, and they are really nice and professional. Flavia clearly recognizes that her people define our experience. Understand -- nothing is perfect. Over a year, will have something that doesn't meet expectations. She's a tremendous leader. She listens, she communicates and she acts with certainty. She gets it. The issue was solved. Not solving issues is why we had a few people before Flavia. And we're not just satisfied; we're engaged to a level that we actively support her success. She is who you want leading a team who come into your house either one time or weekly. We are so passionate that we?re sharing our experience with our friends and neighbors ? something we rarely do. Here are a few reasons why! We knew something was different in the first meeting. Flavia made it clear that this is a business and she needs the communication to make it work. She shared how she hires and trains people, but things happen. And it doesn?t hurt her feelings ? she?s running a business to meet the needs of her clients. We appreciated the perspective, and predict we?ll probably give constructive feedback at some point, but there's been no need to date. All I can say so far is it?s exceeded our expectations and even anything we could conceive. Yes, they are that good. The first visit was a ?Toto, we?re not in Kansas? experience. We had 3 people who spent 3+ hours cleaning every part of the house. This includes the laundry area and finished basement which were ignored by past services. With past services, we'd clean to make up for their gaps. Not is this case. The house sparkled. Seriously. I thought others who used the description were just being extreme. They weren?t. Ok, we live here and see things. We had good friends over 5 days after the initial service. Out of nowhere, our friend commented that the house had a different shine and assumed we had done a summer cleaning on Saturday. We were happy to say no! There are funny little nooks and crannies in bathrooms, offices, etc. that were always missed in the past. No more. We thought one of our bathtubs was permanently stained. Evidently not. They cleaned under every bed, chair and couch (and they continue this every week). I was here during the first cleaning and I saw dust elephants instead of bunnies. It made us wonder what we were paying for in the past. The weekly visits continue our exceptional experience. It varies from 2 to 3 people. They stay as long as it takes. They are kind, conscientious, and focused. Every piece of floor, counter, windowsill, desk, ? shine. We?re not just writing online reviews; we?re going to continue to make recommendations to our friends and neighbors. In this case, something that seems too good to be true IS REALLY true! I?ll end with the text message to Flavia after the first visit (which I would repeat today): ?Our comment after walking through the house was we wished we found you 10 years ago. The team was very professional and just did an incredible job. When we read through the Angie's List reviews, you were far and away the only choice. Today reaffirmed that. The number and uniformly of positive replies says a lot about you, as we know it's hard to hire, train and retain people that meet your standards for any business. They were unbelievably good! Attention to detail and thorough throughout the whole house. They did a better job than the last company I had in here and paid to do a "deep clean". They were on time and got right to work, very friendly and professional. I am so glad I found these folks.

I started using her in May of this year. My disappointment in the service is in the inconsistency of the cleaning throughout the townhouse. It took several efforts for me to get Flavia's team to remember to shut off lights in my townhouse after leaving, and when I called her on this, she insisted that I was mistaken. I frequently found dust in many places in my bathrooms, around the toliet, in the tub, on the hardwood floors after they had cleaned the place. The vanities in the bathroom and bedroom furniture were overlooked in several spots. When I called her to complain about the quality of the services, she was often times difficult to reach, and it took several attempts to get in touch with her. Several times, I had her go back and redo the cleaning. Amazing, each time there was problem, Flavia and her team came back but always had car problems. I finally thought we saw eye to eye on July 28th, when the cleaning came out the way that I wanted it. However, much to my dismay, she had her team come again this past Monday, August 11th, and it was by far, the worst cleaning job that Flavia's team has done. Not only that, but her cleaners pulled the cord on my brand new wooden blinds so hard in my office, that it snapped, and I now have to repair my blinds. And the paint in my living room is now chipped from her team on the wall. I've been trying to get ahold of Flavia since Monday and received one call back when I couldn't talk at work. I have called her back and asked to rectify this situation, but she has not responded. I cannot recommend Natural Cleaning because the cleaning is so inconsistent with her team. Her prices are extremely high, and there attention to detail and quality is not there.

I own a condo unit in Allston, and called Flavia less than a week before the condo needed to be cleaned. It was in rough shape as the previous tenant had not cleaned the apartment recently. It was important to me and to the tenants moving in that the apartment be spotless upon their arrival. Flavia was professional and responsive during the process which took a good amount of coordination on short notice. We were working on a tight timeline with one tenant moving out and the new tenants moving in the following day, so it was a lot to ask, but Flavia took care of everything. She promptly scheduled a time to come by to give me an estimate and a couple days later cleaned the whole unit head to toe. She sent me pictures of some of the really filthy areas that she made look good as new. I recommend Natural Cleaning Service and Flavia.

