Description of Work: The plumbers arrived within their stated time, and were very professional. I had them replace a kitchen faucet (one I bought), and also do some troubleshooting on our heating system. There were two of them, which made everything go very smoothly and quickly. Our (very old) heating system took a long time to heat up, and I used the opportunity to ask several other questions about plumbing matters in our house, as we had just bought it. They were very happy to talk to me about all of these, and the added knowledge was well worth the expense. I look forward to using them in the future.

Description of Work: The hot water heater in the small crawl space above my office was not providing hot water. The plumber figured out the several electrical elements that needed to be replaced and did that. I fortunately had a tall ladder for him to get up into the crawl space which made it unnecessary for him to drive many miles back to his company to get a long enough ladder. My only complaint is that it seems like it would be a good idea to have a long ladder on the truck for such situations, especially as I think I mentioned, when setting up the visit, that the crawl space was up high and a pain to get to (and to fit into). He did, however, not complain about the difficulty of working in the tight space on a warm day.

Description of Work: We have used Papalia a few times, most recently late last calendar year. We had them install an outdoor facet. They tapped the hot water line so we could use it for our ice rink. | |They did a great job. They came when they said they would. They were very professional. They used high quality materials/components. | |They are not the least expensive, but they are very good.

Description of Work: I asked if they serviced Buderus oil burners. They sent a technician out that had never worked on a Buderus oil burner before. He called Buderus for help. He really did not fix the problem, which led me to call an oil company to service it. So I had to pay twice.

Description of Work: I've used them several times for plumbing and drain cleaning projects because their office is nearby. They are professional, very fastidious in their preparation and cleanup, prompt, easy to work with, and get the job done quickly. However, they are expensive compared to other plumbers in the area.

Description of Work: Snaked drain (charged 200+ which seemed excessive for 5 minutes), screwed dishwasher to cabinet, all in all very satisfied.
