"Buyer beware!! DO NOT use Rite Window & Bath Slapdash Installation Faulty shower design, poor workmanship, as well as mismatched and defective Kohler products. The Rite Window and Bath managers demonstrated little respect, were dismissive of our concerns, and minimized the structural flaws and poor workmanship. When it was apparent Rite Window and Bath were not going to adequately address our concerns, we filed a complaint with Kohler Customer Care. The result of their investigation resulted in the removal of the shower and reinstall with a new design. While the reinstalled shower design is better than the original, it is still far from quality workmanship."

The only issue we had recently was one of the inside security tabs broke. They sent someone within a week. Very nice person. I was caught in traffic and he waited 10 minutes for me to get home.
