Very prompt and good experience.

In addition to being a provider for oil, Williams has a team of highly professional, efficient plumbing professionals. They came out on very short notice to fix a hot water heater mixing valve. I called and they were here within a few hours. The repair was efficient and less than $200. This is in addition to exceptional service from an oil delivery standpoint. Over the years they have also provided quotes for propane when I considered a gas stove and given me real, honest advice which ultimately led me to use electric instead (based on location of stove and requirements as to where tank had to sit outside, etc. internal home gas line plumbing etc.). I must be honest, I'm anxious to convert to natural gas when this old boiler bites the bullet but I will honestly miss working with Williams. Would highly recommend.

They provide ongoing service for us, and we pay them monthly. They are not necessarily inexpensive, but they are reliable.

Their price was in the middle of the road compared to other prices because I had a few people come out to give me an estimate. They came out with extra people. I think they had another job that got cancelled so it was a good team of people that came out and got the job done fairly quickly. Overall, I had no problems. They did the work. They were dressed up properly. They had all their stuffs that they needed for doing it. It was 90 degree weather too, it was really high. They were fine with me. They had an argument with each other a little bit, but I didn't have any issues with them. They did seem to do everything extra quickly. They had extra people. Lee was really good. They did exactly what they were supposed to do. They were pretty responsive. They were fine with me, but the argument with each other was a little bad form. I would use them again in the future.

Measure twice, cut once. This was replacement for heating system damaged by flood. MA regs require chimney liner for all new heating system installs. Checked with Williams as to size of liner needed for their proposed boiler, and had this installed. When they actually installed the boiler, told me they couldn't hook it up to chimney as liner wasn't big enough, because I also had hot water heater; I had told them I had already had my hot water heater replaced, but they had given me liner size for just the new boiler. I am willing to put this down as 50/50 responsibility on miscommunication, but they are the professionals. They proposed solution of removing new hot water heater and installing hot water tank attached to boiler; additional, unplanned expense, but cheaper than new chimney liner. Installation crew were friendly and efficient, showed up on time and completed install when they said they would. Had system inspected by third party inspector, who said that they did good work. Miscommunication about chimney liner and extra expense of new hot water tank were annoying, but I put this down as much to my not knowing proper questions to ask. Homeowner has to be extra careful;, because you have less knowledge than the contractor. I don't feel that Williams cheated me, or dealt unfairly, and they did suggest a solution that was cheaper than having the chimney liner removed and replaced. I would use them again, as they were professional and did good work.

It was good, it was pretty much exactly what was expected. They did everything on the schedule that they said they would.

This was for a 3 family that was fully occupied to it had to go off without a hitch...and it. They removed the old unit, replaced the new and did it in record time with limited inconvenince. They did a great job and are now providing oil and maintenance. Highly recommend their work

Williams does a great job delivering oil on a consistent, reliable schedule - as part of a full-service package. And then we had a loud rumbling coming from the furnace, so I called them to take a look. The first time I called, late on a Sunday night, the guy said he would be happy to come out but that there would be a charge above the package price because it was off-hours. I called back Monday morning and someone came out that day and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem - for no additional cost. Very pleasant experience.

Their turn around time was pretty quick when he had some issues. Their price was average.

They did an excellent job...the owner of the company came out and give an excellent and through estimate. This was followed up by several folks that actually did the install. Very professionally done, no mess and no hassle. This was for a 3 family house that we own and they coordinated with tenants to make it work well. Even better, they provided an extra year warranty and discount on oil delivery at no extra charge...very pleasant surprise. Highly recommend based on experience and costs.

Williams Coal and Oil Co does a neat and tidy job. They have always been here when they've said they would. It was very nice that they came to do this on a Saturday morning. I know a lot of places wouldn't come on the weekend. Their price is fine. I pay them on an annual contract.

Very impressed with Williams. Owner came out and personally took the time to explain everything about how our heating system works, a priceless lesson for 2 brand new first-time homeowners! Quote was reasonable, work was done in one day, schedule for later that same week right before Christmas. Everything went smoothly, any mess was cleaned up before they left. Everyone I have spoken to over the phone or in person has been incredibly nice, personable and helpful.

COMPANY WAS VERY RESPONSIVE. CALLED AFTER HOURS ON A FRIDAY AND THEY GOT RIGHT BACK TO US. QUALITY OF WORK WAS GREAT.
