After 8 years, we came home and said "Wow, they made our life better!" We've had other cleaners over the year, and NONE have come close to Flavia and Natural Cleaning. I can't say enough about Flavia and her team. After 8+ years, we came home and were independently blown away by how they cleaned and organized our home. These are little things that make a big difference. They made small movements of items in the kitchen that we love. It makes the flow and effectiveness of the layout much better. The house shines. From floors, to counters to overall rooms, we walk in and feel a sense of comfort and happiness. We're not really messy people, so it's more amazing we see such a big difference. The people are nice, great with our dogs, friendly, and really effective. I can't say enough. If we need something done, it gets done. And it all comes back to Flavia and her leadership. She has high expectations for team and they deliver. The people who come to our home are good at what they do, and they are really nice and professional. Flavia clearly recognizes that her people define our experience. Understand -- nothing is perfect. Over a year, will have something that doesn't meet expectations. She's a tremendous leader. She listens, she communicates and she acts with certainty. She gets it. The issue was solved. Not solving issues is why we had a few people before Flavia. And we're not just satisfied; we're engaged to a level that we actively support her success. We are so passionate that we?re sharing our experience with our friends and neighbors ? something we rarely do. Here are a few reasons why! We knew something was different in the first meeting. Flavia made it clear that this is a business and she needs the communication to make it work. She shared how she hires and trains people, but things happen. And it doesn?t hurt her feelings ? she?s running a business to meet the needs of her clients. We appreciated the perspective, and predict we?ll probably give constructive feedback at some point, but there's been no need to date. All I can say so far is it?s exceeded our expectations and even anything we could conceive. Yes, they are that good. The first visit was a ?Toto, we?re not in Kansas? experience. We had 3 people who spent 3+ hours cleaning every part of the house. This includes the laundry area and finished basement which were ignored by past services. With past services, we'd clean to make up for their gaps. Not is this case. The house sparkled. Seriously. I thought others who used the description were just being extreme. They weren?t. Ok, we live here and see things. We had good friends over 5 days after the initial service. Out of nowhere, our friend commented that the house had a different shine and assumed we had done a summer cleaning on Saturday. We were happy to say no! There are funny little nooks and crannies in bathrooms, offices, etc. that were always missed in the past. No more. We thought one of our bathtubs was permanently stained. Evidently not. They cleaned under every bed, chair and couch (and they continue this every week). I was here during the first cleaning and I saw dust elephants instead of bunnies. It made us wonder what we were paying for in the past. The weekly visits continue our exceptional experience. It varies from 2 to 3 people. They stay as long as it takes. They are kind, conscientious, and focused. Every piece of floor, counter, windowsill, desk, ? shine. We?re not just writing online reviews; we?re going to continue to make recommendations to our friends and neighbors. In this case, something that seems too good to be true IS REALLY true! On average achieves our goals. Team is not always the same and a lack of understanding at times due to language difference.

Natural cleaning has been cleaning our home for almost a year now. We have a larger home and a very busy family so we were looking for a service that would keep up our home in light of our crazy lives. Flavia and her team were a great match for us. We were pleased to find a service that uses only natural products as we have had trouble with other services that use bleach and we have both children and pets in our home. They are extremely responsive and flexible in terms of scheduling and I always look forward to the days they come. They do an amazing job adjusting to the level of clutter and toys and are always careful and responsible with our things. My kids love to come home and find the fun and creative ways their toys have been organized and we all enjoy the fresh and clean house. Thank you Natural Cleaning!

I used this service bi-weekly for about 2.5 months. The quality has been declining with every visit. I consistently find things that weren’t done. The owner will “yes” you to death but the quality is not improving. They missed two appointments in a row. Either 2 or 3 people come for each appointment, but not always the same people, so it’s very inconsistent. Owner speaks fluent English but the cleaners speak none or very basic which makes it hard to communicate. I’m looking for a new provider.

I use them every two weeks and they get "A's" across the board. It's $160 for each side. I think that is very reasonable. They are exceptional cleaners.

I am in the process of selling my condo, and after my tenant moved out mid-month, the place needed to be cleaned top to bottom. I was so busy and overwhelmed- and I needed it done ASAP, as the place had already been shown to potential buyers w/ no offers going on a month. I called Flavia, and she was able to see the place w/in a few days and give me a quote. After we agreed on pricing- she was able to fit me in the next day. They did such a good job. They even fixed the scratched up porcelain sink that I thought was damaged beyond repair and would need to be replaced. I could not be happier w/ the service I received.

Everything was cleaned thoroughly and well as discussed. We use Natural Cleaning on a bi-weekly schedule and they do an excellent job. Flavia and her crew are professional and thorough. We recommended her to our neighbors, who now also use Natural Cleaning on a regular basis as we do.

They do their job quickly and efficiently. When I ask for extra jobs, they do them without additional costs.

I've been using Natural Cleaners since I moved into my home, they keep the house as clean as the day I moved in. The workers are always very friendly, timely and extremely thorough. Flavia communicates consistently always asking if I have any special requests. I never been as happy with any service as I am with Natural cleaners. Quite simply the best

Excellent work - Flavia has been able to accommodate several re-scheduling requests due to the holidays or unforeseen circumstances. Her team is efficient and reliable. Prices are very reasonable. This is my second review and we have stayed with her for over a year now for biweekly cleaning.

Very well. The cleaners always show up on time and get right to work. They are efficient and timely. Unlike other companies I have worked with they are willing to take on any item that needs attention during their normal scheduled visits. Very accommodating and reasonably priced.

