I called Goodrow Solutions to obtain a quote to replace our 1 car garage. They were professional and timely when it came to making an initial assessment and providing a quote. We did not go through with the job only because budget did not allow it. But as soon as next spring rolls around we plan on calling them back to do the job.

Garage Door wouldn't operate. Motor Shot. Called them and they came within the Hour. Explained everything and worked on it asap. Job finished in 2.5 Hours. Excellent

The folks at Goodrow contacted us to arrange the visit, showed up on time, and did an excellent job. The work is neat and professional -- we are quite pleased. They also took the opportunity to mention other services they could provide -- which was wholly appropriate. They weren't pushy at all. We would gladly use Goodrow again.

I purchased a Seal Coupon via Angie's list and called the next day to schedule. I got an appointment within one week at my convenience. Two workers arrived exactly at the scheduled times. After they inspected the doors they told me that they had a deal available to do an overall tune-up, which involved replacing the rollers and pulleys. These were definitely needed as the doors are more than 20 years old and were very noisy. The work was completed within an hour and the doors function like new. Highly recommend..

They were great! They showed up when they were supposed to. There were 2 guys here for about 2 hours and they did an excellent job.

One door was not functioning properly at all and I knew there would be additional repairs that needed to be made. They gave me a quote to when they arrived for the additional parts and had both my doors working before leaving. They also sent a quote for replacement of the doors, which is a future project we are considering. Goodrow will definitely be in the running for the new doors when we decide replace them and I would call them again for repairs as needed.

I have not decided which provider I have to go yet. They were good, no pressure, they gave me options, they will be happy to do the job, and they met my needs. I will consider their estimate.

Goodrow Door Solutions came out at the agreed upon date and time to provide an estimate to replace my 25+ year old garage door and install an automatic door opener. There was zero pressure in their approach, they provided me with multiple options to meet my specifications and provided samples and printed materials for review. During their inspection they pointed out a few challenges due to the irregular sized opening and clearly laid out their recommended solutions. After giving me a few days to sleep on it we setup a date for installation. They were on time, and finished the job ahead of schedule. I didn't watch them work but the final installation was clean, tight and smooth. The irregularities Goodrow pointed out are a problem across the whole development, but the solution they came up with looks better than any of my neighbors, they went the extra mile offering to paint the newly installed trim piece. I am a details kind of guy and Goodrow exceeded all my expectations. They left a clean job site, all wires were neatly tacked into place, and they took the time to walk me through the details of the entire job.

The owners of the company came to my place on a Saturday. They were right on time. They got right to work and had me fixed up in less than 30 mins. My garage door used to make a racket opening and closing. It lurched from side to side in very jerky motion when closing. After they finished, the door closed smooth as glass and almost totally silent. No surprises, no upsell. A++.

Two gentlemen arrived to perform the tune-up. They explained what they would do. I told them the door was noisy when being opened and closed. I also explained that the door did not appear to be level in the closed position. They replaced the rollers and performed the tune-up. They also oiled the motor and adjusted the tracks, which they explained were not properly installed. The door now closes tightly and the noise and rattling have been eliminated. I was very pleased with their service and work.

I suffered with the old hardware for 10 years. I originally had them come to just change rollers. They ended up replacing the springs as well. The doors are like new. Well worth every cent.

I called on a Monday and they were able to come out that Wednesday at 3:00. As I hurriedly pulled into my driveway at 2:59, they were right behind me. After checking over the door problem, they suggested a new opener for one side of the garage. They gave me a price in the range I had expected to pay. Since there were two workers, the job only took a litle over an hour. Having a two car garage, I was faced with having 2 different remotes to control the doors. To my surprise, they were able to set up a universal control and gave me not one, but two remotes. They took the time to show me how the wall control worked and answer any questions I had. There was no mess left behind and they were pleasant throughout. I highly reccommend this company.

I got an immediate call back from Ken to schedule an appt to take a look at my 25 year old garage doors. I explained on the phone what I was lookin for. Ken and Jay showed up on time as promised and brought samples of the door I had expressed interest in. Both guys couldn't have been nicer! They even fixed my old garage door which was hanging off the track on one side-this was before I signed the contract and gave a deposit. I placed the order on Monday and the doors were installed that Friday. The doors are perfectly installed. The motor is very quiet and when shut seals very tight to the frame. I expect we will see savings in our heating bill this winter. I highly recommend this company!

My garage door broke less than two days before my husband and I were leaving for vacation, so I called at least 3 garage door companies, and Jay was willing to come out the next day. He came on time, fixed the problem, and added some safety cables (the door is old and lacked them). He did the job quickly and efficiently, and my husband and I are very happy with the work! We will definitely use this company again!

really a great experience as he was finished in about 35 minutes. he even gave me some advise on maintaining the exterior of th egarage doors and was not looking to get more work as he was describing DIY type of things.
