Description of Work: Flavia was wonderful to work with, and her team did a great job cleaning our rental unit (within 24 hours of contacting them!).

Description of Work: Natural Cleaning Service is awesome. I have a 2500 sq ft home and utilize this cleaning service bi-weekly, having used their services for 11 months. Each employee is diligent with the work they do. Language is never an obstacle because all the employees know what has to be done and do it in a very professional manner. They work as a team of 2 or 3, and get the job done in a reasonable amount of time. I can not say enough about Flavia, the owner, she is not only in contact with me 24hours ahead of the cleaning, but is also concerned as to whether there are any additional needs that need to be met. I am very pleased thus far with Flavia and her team!!

Description of Work: Flavia is very amenable and quite professional. She manages several teams of workers and they are all very courteous and trustworthy. At least one member of every team understands and speaks English.

Description of Work: the initial clean (I think was about $480) was excellent. It was all downhill from there. The owner does not clean, she has staff. They spilled bleach and destroyed part of floor, broke curtain rods, on TWO occasions, blocked the cat's entrance to her litter box so she had accidents on the floor, were chronically late. Threw all my freshly laundered delicates which were hanging to dry into the dirty laundry on at least two occasions. The owner is extremely eager to please and try to "make good" on the staff mistakes, but new problems and new damages surfaced each visit. Bottom line: she has too much business to properly oversee and control her staff (who do not speak English). I've been very disappointed to see that each time I see anyone gives less than "A" feedback on Angie's List, she blames the customer. But after trying SEVERAL MONTHS, and an even longer list of problems than I've listed here, I finally gave up. The only reason I gave a "C" instead of an "F" is because the owner was at least making attempts to fix an unfixable issue with careless and incompetent staff. I've avoided doing this review for a year, but Angie's List keeps asking for my review, and I finally decided to respond with the disappointing truth of my experiences.

Description of Work: I found Flavia through Angie's List, and after I called and left a phone message, I heard back from her very quickly (within an hour). We set up an in-house visit for the following day, and she also scheduled a crew to come clean for two days later (I was really impressed with how quickly they could accommodate my request). Flavia very clearly communicated how her group would work. |The first visit was scheduled as a deep clean, as it has been several months since I've had cleaners in the house. The crew arrived on time, and got through their work within about an hour (three-person crew). Everything was cleaned very well, definitely to my liking. They also were sure to ask me to look to make sure everything was cleaned the way I wanted. |Going forward, I will have Flavia send cleaners every two weeks, for the agreed price of $120. Although the price is a little higher than I would expect for a house my size, I absolutely think it will be worth it if the service continues as well as it has started. Good and trustworthy cleaning crew, easy communication with Flavia, and a very clean house!

Description of Work: General cleaning of a 2 story townhouse. What is most appreciated is the flexibility provided to meet our changing schedule. They always try to accommodate our time needs.

Description of Work: I recently had to switch my bi-weekly cleaning services from a larger more national franchise to Flavia's Natural Cleaning service. I am so glad that I did! Not only is the owner professional(Flavia) and responsive her crew is the same way! I feel that they pay close attention to detail and the price is awesome! I am glad that I gave them a try. They are now on a bi-weekly cleaning schedule.