Flavia is very professional and easy to communicate with. The cleaning team is very nice, respectful and easy to communicate with. They usually arrive about 10-15 minutes past the scheduled time. The first time clean was a bit pricey but worth it. The house was so clean that we thought we could eat off the floors. The follow-up cleanings (once every 2 weeks at $125) have appeared to be more like quick touch ups. Each time they come, there are areas that are missed. If you are expecting the follow up cleanings to be as thorough as the first clean, it will not be. Sometimes, tables are not wiped down, portions of the floor are not mopped or vacuumed and rooms are totally overlooked. Expect that it will take them time to get to know your house and your needs. Before our first clean, I explained to Flavia that we wanted them to use natural cleaning products ONLY in the home. She explained that they would do so except for the toilet. I have found that they don't use natural cleaning products as their name suggests. I have since requested them to only use natural products but haven't seen them using them so, I'm not sure they carry natural products with them or not. If you want them to really use natural products, I suppose you will have to provide them yourself. We have had some miscommunications with Flavia in regards to rescheduling cleanings so make sure that you verify the date and time of your rescheduled clean should you ever need to reschedule. Bottom line is that the team is very nice and easy to communicate with. I would trust them in my home any day. The first time cleaning is impeccable but follow up cleans must be managed and monitored. If you truly want them to use natural products, it's probably best you provide your own products because they don't use them. I feel that there is miscommunication between Flavia and her cleaning crew but over time, I believe that once they understand our needs, things will improve. If you need any changes to be addressed in what or how they clean, please discuss it with the cleaners directly so that they can better understand your needs. If you have the time to follow up with them every time they clean, you get the best results if not, things will get missed.

Flavia (owner) appears to be very hands on. Asking the day prior to our scheduled days if we have any focus areas. She takes tremendous pride in doing a good job. Her crew is very through and is fantastic about locking up when they leave.

I had used this company before and was pleased, but this time the work was not thorough. I could run my finger over fan blades, light fixtures, picture frames, etc. and find they hadn't been cleaned. I was not at all pleased with the windows and when the girls came back to finish them, I found out that they hadn't done ANY of the upper outside of the windows because they didn't know how to pull the windows in. They just omitted the upper sections instead of asking me how to do it. The owner really cares about customer satisfaction, but after the girls did the windows, I just couldn't devote more of my time to have them correct some other things on my list.

We've had our house cleaned by Natural Cleaning for over a year now, and we could not be more impressed. When they first came, there were some things that were not done the way we ideally wanted them done. I called Flavia, and she insisted on a)coming back to make it right, and b) correcting it in the future. This is what I love about her: she is straight talking, no bs, straight up professional all the time, and the customer's happiness is her #1 priority. From that point on, we've been so happy with the job they've done, and any adjustments we wanted were made as we went along when we communicated them to Flavia. We feel good about using natural cleaning products in our house with a toddler, and the bi-weekly cleanings help us keep our sanity. This service is so worth it. Oh! The best thing! Flavia texts me the night before every cleaning to remind me and to ask if we want anything special done or paid attention to. Amazing.

This is not a "natural" cleaning service. I asked for organic/natural cleaning several times, and in all instances our nanny reported the service using harsh products and the house smelling like chemicals afterward. The service does a good job cleaning but if you are looking for a "green" cleaner this is not the right service.

Flavia is the main contact (I think the owner). She gives you a personal number, where she is reachable by call or text much of the time. There's a rotating crew of cleaners who have all been very friendly and very professional to-date. There have been a couple of instances where the crew is late, but they're very good at keeping you updated with their progress and ETA on the day of service. As for the cleaning itself, we have consistently been very satisfied with the job they do. They bring all of their own supplies and provide prompt service. For our house, a crew of 2 gets done in about 1.5 hrs.

We ended up going with another bid, but it was a tough call. The quotes were similar, but other bidder won on price and offering to do a few "extras" that made going with them more attractive. But if not for that would have been happy to have gone with Natural Cleaning Service.

Flavia contacts us the day before each cleaning to check to see if there is anything particular that we would like addressed. The team is punctual and efficient. House is always immaculate we have not had any issues. We were very pleased to find Natural Cleaning Services when we moved to the Boston area last year.

I was able to schedule the clean up with only a little advance notice, and without being sure exactly when the work could start As it turned out, the contractor didn't finish until a day before a family of friends were scheduled to arrive from France to stay at my condo. Natrual Cleaners crew arrived just as the contractor was leaving and 4 hours later, my home was spotless. It was a significant construction project and there was dust on every surface. The Natural Cleaners crew picked up and cleaned every object in every cabinet and shelf. Fantastic service and quality work.

They are dependable and reliable. They have worked for us now for about six months and we have no problems with things being broken or damaged. The crew is polite, professional, and they work quickly and carefully. We strongly recommend others consider this service.

I have been using this cleaning service for a year and a half now and I am very happy with it. Since the beginning they have been dependable, thorough, and consistent. Flavia is very good about communicating, always checks in via text the day before to confirm and see if I have any special requests. Any issues that have arisen (very few) were promptly addressed to my satisfaction. I really love how the house just smells clean after they have been here, not full of scents and perfumes. This past fall I was out of work for a long period and needed surgery, she was very accommodating when I asked to change my regular day and also needed a more specific time due to working around my husband's schedule for a few months. I don't hesitate to recommend Natural Cleaning Service, they do a wonderful job.
