I love them, love, love, love. I have used them twice. The most recent time Grillo came and picked up my rugs, worked oh them, brought them back and they are beautiful. They are fabulous. I can't say enough good about them. The people who come are very courteous, very careful of your furniture and they really know what they are talking about. I would not go anywhere else.

When I got the rug back I was pleasantly surprised at the condition. It looked much better than before overall, and many of the stains appeared gone completely with the notable exception of the wine stain, which was lighter, but still quite visible. After a week or so, and a few vacuumings, it looks even better! The wine stain has faded to the point where you don't notice it unless I point it out, and the whole rug looks really good.

I used them just recently because I was in the middle of the move, so I have to clean on my rugs. It was their customer service and the quality of the cleaning. They were in my own area rugs for cleaning and went in and out.

I did not believe that he returned my original rug to me. After a few weeks the fringe feel apart. He told me that it was already like that, but I know it was not. Also the pile was very thick, but the one I got back was thin as a pancake. It was a pastel color rug, but the color of the carpet had change. I was not the same shade any longer. It now looks like a knock off of the original.

I don't believe my rugs had been cleaned at least for awhile nor restored. Grillo did a great job, I hardly recognize the rugs. They look great and are so much more colorful now. I also purchased new pads for the rugs.

I was very happy with their service. They did an excellent job. I will give them an "A" for everything and would definitely recommend them.

I have used Grillo a number of times. Their service is prompt, responsive and of high quality. They always let me know if there are problems with the rug in terms of stains or wear. They do a good job, and are always willing to adjust furniture to put the rug back in place.

Grillo did a fine job within the time frame they had given me. It's a family run business, easy in and easy out. I like that.

The gentleman who helped me, both at the times of drop-off and pick-up, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He carefully explained the process and my options for services to be performed. The rugs came back looking terrific, even though they were quite dirty and stained when I brought them in.

We were going down to NC where we have a second home. We decided to have some oriental rugs that we have here brought down. Before we did we brought them to Grillo for cleaning and repairs. They are a very customer oriented and very knowledgeable. We always use them and have always been satisfied with their work.

I don't konw anything aobut orinetal rugs.I had purchased three carpets form another dealer and needed advice on cleaning or repairing. I was given a clear explanation on the options available wchich helped me decide what action to take. Grillo was professional throughout. Although I did not purchase from them, they made me feel as though I was an important customer. I was in their store four separate times and noticed that each time they had several other customers who were either buying or getting their carpets cleaned. The handled each customer very professionally. They took teh time to show me opitons they had and explained what represents quality vs. price. I bought the srevice to treat one new rug and returned the others, and was very satisfied.

Pickup and delivery worked out very well and the rugs looked much better.

Very pleasant very helpful and very professional. We have been using them for an eternity and we will only go there for the care of our many orientals

This job was done very well. I've used Grillo in the past and have always been pleased with their service. While they are not inexpensive, their prices are fair and comparable to others in the area and the quality of their work makes it worthwhile.

One white carpet of my daughter's was heavily stained by here new dog. Not only did they work hard to get it out which they knew the couldn't do completely they made sure that she knew how to handle future stains so that they could be cleaned.

They were punctual and came on time. Their pricing seemed to be reasonable. They were very knowledgeable and did a very good job. The owner came over to supervise and also kept me informed of what they did. The end result was good and I was satisfied with their work.