Natural Cleaning is great! Flavia responded immediately to my request for information and a quote. She was able to come meet me and look at the apartment on move in day to give me a binding estimate. The very next morning at 8:30 a crew of 3 very pleasant, hardworking and clearly competent women arrive with an arsenal of cleaning supplies. They were hard at work within minutes scrubbing and sanitizing what looked like years worth of grime. I'm not sure what the former tenants did in that apartment, but it was far from clean before Flavia's crew got through with the place. The team cleaned and scrubbed very dirty window sills, door jambs, floors, mirrors, cabinets, drawers, tubs, toilets, and on, and on for a few hours during the deep clean. The 3 of them must have spent close to 9 man hours in that apartment. Everything shined when they were done and it smelled clean as can be (but not like chemicals - just clean). Best of all, the rate didn't change based on the time; Flavia's quote was the price for the deep clean. I should also add that my standard of "clean" generally far exceeds that of most people, so I was a bit wary of hiring someone to clean - my expectations were met and then some. The team has come back a few times since the initial deep clean. Flavia always reminds us the day before and asks if we have any special request. Last week it was to get the windows in the sun room. Next week we will have them clean the dirty bricks above the fireplace. Our requests are always accommodated. In my opinion, the price is very competitive and well worth every penny given the level of service provided. I'm very pleased and look forward to doing business with Flavia and her team.

Flavia was very responsive and flexible about a time to meet to do a walk through. Her team did a great job and preformed the work that was requested in a timely manner and fair price. I would certainly use her service again.

My wife and I are renting out a two-bedroom apartment. We found this cleaning company on Angie's List, but our tenant wrote the review. Here it is. I recently moved into a 2 bedroom apartment that the previous tenants did not keep clean. Maintenance cleaning was hardly performed. One tenant had a cat and ferret and as a result I encountered some particular gross grime and dirt when I attempted to clean the place myself. After 5+ hours of cleaning I realized I couldn't do it. Thankfully my landlords found Natural Cleaning Services on Angie's list and I could not be happier. They fit me in on the day I requested less than a week in advance for a deep clean and an exact quote not estimate. They called to warn me they were running late. I had read plenty of reviews for different cleaning services in the area where prices increased after the people finished the cleaning or the cleaners showed too late or too early without warning. I was therefore wary but I had no need to be. Three cleaners came and were here for over 2 hours. Some best examples of the job they did:1) I thought the bottom of my white kitchen sink was permanently stained a rusty orange. It's white again2) The oven had probably never been cleaned. It looks better than my previous apartment's oven which I cleaned periodically3) The fridge I attempted to clean and stopped after about 30 minutes. They somehow cleaned a mark that I attacked with a scraper and various cleaning products to no avail. 4) The grout in the bathroom is no longer orange In general the place looks great. I've already recommended them to a couple coworkers and a neighbor. They were well worth the money spent and hours of work saved. It would have taken a full day for me to get the work they performed by myself. And they were here on an 87 degree day without AC! They remained friendly throughout the process. Very happy customer.

We have never had the house cleaned by outside people before, being firm do it yourselfers. However age and illness convinced us to try to find a local cleaning company. We joined Angie's list and read many reviews. We chose Natural Cleaning Services based on those reviews and we have not been disappointed. Flavia and her team did a whole house clean, 3 women worked 5 hours, with Flavia checking in to make sure our wishes were met, washing baseboards, doors, etc until the house was spotless. Our house is a 1906 shingle Victorian with beautiful woodwork so there are lots of nooks and crannies to collect dust. We had them do all three floors for the deep clean, however the regular biweekly cleaning will be mostly the first and second floors since the third floor is lightly used. After the initial clean the team, usually with at least one person who has been here before and one who speaks English, arrives promptly on time and whisks through the house in about an hour leaving it looking and smelling clean. The women work very fast and hard and are cheerful, eager to please, and justly proud of their work. A very nice side effect of having a cleaning service is that it makes us tidy the house before they come. I find it calming and relaxing to have the house in order and clean. I glad we hired them.

Our house is an old house and we have had a large portion of the interior painted. In some areas, the walls are dirty with years of hand prints and lines from where pictures were previously hung. I asked Flavia if her employees would be able to clean some of those dirty patches, which are essentially in two rooms. She stated that to do that would be a completely different price and job. She lectured me about the difference and stated that the price would be $500. She stated that to do a regular cleaning would be $380. I asked her how long it would take and she told me she does not work by the hour, she works by the job. She told me she would prefer it if I were home when the work is done so that it could be completed to my satisfaction before they would leave. I asked her how long she would need me to be home for this process (since she would not directly answer how long it would take to do the not-by-the-hour $500 cleaning job) and she said less than 3 hours; she said she would send maybe 3 maybe 2 people to do the work. Let's say she sent two people to do the job and they finished in 2 hours and 45 minutes--that would be the equivalent of over $180/hr (i.e. $90/person). Seems steep to me--especially given that she told me that if they DID clean the spots on the walls, they might damage them with their cleaning products. I'm sorry not to be able to work with Flavia--the other reviews I read were very good. Maybe she has so much work that she can throw out high prices and see what sticks.

