Frank was especially helpful in recommending a second rug to complement the first one I purchased. Our new home has an open concept so it was important to us to have the living space and dining space rugs coordinated. I love our new rugs!

Grillo is awesome! Their staff is friendly and professional. And they are very reasonably priced. We have used them twice and were well satisfied with their work. We have had 6 different size rugs cleaned, from 2 8x10's to smaller area rugs. One needed new fringe on one side of the rug and we were satisfied with the repairs we paid for. All rugs came back smelling fresh, well cleaned, and we were happy to see the colors again. We bought pads for some of them and appreciated the quality pads they offer.

I thought Frank was wonderfully helpful and knowledgeable. They did a terrific job cleaning and repairing our rugs and providing new pads for each.

Great! Carpets look great and edging fixed where able.

They are not only knowledgeable but extremely courteous and professional. I have never had the slightest problem with them. In fact they go out of their way to lay the carpets so that fading and wear are minimized. I have asked their advice on several matters in the past. They even know the areas the rugs came from and the probable time at which they were initially purchased years ago.
