Went great. They came in, cleaned, left. Couldn't ask for more.

The carpets came out pretty good, but the up selling techniques by the techs got old fast. The techs kept pushing deodarizing, stain protecting, tile cleaning, grout coloring, and service plans even though I repeatedly said I did not want them. The tech even went as far as changing the color of the grout around one of my tiles and then called me over to show me expecting id be impressed and want the service. I again told him I did not want it and then had to watch as he scrubbed it off. As I already said, carpets came out good, but I'll probably go back to using Kennedy Carpet to save the headache from feeling like car salesmen are cleaning my carpets.

They did not do a good job of pretreating stains in carpet from pets. The results were ok but I was not impressed I also paid extra for deodorizing and applied they a stain protector.

The crew called before they arrived well within the time window we reserved. They were polite and left everything tidy. The only negative was that they try to sell additional services during the visit - that can get a little annoying since we'd arranged for services on line and chose the ones we wanted. We ended up getting some extra work (upholstery cleaning) but honestly, it did need to be done. We did decline a number of offers during the initial part of the visit.

Great experience technicians show up on time and get right to work. very eagar to please offer suggestions for care of your carpet. and make sure you are completly satisfied before they unplug their equipment, in case you need a do over.

They were on time, nice, polite, called and followed though, it was a great experience.

When we moved into our new house we found the tile floor in the and quot;finishedand quot; basement to be absolutely filthy. After a couple of failed attempts at mopping, we decided it was a job for the pros. We went with Stanley Steemer simply because their name is everywhere, and the Angie's List reports were pretty good. The guys showed up on time and were very friendly, but they were clearly trained to suggest a number of and quot;add-onand quot; services to boost the total cost up from the original very reasonable estimate. At their encouragement I regrettably elected to have them do a $50 and quot;grout sealand quot;, which in retrospect seems pretty pointless. I also elected, again at their suggestion, to have them clean the carpeted stairs for $33 ($3/stair), which came out fine. In general though I find this type of add-on sales pitch to be very annoying, which is why I gave the D for professionalism. The real disappointment was the results on the tile floor. It barely looked any better than before, and they explained that they though this was because the grout originally used had gotten all over the tiles, and it couldn't be removed. While that sounded a bit odd, I figured they did their best, with high-tech power equipment I assumed was better than anything I could do myself. Disappointed with the results, my wife did some research online, which suggested using simple white vinegar and a sponge on the tile. We tried it out with a $3 bottle of vinegar, and with a bit of elbow grease the tiles cleaned right up beautifully. In retrospect, it seems the $217 I paid Stanley Steemer was a waste.

They did a nice job. They arrived on time and did all of that within a reasonable time.

They were amazing. I had them clean the mattresses. The other company was backed up and unable to come after I had already prepared my home. I called Stanley Steemer and within an hour they had a truck over to clean the mattresses. They did a terrific job. It was a very good experience.

They were punctual and friendly. They did an excellent job with the cleaning, and it was totally effective. They were efficient and very fairly priced too.

My tile floor areas look amazing. I had no idea they could be this clean! They got the grout lines back to the original color and applied a sealant. (It will be interesting to see how the sealant works over time.) I highly recommend this service. $250 might seem like a lot but apparently a deep cleaning and sealant process like this only needs to be done every couple of years. They give you a three hour window of time for when they will be coming to your house. They were true to their word about calling just a little bit before coming over. And right after they left someone from the office called to see how it went which I appreciated.
