As we discussed on the second visit the doors and openers were installed 1995 and were never serviced, one had been hit and had several damaged sections which will cause future issues.My technician missed a small worn gear inside a limit switch which caused the second problem.While we try our hardest to see all that needs to be done and give an honest assessment, we do occasionally miss something. If you look on the receipt you will notice that my technician only charged you for the parts the first day and did forget to charge the service fee. He gave you the $30 off of the parts. I had mentioned it to you only for your information,when we make a mistake like that we usually incur the cost ourselves instead of going back to charge the customer-it was our mistake. You did need the second part and again I only charged for the part. I then explained that your doors and openers were really in bad shape and we would give you a no obligation quote on replacing everything and that we would discount your full service fee that was paid. I sent over the quote with the discount and also gave you a second discount. We will take good care of you if you should ever need us.We pride ourselves in great customer service and do apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you for understanding.
