Description of Work: Phoned Scott after reviewing Angie's list posting because the kitchen sink had backed up. Within 5 minutes we received a call back from Scott himself. He made arrangments to have a company come out and snake out the plugged drain. He also offered us advice on changing out our faucets (which we are planning to do soon) and gave us the names of some reliable companies that sell faucets, toilets and sinks. We are planning to have him back when we purchase these items but can't thank him enough for his prompt service.

Description of Work: After almost 8 years, my water heater began to leak. It's one of those "out of sight out of mind" things I never worried about until I noticed a flooded basement! I called Scott right away for help! This on a Saturday, and he didn't have the standard parts for my water heater (gas, power vent) so he called asked a plumbing supply company to stay open so he could buy the part. Scott showed up in about 1/2 hour - 45 mins from the time I called, very fast! He was very friendly along with his son and explained that it would take about 1.5-2hours to replace. Since this was a Saturday I was charged a premium for weekend service, however he did tell me this up front and I bit the bullet. Otherwise it would have been $200 less. Overall, Scott was great and I plan on using him again in the future for all my plumbing needs!

+ 0 moreI have used Scott Moore Plumbing for over 10 years for all plumbing needs. He is efficient and thorough. I've never had a problem with any of his work. The first time he came, he was early and I wasn't home yet, so he shoveled the snow from my steps! He's very pleasant. He works quickly. His prices are not cheap, but I think they are a great value for what you get.
Description of Work: Unclogging the toilet. Installing new water heater, faucet and garbage disposal. Fixing dripping faucets.

Description of Work: We had Scott install our new dishwasher for us and he did a great job. The day before the new dishwasher arrived, Scott arrived, at exactly the time agreed upon, and disconnected our old washer. The next day, he arrived very promptly to install the new washer. He's an excellent worker, and very dependable. In years past, he's installed for us a new washing machine in our cellar, new utility tub in the cellar, and on many occasions he's cleared our sinks of clogs. This guy can do it all - and does a great job. His response time to phone calls is immediate, and I know that I can depend upon him.

+ -1 moreWe called them on Sunday evening via voice mail and was responded to almost immediately after. We got a window from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM and arrived at 7:30. He performed everything we requested in a timely manner and we are fully satisfied and would use them again.
Description of Work: Cleared out the bathtub drain which wasn't draining and installed a new faucet for the kitchen sink.

He also worked well with the other trades on the job and handled the inspection process efficiently. He was professional and respectful throughout the job. He is now my go-to guy.
Description of Work: This was a small bathroom gut and remodel. Some pipes moved, old plumbing and fixtures removed, new fixtures installed and plumbed. Also, a second new toilet was installed in a lavatory.

+ 0 moreDealing with Scott was totally unstressful. He arrived when he said he would. He was neatly dressed and groomed, his truck even looked spotless. He covered my kitchen floor and did the job quickly and neatly. The whole job took less time than he predicted it would. When he was done he cleaned up under the sink and the kitchen floor. He didn't mind me asking a bunch of questions, which I tend to do. When I renovate my kitchen in the next couple of years Scott will be doing the plumbing.
Description of Work: Scott removed my old garbage disposal. He had to reconfigure the PVC drain pipe a little because (unknown to me) the existing drain was not to code. He did ask if I wanted it left as is or bring it up to code. I chose to fix it and then he installed my new garbage disposal.
