It was a pleasure to work with Scott. He's such a professional and so courteous and easy to talk to. He was very responsive, punctual, and efficient. In his first visit, he looked at our faucet and disposal to confirm that they had to be replaced (both were leaking). He was also very tidy! We would certainly hire him again.

Scott was very responsive, took care of the problems quickly and didn't even bill us right away in case he had to come back (he did not). No leaks now and we're very happy with his work.

Very good. Not a complicated job, but had to be done for kitchen remodel. Timing was super important. Scott was always quick to respond, showed up on time and did what he needed to do.

I called on Tues and Scott indicated that he might be able to stop by Wed, at my convenience. The other option I gave him was Fri. He called Wed morning and said he could stop by within the hour if that worked. Very polite, professional. Finished the job within 1/2 hour. I have another plumbing job which I will hire Scott for.

I use him for smaller jobs. He's pretty responsive. I know that he won't touch heating systems. I wanted him to pull out a radiator and he wouldn't do it. I've used him a few times. I've used him for ten or fifteen years.

He came, did the work, explained what the problem was and fixed it. The price was great. Water issues are one of the biggest issues to me, so my nerves were a little tense...all went away once fixed and without having to pay hundreds of dollars. Many contractors charge a ridiculous amount of money for certain things, so once you find a great one...keep them. And, I will definitely contact him again when needed.

It was reasonable. I wasn't anything that shocked my consonance. For a plumber you always worry about how much they would cost. Not at all surprise or displeased with the cost. I would defiantly call him again, for any plumbing needs. He talked to me on the phone, and recommended an faucet, that I should purchase, or he could purchase, than the lesser quality box stores. I wanted an higher grade faucet, and I took the suggestion, and purchased the faucet for him to installed. I would place him at the top of the list. I would call him back without hesitation. The price was fair, having dealt. The quality was excellent. He did the work well. He cleaned up after himself. He made sure that it was working properly. He indicating an willingness to come back, if anything was wrong with the faucet. He was very prompt. He came when he called, and I was surprise he could fit me in, as quickly as he did. Without question, I would use him again.

Scott did a nice job for a good price. We will definitely call him again in the future.

Scott provided sound advice on a quality replacement faucet, appeared on time, maintained a clean working environment, promptly replaced defective faucet, made sure everything was in working order before leaving, inspected area plumbing for potential issues and counseled against a costly & unneeded bathroom repair.

He was very fast and very thorough. He did not leave a mess. He knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it. Very pleased.

Had a great experience with Scott. Our garbage disposal stopped working and while I was checking it out, I also noticed a broken pipe to the sink. I called and Scott called me back within 5 minutes. He was able to come to my home that late afternoon and replace the disposal and fix the pipes. He was pleasant to deal with. I will use him in the future.

Excellent service from start to finish

Scott was prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable. I called to have disposal replaced and he saw that it could be repaired, saving me money. As for the toilet, he has it working like its new. Outstanding!

Unfortunately although the plummer seemed to be very knowledgeable he did not like sharing the information. I explained to him that this was the first time I ever had to use a plummer and that the city had came and said that I needed to involve them in shutting the water off to get the leak fixed. I wanted to understand this better and what to expect (like do I call the city or do you?, why can't we shut it off ourselves?, etc.) But everytime I asked a question or inquired further I was laughed at and belittled. At one point I accidentally called the water line the sewer line and after he corrected me, he felt the need to explain to me what a sewer was. Scott was very rude and argumentative. Having a leak is aggravating enough, if you don't want an extra headache I would go with another plummer.

He replaced a faucet. He was very prompt, called me right back and was on time.

Everything went great. I had called Scott a week prior, he had given me a quote over the phone and we made an appt for Friday October 24 between 7-8 AM. Scott promptly showed up at 7:05. The installation took about 45 minutes and the final price was exactly what he had quoted over the phone. I would highly recommend Scott for any plumbing needs/issues you may have and would absolutely use him in the future.

Scott is a Plumber around town with a good name. When it came time for me to find a plumber he was my first call. Within a few minutes of leaving a message with his service, he called back. I am a manager with a construction company that has received the Super Service Award six years in a row, and we pride ourselves with our quick response to all calls. It's one of the hallmarks of what we do... Scott Moore's response time puts ours to shame..and that's not easy to do. Ultimately the scope of my project does not line up with the service Scott provides, but I would have no qualms about calling him in the future.

Scott promptly returned my call regarding estimates on different water heaters (40gal 6yr, 40gal 10yr, 50gal 6 yr, 50 gal 10 yr), scheduling was easy, he even gave me a courtesy call before his arrival and came punctual on time. He explained what the process involved and did his work flawlessly. Not only he changed the water heater, he also improved gas pipings and ventings without having to ask him. His work was done very professionally and I would highly recommend him for his service. Scott is a very rare professional still in existence today.

I called a couple plumbers to talk about replacing my worn out outdoor faucets (the ones you hook a garden hose to). I left vmail with Scott's answering service and he called me within 10 minutes to discuss the project. He made an appointment to stop by and see the job early the next day and was here right on time. He looked things over and gave me an accurate description of the prob and also mentioned that to repair one of the faucets he would have to break into a wall in our basement to get at the pipe. I had not considered this but as soon as he mentioned it I knew he was right. Anyway, he was still cheaper than the other plumber I called and since he has great reviews here, I decided to hire him for the job. We had decided not to replace the faucet in front of the house since I could turn it on/off from the valve in the basement (honestly, I did not want a hole in the wall and have to hire someone to fix the plaster, then have to paint it). Anyway, Scott was by exactly on time on the day we agreed to and started work right away. He replaced the faucet at the back of the house with a commercial grade one (much better than a cheaper residential version) very quickly, cleaned up and was on his way. I was billed an hour for his labor + the parts. The faucet works great and I am very satisfied with the level of service Scott provided. Scott is a very friendly, knowledgeable plumber who was nothing but honest in his dealings with me. I will call him the next time I need a plumber.
