Natural Cleaning Service

Flavia had a great team and she is very accommodating. We had a party and I asked last minute if she could do the whole house instead of the usual rooms and she didn't bat an eye and got it done. She is respectful of the fact that there are children in the house and the times that work best for us. The cleaning itself is good.

Flavia and her Team did/do an amazing job cleaning our home. We have a bi weekly setup where she comes every two weeks to clean our multi-level home. She only uses Natural Cleaning products making sure that our home is clean, but also safe from any unnecessary chemicals. She reaches out to us every week (usually the day before the cleaning) making sure if there is anything specific or different to focus their attention on. They are always punctual and do an amazing job cleaning our home, everything is spotless. They even go above and beyond and fold any clothes that may have been left around either on the floor or the bureau to help make our lives that much easier. Absolutely recommend her to everyone.

We've been using this cleaning service since January, about 8 months now, and are very happy with it.

UPDATE: This is a response to the service provider's response. I am surprised how rudely she behaves with customers when a review does not match her expectations! She visited the house before taking the job and quoted the price --- so she was fully aware of the work that was needed to be done. She said that she would send photos after the job was done, but she did not even contact me. When we moved in next day, we found the toilet bowls, the fridge, the window panels and many other parts of the house not properly cleaned. We cleaned those areas ourselves. I wrote the review about stating our experience. Next morning, she called me and essentially started yelling at me for not calling her before writing the review. When I told her why I wrote the review, she said that the house was too dirty to be cleaned in one shot. If that was the case, she should have told be either before taking the job or after finishing the job --- I did not want to move into a dirty house and spend time cleaning it again! She offered to redo the work, but we already cleaned the place, so I refused the offer. During the whole conversation, I never behaved rudely or arrogantly, but I believe that I have the right to express my displeasure in a review if I am not satisfied with the service. I gave her C, which is "Fair", but I am now going to change the rating for her professionalism to D for calling me arrogant and behaving rudely.

Cleaning is thorough, including lifting small appliances from countertops and cleaning under them, moving furniture to vacuum behind it, etc. We are quite satisfied and plan to continue with this company. Flavia, the owner, is prompt and communicative by text.

Flavia is always very responsive and professional. Her team (typically the same two women come to do the work) are thorough, polite, efficient and are diligent about accommodating specific requests. Flavia's employees are all eligible to work in the US and she is fully insured. Natural Cleaning Service is, by far, the best cleaning service I have used.

Flavia (business owner) is wonderful - very responsive and friendly. We have been using the cleaning service for the past few months and am very happy with them. We needed a deep clean to start, and while it was expensive, it was well worth it. The three cleaners spent about 3-4 hours thoroughly cleaning each room (it really needed it). Now we've been on a bi-weekly schedule to help maintain a clean house. Occasionally, I've needed to change / postpone cleanings due to my work schedule and Flavia has been very understanding. I like that they don't use super harsh chemicals everywhere (some bleach in the bathroom is okay with me) - so the house doesn't need to "air" out. We've had a number of different cleaners come over (sometimes they are the same), but are all very friendly although it can be a little challenging at times with the cleaners not speaking much English. I am very satisfied and appreciate the hard work the cleaners do at my house. It shows!

Overall I'm very happy with the service provided by Flavia / Natural Cleaning. Communication and professionalism is top notch. She does everything through text messaging so make sure you're cool with that medium but if so, the service in terms of scheduling and requesting any modifications has been great. She was the only provider on Angie's List who was able to accommodate a last minute cleaning on New Year's Eve in 2014. Definitely earned my appreciation for being so flexible and responsive. The bi-weekly cleaning itself has been good and I don't have any complainants. We're all satisfied with the service and will continue our relationship with Flavia and her company.

Natural cleaning services has been cleaning our South End condo for 9 months. They are incredibly professional and consistent. The owner contacts me 24-48 ahead of every cleaning to see if I have any special requests for the next cleaning. They show up on time, are very friendly, and do an excellent job cleaning (and I am picky). They make sure to get under all our furniture, moving things as needed. They even found a piece of jewelry that I thought I had lost (it was buried in our rug). Highly recommend.

Flavia is fantastic and very responsive via text, checking in each week to see how things are going and whether we have any special requests. Her team works hard, brings their own cleaning supplies, and does a great job with everything; our bathroom, kitchen, hallways, bedroom ? all spotless. Nice touches with blankets, pillows, etc. They even take out the trash. We?ve used them for a few months now and are extremely satisfied. A+

I find the owner is extremely responsible and responsive to any requests. They are very trustworthy. They send in a crew of either two or three people. I can leave them in the apartment without worrying about it. If I find they haven’t done something that I am concerned with, she will send someone back to fix it.

