Scott was very responsive, and punctual to all appointments. He explained everything very clearly and left everything very clean.

Scott is great. If you're looking for a plumber that knows what he's doing and won't rip you off, call Scott. Scott showed up and was all business until the job was done. Then he relaxed and was a cool guy to talk to. He's definitely my go to plumber from now on.

He was very prompt and considerate. He gave me a great price and the other quotes were more expensive, but he did a great job! I was sick when he came but I must say he did an awesome job, I would use him again and again I was completely satisfied with the service. He cleaned up after himself and I was just amazed at his service, he took out the things that the previous plumber put in because it was junk and I could really see the difference. He was an very honest man! I've used him twice and each time was a pleasant experience, I called at 7am and he came right over.

I was panicked when I came home because my water heater busted and began flooding my basement. I didnt even know what "the big white tube" was as I am a 1st time homebuyer who is clueless!! Scott was great and answered all my questions. He was always available via cell phone right away. He helped me figure out what size my water heater was and we scheduled an appointment right away to replace it. He was extremely PROMPT!! He came with one helper (a son perhaps) and layed out a sheet to make sure he didnt dirty the house. The whole thing took about an hour and a half. His pricing was competitive. Scott cleaned up after himself nicely and even moved my furniture back into place. i would HIGHLY recommend Scott. I am having him back to replace my toilet. Im definitely claiming him as my plumber going forward!

Scott wasn't available but was able to contact another service, and was at my home and completed the job within an hour.

At about 11:00 am i called Scott Moore Plumbing and spoke with his answering service. I explained the problem that i had and was told that he would call me asap. At 11:05 am Scott called me back and i explained the problem to him. He said that he could take a look at it today and he would arrive between 12:00 and 3:00. He showed at 1:00 pm. Amazing , two hours after my call and it was NOT an emergency call. About an hour or so later he finished the job. No more leaky valve 3 hours after my phone call. He cleaned up any and all water that dripped from the line. He is a very professional and personable man. I myself will call him again and would definitely recommend his services.

VERY well. Scott arrives on time and got to work promptly. For each part he was replacing he explained why he was doing it. Both toilets work great now; and he left each work station spotless. I would highly recommend Scott and won't hesitate to call him back (I got further, non urgent plumbing work done).

My tenant called to tell me about a leak. I have used other plumbers in the past but was never very satisfied for one reason or another. Looked up plumbers in the area off Angie's List and saw Scott's reviews. Called him this morning, he gave me an ETA and job is now complete. Fair price, happy tenant, happy landlord.

We couldn't be more pleased with Scott Moore. We lost our hot water and when we called Scott on a Saturday morning he picked up and arrived within the hour. Installation was performed seamlessly and the bill was very reasonable for a weekend call. His professionalism and helpfulness is greatly appreciated!

We had Scott come out & give us an estimate on connecting our washing machine & slop sink into town sewage. He gave us estimate, was very nice & professional. After considering other estimates & reading reviews, decided to go with Scott. He was on time, & did job as he told us. Price was very fair. We are very pleased with his work! We woke up this morning with the dreaded frozen pipes - toilet and sink didn't work at all. I called our plumbers and a few others - and none of them even got back to me. Scott Moore called back right away, and was over quickly. He had a special thawing machine that enabled him to unblock the pipes in less than 30 minutes. I would strongly recommend!

I called them June 26th. I explained that I had quite a bit of water leaking from upstairs bathroom through living room ceiling. They said they could send someone out July 11th. I told them it was an emergency and they said if they could come any earlier they would call. Is this unbelievable?? I called another plumber with very good results.

Great experience. We called several companies and left messages with several answering services on Veterans' Day to get a quote for our problem. We had a good idea of what the issue was, because we had already removed the toilet. We weren't looking for emergency service, but next-day was preferred so it wouldn't be weekend/holiday rates. Scott was the only one who called back. He called back within 10 minutes of leaving a message with the answering service, listened and asked questions, provided a spot-on estimate, and said he could come out the next day. He gave us a 2-hour window and was in and out within that time. He was very knowledgeable (explained the issue further and what he had done and why) and personable. I can't compare cost to other companies', because he was the only one who called back, but we were very satisfied.

I was impressed with how responsive Scott was. I had a recent, less than satisfactory experience with a previous plumber. We had a very old toilet that was overflowing and having difficulty flushing. (The other plumber had said we needed a replacement toilet but that he had to special order it.) Scott did charge a small amount for travel since it was outside his normal work radius which he advised me of in advance. Scott asked for the measurements and brought a toilet with him just in case. He was able to accommodate my schedule, and ensured he was there the next business day because of the issue we were having. He arrived on time. He did the work himself rather than having a crew with less experience. He agreed that the very old toilet needed to be replaced, because the jets were barely working, Since he had brought the toilet, he was able to promptly replace it. He turned off the water in the basement first, preventing any serious damage if something had gone wrong. He didn't use any plastic hoses/pipes since it can cause leaking sooner than metal pipes. He had me stay by the toilet when he turned the water to the house back on in the basement to make sure there was no problem. There was a small charge to remove the toilet that I chose to pay. Also he advised that he not snake the tub since it had very old pipes. I was very happy with the work done, his professionalism, skills, and honesty. I would absolutely use him again.

Couldn't have been smoother. This was the first time we called Scott, but we were treated like long time customers. I left a message with the answering service, and Scott called within minutes. Set an appointment for the next morning, then called to say he was running ahead of schedule, would earlier be convenient. He had the needed parts, everything was done quickly. No muss, no fuss. We will definitely call Scott the next time we need a plumber.

Scott is extremely professional, punctual and knwledgeable. I would use him again, it snt easy to find a great plumber and i am lucky we had angies list to refer to.

7AM app't. Scott got here at 6:55. Appraised the situation and fixed the three problems. It was an educational experience. He is intelligent,intense, and highly skilled at his craft. He takes enormous pride in his workmanship (and his truck). A pure joy to work with.

It went great. He came soon after I called for repairs, he was prompt, completed the work in a clean professional manner and offered good advise on stabilizing the dishwasher to the granite counter top. I have another appointment set with him this week to fix a leaking toilet. He answers his phone promptly and his hours of availability are great. Our appointment is his second of the day at 6am on a Friday morning AFTER his first appointment at 5am. I would definitely recommend him.

Quick response to our call, arrived right on time and completed the repair in a short time. His work was thorough and professional. It also cost about half of what I expected to pay.

I called, and Scott called me back. While I offered to buy the unit at Home Depot, he said that he had one and was scheduled to work elsewhere, so he didn't want any delays. I agreed to have him install the unit he had. He arrived on time, installed the unit quickly, and corrected a drain hose placement issue with my dishwasher. He was friendly and professional. Highly recommend!
