Description of Work: They picked up the oriental right on time, returned it on time, hand washed (my request), cleaned it thoroughly, and replaced it perfectly. They were friendly and helpful. I've dealt with this company for well over twenty years and have never had a problem.

Description of Work: Grillo did very well cleaning and repairing my oriental rugs. They came to my home, gave the estimate, took the rugs then delivered them when finished. The rugs looked beautiful and I know about the extra care they take with fine orientals.

Description of Work: I had a small Afgan carpet which had not been cleaned since purchase. I had it stored for many years. Took to Grillo. They said normal turnaround time was 10 days, but if I got it in that day they could have it completed in just a few days. They completed the cleaning as promised and were very friendly and professional. They explained their cleaning process to me and I am extremely satisfied with the experience.