It's nice to have a good experience when everything goes well. We had a problem with our first visit, and the service earns an "A' in my book because of the excellent way they handled it. That's how you really learn about a business. Flavia was very responsive, fair, and open in her communication. The team member's cell phone wasn't receiving calls, so they didn't realize it was an initial cleaning (more extensive than a regular clean). Once we realized what happened, they corrected the problem immediately. The place looked very good, and we were extremely pleased with the service.

Flavia is very responsible, she returned phone-calls promptly, showed up when she said she would, and seems to have done a good job. I would hire her team again. $385 seemed a little high to me at first, but then I called around to other services and found it was a reasonable price. Her regular (ie. NOT post-construction) price was very good.

Flavia's team is very friendly and thorough. They did a "deep clean" of my home a few weeks ago and came back last week for a regular, biweekly cleaning. I had noticed a few details I was unhappy with but after I pointed them out Flavia's team took care of all those details and now I'm perfectly content. Flavia is very responsive and her team is punctual and very pleasant to have in the house. Because they come out with two or three people at a time, the cleaning is done quickly and efficiently. I really like the fact that they took my concerns into consideration and were flexible scheduling the next cleaning appointment. I recommend them most highly!

Cleaning crew of three people came to clean my 700sqft apartment. They spent no more than 30 minutes cleaning and when they were done there was still dust on some of the surfaces, drip marks on the kitchen cabinets and dust behind the furniture. At a rate of $180/hr (or $60/hr/person) a more professional service should be offered.

Flavia's team is great. They are thorough and don't take shortcuts. My son has allergies especially related to dust, so dusting and cleanliness are especially important for us - they do an amazing job. The bathrooms are always clean and sparkling. They take great care with wood, granite finishes. It is an old house, built in 1880, and most of the original woodwork is still there. They also ask each time if there re any special areas or instructions, so they are willing to focus and give more attention to certain things, like shelves, doorways, etc. and are always asking for feedback. They know their business hinges on their reputation and they want to do a great job.

I am very happy with this cleaning service! Flavia has assigned me a team of two wonderful and hard working women who do a consistently good job. I really appreciate that it is the same team every time. The day before the cleaning, Flavia calls to check whether I have any requests. I am glad I found a reliable cleaning service!

The team(3) has made three visits and each time has been at our location on or before the designated time. The evening before Flavia confirms the time for the team and they typically arrive 15-45 minutes ahead. One team member reviews what special items need to be addressed at this visit over normal cleaning and checks at the end of the session to make sure we are satisfied. Issues are addressed either at that session or if we find something that might have been missed or needs attention then it is addressed at the next visit. We have been very satisfied overall with the quality, timing and end result and have continue to have them come every two weeks.

Three women came in to clean. Fast, good and efficient. A little tough, i live in the downtown area where parking is a headache. They manage to come early to avoid the crowd and get a good parking space. The women are always cheerful, cordial, and strong. Fast and efficient. It was a joy to have them. I can't add on more since they have such good reviews. I hope they can stay with me for a long time to come.

Natural Cleaning Service is wonderful. I cannot say enough positive things about our experience. The ladies are fantastic and coming home to my clean house has become a guilty pleasure.

house cleaning was done with all natural cleaners and the house smelled wonderful. Since we have animals it was also a relief that chemicals that may make them sick were used. Arrived 30 minutes late but called to let us know and did arrive when they said they would. everything I asked for was done and done well. We have a particularly large shower that tends to soap scum and mildew and it was amazing just how clean it was after the scrubbing they gave it. Trash cans were offered to be offered. Owners son became ill at school while she was here but she made arrangements for her husband to leave his work to pick him up so she could finish the job here. I would recommend them very highly

I searched for a long time to find a trustworthy and reliable housecleaning company, and I finally found the one. Flavia, the owner, is an outstanding professional. She quickly responds to inquiries and the follows up to set a date for a walk-through of the house after which she provides an estimate for cleaning. She was able to schedule cleaners within the week. My two cleaners, Beatriz and Dores, arrived early and did a super thorough job of cleaning a very dirty home. I also them to use vinegar and water to clean the floors and to wring the water out so there was no pooling of water on the floor. They followed all of my instructions to a "t". I also loved how they rearranged some things and added their own special touches to some of the rooms. They finished in 3.5 - 4 hours. I will definitely be hiring them again.

Ladies were awesome, very nice and friendly. A little pricey, but well worth it.

First cleaning was a much needed "deep clean". It had become out of hand and the place was a mess, dog hair, vacuum, dusting, the works. Flavia came in and made the place look fantastic. We are very particular and wanted a through job. We got exactly that. She had done such a great job, and her price was so reasonable, we decided to schedule bi-weekly cleanings. Just had our first one and couldn't be happier. She seems very trustworthy, we have her come when we are at work and haven't had any issues. Great to come home after she's been through cleaning the place. I also appreciate the communicating through text messages for scheduling and other updates. She is very prompt to reply.