They have cleaned my house 3 or 4 times already and do a fantastic job. My house sparkles after they finish cleaning and they are very thorough. They clean inside the fridge, microwave, etc. I have a cat that sheds a lot and they manage to vacuum so well that there is no fur anywhere, which is something I can't even accomplish. I've been very impressed with their service. Flavia checks in to see if I have any special requests before each cleaning and is very responsive.

Flavia got back to me immediately after I first contacted her, we quickly set up a time for her to come and look at my house. She was very friendly and professional and seemed genuinely interested in what my preferences and expectations were. We agreed on a cleaning time the following week, then everything happened as we had planned. She contacted me the day before to check in and confirm the time. The crew (3 ladies) came a little early, which was fine, but I needed 10 min to prepare a few things in the house as I was just arriving home from work, they were very nice and waited until I was ready for them to come in. They were friendly and took time to talk to me first and look around and asked several times if I had any more questions or instructions. I stayed around for a few minutes to make sure they were all set and then left to do some errands. When I returned after 2.5 hours they were gone and I was very pleased with the results. There were no fragrances or perfumed products used, just a very clean and fresh smell, it seemed that they hadn't missed an inch of the house, everything was done as promised. This is the first time I have used house cleaners and I admit I was a little nervous about it. My experience has been very favorable and I look forward to having regular cleanings every two weeks in the future. Also I was able to use a 10% off first time customer coupon from her page. Flavia's team of ladies are great! I reached out to Flavia and she was very responsive and set up an appointment to meet and take a look at the house. For the initial deep cleaning she charged 325.00. I think that was fair as the 3 girls were here for hours. I now have them cleaning on an every other week basis for 135.00 They clean my entire 3 story house, change the sheets, 2 bathrooms, floors, dust the whole house, windows etc, etc. Flavia contacts me the night before they are scheduled to come to ask me if I want anything special cleaned or done while they are here. I mentioned just a few minor things about the cleaning and the issues were resolved the next time the girls came out! Perfect! I am working long hours and was finding that my house was getting dirtier and dirtier. After years of saying I was going to hire a cleaning company I finally did and I am so glad I decided on Flavia. I was a bit nervous to have "strangers" in the house when I wasn't home but I feel fine about it now! I think anyone would be happy with Flavia and her team of merry ladies cleaning their homes!! I 100% recommend them.

When I contacted Flavia, she was able to squeeze me in for a consultation at a time that I think is a little later than she would have liked, so I appreciate that she did that. Although my apartment is small, there was a ton of dust that could only be left to the professionals. The cost of this entire cleaning was $480. I'm not sure how long it took, because I was not home during the cleaning. I also cannot confirm if Flavia was actually here doing the work or not, but she had told me she usually does not do the work. After the initial cleaning, we were satisfied, but it wasn't PERFECT. Then again, if you had seen how much dust we had, the job that was done was still a huge improvement. I feel like the price didn't match the quality, though. I noticed that some items on shelves were not moved due to the frame of dust around it. I contacted Flavia immediately to thank her and to also just let her know where she can improve next time. Flavia offered to have her girls come back in a couple of days to make it even better. I told her it was fine, just pay more attention to certain things next time. I really appreciated that Flavia obviously cares so much about her customers that she's willing to come back to do touch ups! During the consultation, Flavia told me that her girls do not touch computer screens or TVs. I appreciate that disclosure. While an inconvenience, I understand that since I have a co-worker who's cleaning company broke a window because they were trying to move a TV. Flavia agreed to do a monthly cleaning for $120. I feel like it's still a little steep, but I just keep have her coming back because once you built a trust with a company, it's hard thinking of going through that process again. Flavia is pretty good at getting back to me, but I think she could be more professional or organized about her scheduling. I usually communicate with her by text and there have only been a couple of times where I had to send a follow up text saying "??????" I have tried to contact her about scheduling a cleaning the following week, but I have noticed that communication is better if I contact her the week of to have a cleaning later in the week. Overall, good service. I would certainly recommend Flavia!

I truly cannot say enough about Flavia and her team. I have a High Risk Pregnancy and as such I have been placed on mandatory bed rest. I felt apprehensive about some one cleaning my home when I am heavily pregnant. Flavia put me immediately at ease by meeting with me and listening to my needs. She is a consummate professional as well as being a deeply compassionate individual. When we booked the cleaning appointment she contacted me ahead of time to confirm the time, in addition she made introductions to her team to put me at ease. - Next, her cleaning "Turbo Cleaners" scrubbed, vacuumed and cleaned my home into a sparking, fresh show house!! The team took great care to clean every square inch of my home to perfection and I am just thrilled. I would highly recommend Flavia as she truly offers the most outstanding cleaning service.
